Welcome to the Official thread for the review of Fan Fictions on this forum. I hope you (the people of this forum) will take notice of this thread, because I write these for you to understand how good I believe a Fan Fic is without having to go through it yourself.

My First review will be of Wolfberserker's Fan Fic: Begining of the End.

Let us start off with the basic story as I see it: The story is about a boy named Wolf who is thrown into the mad world of Duel Monsters, forced to fend for himself in a battle with the legions of an unknown, obvious DARK monster of ultimate power. The obvious main storyline is the pursuit of 7 legendary, ultimate powered Spell Cards by the DARK Monster Legions of this evil master. Wolf, a normal kid in the real world is now, after a freak encounter with a Terrorking Archfiend in league with the evil master, is now forced to fight for survival against the hordes of this evil being. Although only four episodes have been written, the story so far has been exciting and shows great promise of expanding into a truly original series. It is a gripping story, excellently presented, and the duels are highly detailed and excellently thought out, as is the rest of the writing between duels.

However even with these good points, it is not without its flaws and unfortunately for it, these flaws are rather large flaws which diminish the overall greatness and enjoyment of reading the Fan Fiction. Obvious punctuation and capitalization errors are clear throughout the entire piece, as well as some obvious spelling errors (words like stomach being spelt stomic, and nearest being spelt nearist) and that is to name just a couple of errors. And these obvious drawbacks in Basic English comprehension are a major blow to this Fan Fictions greatness. Another issue (which some people find a problem, but I don’t personally), is quite long and can be seen to detail it too much.

Summary:

Good: > Excellently thought out story, > excellently presented, > and very nice duels, > Highly detailed story, > Highly gripping story if you allow yourself to become gripped by it.

Bad: > Poor spelling, > Poor punctuation and capitalization, > Too long to grip most members of the Forum (possibly).

If you are willing to look past the all of the bad punctuation and capitalization and are willing to read a large piece, you will find this is a fan fiction well worth reading. However if you are not, you are potentially missing out on one of the better Fan Fictions on this Forum.

Rating: 8/10, Very Good Work.

Well, it is usefull and useless at the same time, I guess. Someone gives a review of someone`s fanfic, people see what that one thinks about it, but they should not set to much store by the opinion. They have to look for themselves. Because first looks might be concieving.

Further on, I think this is further a good idea.
