玄魔の王
I was dueling a Fish-Synchro deck' date=' trhe duel lasted for more than 30 turns, it was tough, my opponent had less than 1000 LP, my deck had only 6 cards left, it was a situation that I can never win except by drawing Caius to cause 1000 damage and win. Now its my last turn, I had no hand, had only breaker on the field, who survived last turn thanx to my TT, my opponent has GORZ and the token, with 1 facedown s/t. It's my last draw, destiny draw !, it's CAIUS !, I'v got a big evil smile on my face, all the audience screamed "Finally", they were cheering and waiting for this moment all long !!, I Tributed Breaker to summon CAIUS THE SHADOW MONARCH, my opponent screamed "NOO!!", I summoned Caius, selected himself as the target for a lulzy epic win, opponent activated .. BOTTOMLESS TRAP HOLE !! ... best fail moment in my life[/quote'] To be fair, you brought that on yourself by not picking their Gorz. Just last night I had a fail moment with my X-Saber Synchro Deck. My opponent attacks and destroys my set Sangan, I add Marauding Captain to my hand instead of Rescue Cat like I was supposed to. I had RotA in my hand. I lost the game because Cat never hit the field.
-Berserker-
My opponent Had stardust on the field. I had D. Fisure. He summons Zombie Master and I activate Torrential. First, he tried to chain MST and then activate Stardust after D. Fissure is destroyed. I told him that was not possible, so then instead he activates Assault Mode Activate in response of Torrential. Tributes Stardust to summon SDAss and tries to chain that to Torrential. I tell him that that's not possible and he loses all his monsters and are removed from play... VolTama
On WC09, I was on wifi testing out a Dimension Synchro deck. It's my turn and I was about to tune Hyper Synchron and two Scout Planes for RDA, until I realised that I forgot to load my Extra Deck...
玄魔の王
Fail moment of YVD - I was playing a Cyberdark-Lightsworn Hybrid (which turned out to be a failure in itself, but was a good idea at the time and is now my main fundeck). I go to equip Hunter Dragon to Cyberdark Keel, but I click the wrong card. Since I was talking over a webcam, I read out what I clicked instead of what I wanted. So my friend heard, "And I equip it with Solar Recharge".
-Griffin
Playing against WC2010 AI.Power Tool just equipped my Red Any with Mage Power. Red Ant then went on to win the game via beatdown. What the hell?
DARKPLANT RISING
This isn't a fail moment, but a rock moment. My opponent Kifune had a Venominaga. It killed most of my monsters except for a Marshmallon and a Collosal Fighter that had saved me as they both can rebirth or be immortal. Through my Life Points were 500, and he was 7500 or so, I won the duel... Kifune's deck was 4 cards due to the stall. My deck was 3. It was my turn... I set a monster and a trap card. Kifune's turn, he attacks the face-down, but I flip open Scrap-Iron Scarecrow to stop it. And I flip the monster...[spoiler=What It Was]You know how I won. The same way as Yugi won against Slifer. Expelsword
I think the turn player always draws first when it comes to cards like that
-Griffin
Yeah. That would have counted as a draw.
Tronta
a loss can only occur between chain links, i believe, so jar would resolve completely first, killing you both simultaneously as neither of you can complete his effect.
Scatty
Situation: I had Brionac, Stardust and 2 Dimensional Prisons set. My opponent had 1000 Life Points and I had 4000, due to a Solemn. I thought I couldn't lose (my opponent's field was empty). Then, his turn started. Activated Brain Control, took Brionac, discarded 3 cards to return all mine, summoned GEMINI ELF, and beat me. Damn it...

Expelsword
I just remembered when I was playing my friend, who uses a Dragon deck (His strongest monster is BEWD, which is a fail in itself, but bear with me) If I recall I had:Total Defense ShogunNeo Aqua MadoorBrain Jacker (facedown)Patrician of DarknessBUSTER BLADER (caps because it kills his entire deck) Enchanted Javelin (facedown) He had Gyroid and Gravity Bind now here's what happened he equipped my Buster Blader with Heart of Clear Water... (He thought the monster was destroyed, not the HoCW)and I laughed naturally I would have won, but we were out of time. Still hilarious

A Duel I heard about involved a Little City Deck against Disaster Dragon. DD guy tried to ressurect Totem Dragon, other guy uses Royal Oppression, thinking the Dragon will be removed. However, because the summon was negated, it returns to the Graveyard. DD guy activates Totem's effect again, and other guy Oppression again (because he wants the summon to fail). The cycle repeats until the Little City guy doesn't have enough LP to pay, and the other guy Tributes Totem for LaDD. You know how that ended.
