Lore :

 

When this card destroys a monster by battle Special Summon "Death Tokens" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) equal to the difference of Level between this card and the destroyed monster, in Defense Position. "Death Tokens" cannot be used for a Tribute Summon and do not take up Monster Card Zones. Once per a turn you can Special Summon 1 Fiend-Type monster from your Graveyard with a Level equal to or less then the amount of "Death Tokens" you control. While this card remains face-up on the field you can have it gain(s) the effect of 1 Field Spell Card in your Graveyard.

Lore :

 

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 2 Fiend-Type monsters you control. When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned, place 2 Spell Counters on it (max. 4). Once per turn, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to a face-up monster you control as an Equip Spell Card, or unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. Increase the equipped monster's ATK and DEF by 200 points for each Spell Counter on this card. If the equipped monster destroys a monster by battle, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. During each of your Battle Phases, you can pay 800 Life Points to unequip this card and remove 4 Spell Counters to Special Summon 1 "Illusion Token". "Illusion Tokens" have the same Level, Type, Attribute, ATK and DEF as the monster that was equipped with this card this turn. Destroy all "Illusion Tokens" during the End Phase of the turn they were Special Summoned. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, this card is destroyed instead.)

Reason: superior in every aspect (obviously)

effect is more creative/original

OCG is better second card doesn't need this phrase "if you control this card on the field" and the second card has a union effect yet the card sub type isn't a union monster?

card is more playable, way more playable (card B wastes way too much resources)

picture actually syncs with the name, though i can writing at the bottom corner
