Brandon walked around the camp, stopping at the stables and getting a pegasus out. "Do you know how to ride a horse?" Brandon asked Amethyst, patting the black pegasus he got out of the stables.

 

"Yes," Amethyst said, smiling.

 

"Well this is nothing like it," Brandon said, hopping up onto the pegasus' back. "Do you want to come?"

[Corvidae]

ooc: His name is Titin, not Titan. Just a clarification. And Charon is the guy who brings people to the underworld. Chiron is the centaur.

IC: As Nikki was running towards the big house, she stopped to watch Jecht practice his archery. 'No, see, you're supposed to do it more like this,' She offered, walking up next to him and turning visible. Then she grabbed a bow and notched an arrow into it. She held the bow slightly lower than Jecht had, and aimed a bit higher. 'Aim above your target so that it won't be pulled down by gravity between you and your target.' Then she fired a perfect shot, the arrow quivering slowly in the bullseye. Then she replaced the bow, and walked off.

 

'Where's Lina Silchus? Bring me to her now!' Titin demanded to Alecto, who Percy commonly referred to as Mrs. Dodds.

'The Elysian Fields,' Alecto replied, terrified by Titin's sheer strength.

'I know that!!' Titin screamed. 'Bring me to her!'

Brian watched Nikki walk off. Dang he thought turning towards the sound of a Conch. Breakfast he hadn't realized he didn't sleep at all last night and he stretched and walked towards the dining pavillion with a bunch of Hermes kids. The stoll brothers nudged him and they yawned and walked toward the table. Brian was so confused about this quest thing and decided he would question the spirit of delphi asap.

ooc: Nikki never left him. She's just in three places at the same time.

IC: Nikki then went, from the archery field towards the pavilion, for breakfast. She started running, then got there, and grabbed a plate for herself. She filled it with fruits, and then scraped it into the brazier. All of it. 'For Apate,' she said, and then she left the pavilion, striding slowly.

 

Dante tried to get up, when he heard the conch horn. 'Umm...' he said, his voice strained, his neck aching. 'How exactly am I supposed to eat, or offer food to Aphrodite, or really anything for that matter?'

'I'll take care of it,' An Apollo eagerly replied, brushing her hair out of her face. 'Now, what do you want me to get you?'

 

Nikki followed Brian, and put on the watch he had given her. She grinned, retrieved her ring, and turned invisible. I'll have to get my dagger back later, She thought.

 

Titin was following Alecto through the asphodel fields, ghostly spirits giving him a wide berth, until he reached his target. 'Hello, mother.'

 

Nikki walked along, holding two daggers. She would have to return it. Then, she ducked into the empty Athena cabin, and placed the dagger under her pillow, smiling invisibly.

Sula was considering the possibilities, the bit of his mind considered he wouldn't be to risky with this. In a matter of fact for some reason he wanted to go agianst his father due to his strange instinct to make the legit choices. Besides, there isn't really any true point for him joining Luke, Kronos hates all gods, even ones like Janus the one he was son of. Considering these possibilities he decided to not follow his father's orders until further notice. Making sure that the Campers he had momentarily grabbed believed that it was a sort of illusion, Sula made sure that he would go across "The Hero's Path" until necessary for destruction.

 

Keeping Silver in his armor and his blade, the mixture was much to large in order to be maintained in one blade now, he started looking for Brian, he had to figure out some way to prove that joining Kronos was a bad choice for his father.

OoC: OH!! I get it now, sorry for the confusion but still I don't think one of the Furies would be afraid of Titin. -.-

 

IC: Jecht watched as the invisible figure shot his bow. "Nikki?" He asked but realized she had walked off by now. "I wonder how she did that." He said taking his bow and trying again, following her instrustions and hitting the target beside the pervious one hitting it directly in the middle. He rolled his eyes and put the bow on his back again. He had heard someone got a quest but didn't know who or what about. He heard the conch and walked off towards the dining pavilion. Jecht gave a good portions of eggs to the fire. "Accept my offering Apollo and aid me in this fight." He said looking at the empty seats around him. They were empty because of those on border patrol and started eating his bacon.

Brandon walked over to the dining hall, after his ride with Amethyst, in which she screamed for dear life until they were back on solid ground. He walked to the pavilion and sat down at the Apollo table, while Amethyst had to sit at the Hermes table. There were a few Apollo campers who were surprised to see Brandon, but they were much older than when Brandon left.

 

"So where is Chiron? I've been searching for him all day," Brandon asked, looking around. When he was at camp, Chiron would be here, especially by now, when the food was brought out.

 

"Chiron got fired, din'he?" someone said through a mouthful of barbecue, "Tantalus is the activities director now."

 

"Tantalus? Isn't he the one who cooked his son into a stew and then served it to the gods. What are they doing letting a sicko like him run a camp for kids," Brandon said, shocked, looking at the greedy-eyed Tantalus at the middle of the pavilion.

Nikki went over to her cabin and retrieved her dagger. Then, re-armed, she decided to go over to see how Dante was faring with his broken neck. She slipped into the Apollo cabin, thinking, He should be in Aphrodite cabin. It's his cabin, after all.

'How you doing?' She asked shyly. It was against the rules for two campers to be alone in a cabin.

'I've been -' Dante winced, 'Better.'

'I bet,' Nikki agreed. 'You should really stay in Aphrodite cabin.'

'Yeah,' Dante attempted to nod painfully. 'But Apollo has the best-' Dante grimaced again, '-healers. Not as if they can heal this. But the pain they can heal. More or less.'

Nikki smiled in agreement.

 

Nikki, following Sula to see his decision, breathed into his ear, 'A wise choice,' And then she was gone.

