OoC: I have a couple of things to tell you guys. First, I'm on a vacation for two weeks, so I won't be on very much during that period. Also, we're not supposed to know that we're good and evil, the characters does just feel by instinct when they should fight someone of the opposing faction.

Helio answered the once again ringing phone.

"Yea?" He was getting bored of waiting and hoped that this was Phaylin.

"Phaylin is here, should I send him up to you?" The secretary asked.

"Wonderfull! Send him right in!" Helio smiled and before he hung up he could hear how the scretary told Phaylin to enter Helio's room.

Felicity smiled from just how easy it was to get on a Duel Runner for free, but she was a little cautious. This man could of been something incredibly... bad and so she had to keep her guard up. She took the helmet and put it on, before laying back on the Duel Runner and sighing. "Been a long time since I've been on one of these. I'll need to get my own sometime." Felicity said without much of a tone, as she just closed her eyes and awaited for Alan to start moving the Duel Runner.

Alan listened to the girl saying something about getting her own runner, and then, with the engine turning rapidly and the runner in gear, he released the brake. The moment he released it the duel runner started, accelerating rapidly and causing inertia to press against both rider and passenger. They snaked around a couple of corners towards a busier street and rushed up alongside the cars.

"So, anywhere you want to go, and do you have a name, miss?" he asked, rolling around yet another corner.

"Yeah, my name's Felicity. And no, not particularly. Just take me somewhere nice." Felicity replied to Alan as she leant forward a bit so that she could keep balance and not fall off of the Duel Runner. "And yourself? You must surely have a name also." Almost immediately after Felicity finished speaking, she held onto the side of the Duel Runner, seeing that a corner was coming up.

"Alan," he replied, leaning the runner into the next corner, "and I don't know what people would normally consider nice, so unless you had anything more specific in mind how about we just take a little cruise about the city?"

He swerved onto an entrance ramp to the highway, leaning as the duel runner followed the curved roadway up onto a highway which was quite a bit quieter than it had been when he left it before.

"Now here we can really get some speed up," he added, pushing down his foot as the runner sped up again.

He liked the lonelyness. All that he has is his deck, and noone has ever heard of it. He has nicknamed it the 'Wrong' deck, but it reflects his past(Not that he knows it.). On his 16th birthday a card flew in the wind, and for a moment he saw a shadow in the corner of his eye, holding the exact same card. He picked the card up and looked back at the shadow. It was gone. He has never lost a duel since that day. He now travels the streets on a duel runner, looking for the shadow.

OoC: Phaylin doesn't know he is good, he just has to believe it because of who he is

Phaylin walked into Helio's room. "Hi, I'm Phaylin. You may or may not know me, but I will introduce myself. I recently became a pro, and I have something serious to tell you. But first I have a few questions. Do you have Revenant of MIdsummer's Frost with you? Do you know how you got that card? You don't need to answer. I believe I know how you got your card. You given it on your birthday at age 16. How did whoever gave it to you get it? Was it a mysterious man who gave it to who ever gave that card to you? Because that is how I got Magical Light Sorcerer."

He looked through his deck and pulled out his card. He waited for Helio's reaction, with Phaylin's eyes piercing at him.

OoC: Okay Magnet, your accepted.

"How about we stop for a moment..." Felicity said as they passed an empty Duel Field. "I mean, surely we could use that for a bit of entertainment, hmm?" Felicity questioned, as she poked Alan in the back to make sure that he was listening. "Just trust me, go and park over at the Duel Field. I'm sure alot of people will enjoy a duel from us as well." Felicity smirked as she pulled out her Deck and started to organize it.

"Well, since you put it that way..." Alan swerved off the highway with no loss of speed and performed a faultless 180 degree spin as he entered the field. Coasting backwards meant the runner rapidly lost speed, and it came to a stop at the far end of the field, less than a foot from the walling.

He dismounted and disengaged the duel disk from the runner, a security precaution as much as anything else - the runner wouldn't work without his specific disk, and he still didn't quite trust this girl not to try and drive off with it. Besides, even if she didn't that didn't mean no-one else would.

"So," he said, "was it me you wanted to duel, or did you see someone else hanging around here?"

"You'll do. After all, I want to see if this stranger has a bit of game in him." Felicity replied, stroking the Duel Disk on her arm as she then inserted her deck into the appropriate slot. Afterwards, she walked over to the other side of the Duel Field so that Alan didn't have to move much, before turning around to face him. "Since I'm challenging you, you can go first."

((Do we start with 4000 or 8000 Life Points? I'll put 8000, and then change it if it isn't))

"Why thank you," Alan replied, drawing his opening hand. He glanced at them as he swapped them into his left hand, He gave a slight smile, but it was gone almost instantly.

You may regret that, he thought to himself.

"All right then, let's get started. I draw, and to start with, I'll summon Spell Reactor RE in defense mode (DEF 900)." A machine, loosely resembling a dragon-like creature, emerged onto the field, and folded itself up, turning from it's red and grey colour scheme to blue. "Next I'll place two cards face down and with that I'll end my turn. Let's see what you can do."

Hopefully you'll be better than my last opponent, but then that wouldn't be saying much.

