Like Riko she blushed too when she heard the rather ambiguous line from Snow. "Hmmm Leftenant Snow a lesbian? Well she certainly is a 13 on a 10 scale." Evelyn thought with a small giggle. All in all though it seemed that the conversation wasn't anything as bad as Evelyn feared, so she decided she would head off and get ready for the coming mission. Joey Miles Posted March 6, 2010 Report Share Posted March 6, 2010 joey got up off the roof and pulled a hood over his head hiding his wolven ears. i wonder where those cloneblade idiots are going to be striking at this time. joey laughed the thought of messing with the cloneblade girls was just to good. its not like he held anything against them and he defentaly didnt like those stupid bio-weopens guys but those girls made to easy of a target.(might i ask where the lovly ladies are heading to?) She followed the others into the jets, and sat in a seat. She noted that she had seated herself next to Riko, and smiled to her. "Hey," she said. "You ready for this? I don't know if I am or not...this is my first official operation. I hope that I don't screw it up, and cause us to lose. That would be so embarrassing!" The shuttles then moved along tracks until they were locked into a large set of rails. The rails started to glow, then catapulted the shuttles out into space at thousands of miles an hour. The shuttles then altered course and headed at an angle for the Earth."Well, time to meditate." Riko sighed, closing her eyes.Of course, only the hardcore members actually meditated. And then she usually found herself dead asleep. Usually someone smacked her awake, it wasn't any different when she had those Martial arts classes when she was little either, meditation always led to sleep for her. She pretended to meditate but she really wasn't interested. The thought of battling iweapons made her mind too active to allow her to be calm enough. She interrupted Riko's meditation. "Do you really think that we'll be alright? I mean, everything else was just training; this is so much different! And I'm so nervous, I can hardly remember any of our training!" Kira gulped, and looked to her friend, hoping, knowing that she would be able to reassure her, and make her more confident in herself. Rihoko just stood there as her mother hacked away at the monster, suddenly realizing that Mom was a superhero, like the ones she had seen in the manga and tousatsu TV shows in shops, fighting evil to protect the ones she loved.And she felt proud to have the greatest mom in the world.Later, when Rihoko and Mr. Takayama visited Mom in the hospital, she was shocked to find out that Rihoko actually LIKED Mom's superhero form! Rihoko later learned that Mom had been concealing her secret identity out of disgust, worried that her own daughter would be repulsed by the monster that came out whenever she transformed. On the eve of the Battle, the other tenants of the apartment building learned of Mom's secret identity as well, and they were shocked that their 'Melon-y' was actually the iWeapon-destroying 'Ex-Con' they had seen on TV earlier.They also gained respect for the ditzy workaholic single mom once they learned of Mom's true power.Rihoko smiled in her sleep, thinking about the others.Mariko...Mr. Cho...Naomi...Michael...whatever happened to you all...The shrill "prepare to drop" siren woke Riko up again. Kira took a deep breath. In five minutes, it would be make it or break it. In five minutes, she would find out if she had the courage, the strength, the power to wield a CloneBlade. She looked at Riko, and saw that she wore the same face of determination as Kira. She shuffled around in her seat, then reached up, and grabbed the parachute above her head. She then went and looked over the ladies around her to make sure the chutes were secure or had nothing wrong with it. After the check it seemed everything was just about to kick off. She watched Riko put it on, then imitated her and attached it to her own ear. She looked around, the world through her left eye taking on a green hue. "Don't worry, I remember how to use a parachute...it's about the only thing I can remember right n-" There was a loud blaring noise, and a light turned on near a door; it read 'Prepare for Drop'. "I guess this is it, then." Kira tried to think of something to say to her friend, some way to thank her for all that she had done for her. All she came up with was, "Don't die on me, Riko." Behind the shuttle the team was in were 4 other shuttles flying in a V-shaped formation."See you on the ground, girls!" They used to be human, until their creators used human brains as the CPUs for these mechanical monstrosities.But those feelings quickly passed as she remembered to open her parachute.
