Yeah, and from 'Bad Blood' I have hope that they'll both be way better than the album. Because we all know that This War Is Ours, The Flood and We Won't Back Down were the only good songs on the album.

 

This song sounds awesome (much closer to their old stuff while being completely different), and I hope the other one will too. Will be buying.

Josh Todd always brings great diversity to a song; he brought the quality of the song up imo. 10 Miles Wide was good too.

Right, they released the album version on their MySpace.

 

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed. After falling in love with the Live version, for it to be so... different. Major pet peeves:

 

- The voice effect Mabbitt is using. No.

- Max's backing vocals being turned down so much.

- No screams in the breakdown as they did live, only growls.

- The overall effect that it sounds like they worked with a DJ.

 

Though once you listen to it a few times and get over this stuff, it really is a great song. Doesn't sound like Escape the Fate, and it definitely wasn't the TNSFTD-like song I was expecting, but it's still good. Lets hope that the other single, Behind The Mask is better and doesn't use those effects.
