hell, I'd play this card, casters can swarm easy enough, and you can summon the monster you tributed for it if it's a caster, making this a trap hole for all summons.

that's exactly why I want it, and likely why they never will release it for real.

 

I abused this in one DMU deck, (where they limited the effect to dark spellcasters only, not that it mattered.) and it killed more than its rightful share of monsters I have to say.

 

for caster decks, it's more effective than bottomless.

 

I mean, I tribute your monster and mine to summon basicly whatever will stop you, and if I jusnt want to kill your monster, I kill your monster and re-summon mine, which could actually make even more problems.

True, it would mean you would have a monster and your opponent having nothing then.

Perfectly acceptable and quite balanced card. It at least gives spellcasters a card to play other than bottomless, but that serves essentially the same purpose.

but it also gives a bit of tech as well, making it an overall better card for casters, but only casters really.

 

and you do need a caster in the grave to activate it, so you can't always spring it early game, balancing the card.

not at a meta level, but a DM deck is actually a very effective teaching tool, because it puts a high level powerful monster on the field that has a good number of good support spells quickly and easily.

if they actualy made this a real card, it would likely get nerfed with an ATK limit or requirement, so the fortune ladys couldn't abuse this with the effect type tribute, since that could potentaly activate light or water, since they have ? ATK, and even though page 42 states that monsters with ? ATK are treated as 0 while not on the field, the searcher ruling that somewhere that states "? can't count for within limits" prevents that.
