Need Help Placing A Strategy Game, Please

I'm making a strategy game based on the anime (not manga) Code Geass. I'm going to hold a round-robin style tournament - the top prize being 50 Points - and I need to know where to place it. I don't want to step on anyone's toes, which is why I'm posting this first. Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Only the top tier of players (ones with the most wins) will probably need a form, because after this tournament, I plan on seeing who truly is the best here. This is partly fun, partly recruitment, to be honest. Anyways, you're on now, thank for participating, and feel free to mention it to anyone you tihnk might be interested.
