Question on OCG

What would the OCG on this card be?

I know that its overpowered and has a watermark.

It shouldnt restart the duel, just the turn.

Although I had a grammar error in my fix, since all cards return to your deck and it becomes your Draw Phase (Edit: and Life Points return to their default), basically it is restarting the duel even though it doesn't specifically say it. Fixed my grammar errors and combined it with Gogeta's because the way he worded some things made more sense than mine.

 

Return all cards to their owner's Decks. Both players draw 5 cards. Increase you and your opponent's Life Points to 8000. It is now your Draw Phase. After this card's effect, remove it from play.

I'd believe it would be:

 

Return all cards to their owner's Decks. Both you and your opponent draw 5 cards. Both player's Life Points become 8000, and the turn this card was activated must start over. After this card's activation, it is removed from play.

 

I don't know what should the Draw Phase wording be...

Return all cards to the respective owners deck. Both you and you opponent draw 5 cards. The Life Points of you and your opponent become 8000. You now continue the game from the Draw Phase. This card is removed from play once this cards effect has been successfully activated.

 

This is probably not accurate but its good IMO. Go to shops and get an OCG check or Just post this in Custom Cards so it can be rated.

I'd word it this way.
