♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
Hmm...I suppose I chose No-Support. A) There is what Strawberry-nii-chan said [and] B) This would negate nearly all club making. This would make ALL YVD themed clubs illegal since there are over 2 already. What if that was the only connecting feature? The only link between the two is the theme. Everything else is different. It's still forbidden. You could have a YVD themed club and it have ranks' date=' events, holiday days, the whole shi-bang. And then 2 other clubs made before that are just dull boring garbage of just members and a theme. The new fun extravagant club would be locked since there is already 2 existing YVD themed clubs. I say no-Support.[/quote'] While this is obviously a possibility, it would then fall to those who wish to make a new club to either talk to a moderator and get special permission to create their own YVD club, or talk with the leaders of the existing clubs and working out some deal with them. Definitly possible. Although I'm still on the boarderline of Non-Support and Support. I'll shift to support and if I think of another issue I'll approach it. But yes this is a great idea whether or not I end up Supporting or not.

.Leo
No Support. Overall, bad idea is bad. I see what you are trying to do here, but it seems that it would be to hard to implement and would hit the activity of the Clubs/Organization hard. Due to there being only 2 of the same themed clubs, the clubs could be either poorly made, or be spammy and pointless, taking up the space of a better club. Overall I think this idea could be implemented, but in another way which isn't as restricted and can be easily implemented.
♥Łövëły-Ċħän♥
I agree with Leo about it being able to be implemented differently. Perhaps instead of directly targeting clubs of the same theme, make a checklist of what clubs MUST have.
Lemniscate
No Support. Overall' date=' bad idea is bad. Overall I think this idea could be implemented, but in another way which isn't as restricted and can be easily implemented.[/quote'] Clubs would still be held to the current standards, including spam, etc.It would just require actual enforcement of these rules, and I mean real enforcement. The section has always been unnecessarily lax. There is no reason for it to be this way. By its very nature, this suggestion would also require enforcement of the current regulations. It is important that every section be held to a minimum standard, that keeps spam away from the entire board. We can tell clubs that if they want to spam, they should create an official club game, which can be continuous, in the games section, or any other way of combating spam. We need to make sure that the section isn't constantly being flooded with spammy posts, if a Club is made, it should be held to the current standards, and there shouldn't be a massive amount of clubs for one specific topic. The Clubs and Organizations section shouldn't become a de facto spamhole. In any other section, there can't be multiple threads with the same focus, now obviously, this won't be directly implemented in C&O, but there should be some limitation on thread topics to keep the site fairly consistent in its regulations. ♥ ЅϯᵲåώӀӞ℮ᴙʀɣ−ɴɨɨ−ƈħåɴ ♥
As long as you're confident that you'll be able to sway the moderators in a way so that they actually will do this cleanup and reinforcement in that subforum, I'll support, but if not, then I find this to be a very lost cause. Good luck.
Lemniscate
I'm confident it can work.I'll help do the damn thing myself if they won't enforce it, reporting clubs, etc. It's something I feel should happen, I'll do what I need to do to get it done. Added to the support list, thanks for the support.

Lemniscate
I do get your point, but I think that it is lessened by your lack of grammar skills.I have no issue with the no support, but I would say that you should try to use correct grammar, as it shows a level of intelligence and thoughtfulness that goes into your posts, and makes others more likely to respect you and your opinions.Sorry that you won't be supporting this, I hope you take my advice. Lemniscate
Well, that's a choice. I would still suggest using better grammar, but it's not my decision.
chrid97
okay i'll take your advice. And why do you want to stop the multiple creations of clubs with same topic
Lemniscate
Because it is inherently given to spam. When the section is flooded with that many threads, especially threads with the same topic, they become more statistically likely to spam in order to keep the club noticeable, which is achieved by keeping the thread as close to the top of page one as possible. Every time there is a post, it moves back to the top, which keeps the entire section full of spam as every club tries to be the most active, the most noticeable, the best for what they do. Increased competition between similar clubs further exacerbates the problem, as clubs will want to outdo all other clubs with the same focus in order to keep members in their own group instead of the other groups.