Kris sighed. He just wasted another five minutes in dueling one of the worst duelists he had ever facedd. However he did say that about everyone. He was about to pack up and go home when a duel runner skidded into the dueling field, right next to his. "Watch the paint work!" He shouted as the driver dismounted. He actually looked like a decent duelist for once and Kris was about to challenge him when a girl jumped of the back of the duel runner and activated a Duel disk. Kris just sighed and leaned against the railing, watching the duel.

OoC: Compass is accepted. Lego, I changed the name to Midsummer Frost Revenant, so use that name in the future.

Helio eyed the man who had just stepped into his room.

"So you're Phaylin?" Helio smiled. "As you would've allready understood I'm Helio, and to answer your question; Yes, I do have the Midsummer Frost Revenant and yes, I got it from my parents during my 16th birthday, three years ago. But now that you mention it, they didn't tell me where they got it from..."

What's she planning? Alan wondered, Oh well, I'll just have to stop her before she does it.

"I draw." Not what I was looking for, but I'll go with it.

"I'll start with this spell card, Nobleman of Crossout. Now I'll remove your set monster from play, and if it happens to be a flip effect monster then you're out of luck, since every other copy of that card in your deck goes as well."

(If no response)

"Now with that out of the way I'll move Spell Reactor to attack position (ATK 1200), and with you wide open, I think I'll go for a direct attack." The draconic machine unfurled itself and roared, before shooting forward.

(If no response)

A missile was dropped from the machine, crashing down onto felicity (LP: 4000>2800). Spell reactor returned to it's original position, and gave a roar.

"Well I think that'll do for now. I end my turn."

Cyrus woke up. "Ho hum..." He muttered sleepily to himself. He sleeplily got dressed, and walked slowly out into the street. Not far from his house, he saw the unmistakble flash of a monster being summoned and rushed towards it. A street duel worked better then coffee, which he never drunk. He absoulutely hated its bitter taste. When he reached the people, he gave them a wave, then retired against a building to watch the duel continue on.

"Well my parents did, and I have another question for you. Do you know if something strange happened near or on the time of your birth? Now what I'm saying next might sound crazy. To those questions I asked they were yes to me to. I believe that there are those, like us in a way, that we are going to face off. I believe that we represent good and they, evil. I have much work on my hypothesis. That didn't take up all my time though. I still had time to do my inventing thing." Phaylin said. He thought, I hope it got through to him. I do have my work with me if he needs it.

Huh? This guy seems a little tipsy... But now that he mentions it...

"Yes. At the time of my birth my father became the director of Kaiba Corp, and after 19 years he retired, that's how I became the director..." Helio thought about what Phaylin had said about good and evil. "About good and evil I don't know, but I'm sure that I am doing my best to give the people of NDC a good life. Let's move on to your invention." Helio pointed at Phaylin's watch. "I think it was some sort of Duel Disk System, am I right?"

Phaylin smiled, it seems like something got through to him, and said, "My duel disk is very special, but completely awe inspiring. I haven't used it in a tournament yet, and am still trying to work out all the bugs. I only have used it in a few duels, but it appears to have all the bugs fixed. What you do is you push down on the watch and then your/a duel disk unfolds. I made it because I thought duel disks were too bulky. This design allows you to carry your duel disk, and still not have all that bulk. Let me demonstrate."

He pushed down on the watch. It started to unravel in a mixture of lights and clanks. And finally there was a duel disk on his arm. Phaylin put his deck in and the disk beeped and showed 4000 life points on the screen.

((In response to Nobleman of Crossout. Also, I will now be working on a Banlist for the RP, so you will be restricted on what moves you make unfortunately =P))

"Well, I have 2 face-downs so I guess I'll activate one of them now! Go, Agonizing Restriction!" Felicity's left card flipped face-up to reveal a card with the picture of a man being held back by 4 arms made purely out of darkness. "With it, I send my face-down Smiling Jack to the Graveyard to negate the effect of Nobleman of Crossout and destroy it!" With that, the face-down card, Smiling Jack, flipped face-up, showing a pale blue boy wearing rags. His mouth was stitched up and yet he was smiling. He shattered quickly, before 4 arms darted out of the Agonizing Restriction card and smashed Nobleman of Crossout against the ground. "Now Smiling Jack activates! He comes back, just like a good boy does!" The pale blue boy returned before Felicity in Defense Position.

"Not bad," Alan replied, "but unfortunately that little guy still won't stand up to spell reactor's attack."

She'll probably bring it back again, but then she might bring out something else, which will give me more of an insight into her strategy.

(If no response)

The boy was smashed to pieces by the missile dropped onto it, before the machine resumed it's original position on the field, giving a defiant roar.

I suspect her aim was to keep that thing around. It's a tuner, so she'll be after a synchro summon next turn, no doubt. This should be interesting at least.

"I'll end my turn at that," he added, "enjoy."

Looks like he wants a duel.. I'll let him get what he wants.

"Let me test how good that Duel Disk System is!" Helio said and smiled. He then removed all papers from his desk and placed them on the floor, revealing a duel field printed onto the desk.

"I got this Duel Desk installed in case of these situations, so let's duel!" He placed his deck on the deck zone, and a computer display emerged from the desk, saying that he had 4000 life points. "I'll let you start..."