 

 

ooc: For the record, whenever I switch between my characters, I leave an indent between them.

Brandon got up from the dinner table and walked off, running into Nikki. "Hello, I'm sorry, but I'm sort of new here. I used to go to this camp, but I left years ago. Can you tell me more about Thalia's tree and Chiron being gone?"

 

Amethyst talked with some people at the Hermes table, wishing she could sit at the Apollo table with Brandon, but she wasn't determined yet, whatever that meant.

 

"Well," a Hermes cabinmate explained, "being determined means the god that is your father or mother claims you as there's and you move into their cabin, unless they're a minor god or goddess, in which case you stay in Hermes' cabin. I'm actually a son of Thanatos, the god of Death."

[Corvidae]

'Well,' Nikki answered, 'Luke poisoned Thalia's tree, So that's why there's now a border patrol to keep monsters out. Also, Chiron got... fired from camp because the gods think that he poisoned it instead. Because his dad is Kronos. So now Percy Jackson and several other campers have gone to get the Golden Fleece to try and heal the tree of its poison. Also, once they get it, I'm going to try to use it on Dante. He broke his neck in another quest, trying to get some sacred weapons of alkahest, and the first guardian was a huge Ares demigod named Titin. He had an Alkahest sword which he used to nearly kill Dante. He wouldn't have made it if not for Brian and me. As it is, his neck is broken. But, I have a feeling that the Fleece can help him. You'll see him soon enough, he's staying in Apollo cabin with the camp's healers. By the way, who's your Aphrodite friend?' Nikki asked, gesturing to Amethyst.

((You aren't supposed to know Luke poisoned it yet. He doesn't tell the camp until the end of the second book. And no one knows the Golden Fleece is there. The quest was to save Grover, wasn't it?))

 

Brandon looked strangely at Nikki. "Amethyst? She's not in Aphrodite. I'm not really sure who her god parent is, but I'm pretty sure it's Philotes, the goddess of affection. Amethyst has a natural way of pulling people close to her. That's how she found me. Before, she thought she was just a freak, and I'm guessing because she viewed herself as an outcast, she created a negative aura around herself and pushed others away. But I've never seen her so happy, surrounded by people like here."

 

"I'm Brandon, by the way, son of Apollo," Brandon said, remembering he hadn't properly introduced himself. "I haven't been here in a few years, but I like to stop in every now and again to play pinochle with Chiron and Mr. D. Alkahest weapons? I remember hearing something about that on my travels, but it was only mentioned in passing. They're supposed to be very powerful, mythological weapons aren't they?"

 

Amethyst was sitting with the Hermes cabin members, laughing and playing. Everyone, like Brandon said to Nikki, was attracted to her. She was actually making friends for once in her life.

[Corvidae]

ooc: Nikki has her ways of knowing things. Besides, Tantalus wouldn't allow a quest just for a demigod. And the book specifically said that the quest was for the Golden Fleece.

IC: 'Nikki Heartstrung, Athena Cabin. The alkahest weapons are no legend. Any more than the gods, or Chiron, or pinochle, or dirt is legendary. I can show you one.' And then Nikki used the watch Brian had given her to access the Alkahest Blade, which then materialized into her hands. 'This blade nearly killed Dante. So I'm going to find some way to heal him. No matter what.' She paused. 'Philotes? There are way too many gods on Olympus. How can you tell between the godesses of Love and Affection? Aphrodite and Philotes? They may as well be the same.'

Brian sat back down after sacrificing some of his food and looked at Nikki talking to Brandon. He looked down at his bacon when it seemed like he was staring and listened into their conversation. So it was luke He thought looking at all the hermes campers who looked up to luke at one point. He was upset that he let them down. Luke will pay... Brian swore scooping off the last of his egg and discarding the plate and running off to train and ariving in under a minute even though the arena was on the opposite side of camp.

 

OoC:You can't acecess the blades from that watch Strateigist14...they are protected by finger print and only accessed from my phone...sorry they needed to be safe you need a god to access them...most likely Hermes if i pray to him...

"Well, Philotes is sort of like Eros' love. It's not real, but it's not fake. It just draws you to someone, but it's more real than Eros'. It's innocent love, pulled out of you," Brandon said, looking at Amethyst. "And, I'm an Apollo cabin. I'm sure there's something I can do with him."

 

Amethyst was telling a story about her adventure and how they'd run into a Cyclops who was in serious need of a meal, so he picked up Amethyst, and was about to take her away when Brandon blinded him with the light from Ilia and then used his sword to kill the Cyclops, all in an intense, blinded battle.

[Jakeronijo]

Brian hacked away at the Dummy slashing off the arms and swiftly moving behind it and stabbing it hard through the middle. He swung around and cut the next one's head off. His phone beeped and he was on the other side of the arena. "what the...." Suddenly he was in the attic of the Big House. He covered his nose and made a disgusted face at the smell and walked slowly toward the body of the oracle with his arm raised.

[Corvidae]

ooc: Ok Sorry.

IC: 'Whereas Aphrodite's love is far more powerful. I'll accept that.' Nikki replied, 'So... You've been here before?'

 

Titin was in a bad mood. He hadn't been able to find it, and now he was stuck in the fields of asphodel, with no idea where the exit to the underworld was.

 

Dante was having a lot of trouble eating breakfast. Believe me when I say it's hard to eat without using anything below your neck, and while lying down. He had been helped into a sitting position by an Apollo demigod, who was now trying to help him to eat breakfast. It was going to be hard for Dante to live like this.

 

The oracle rose, and recited;

Six ancient weapons were scattered afar,

Five heroes shall find them, one with a scar,

The weapons of Alkahest cannot be lost,

Or the entire planet will pay a great cost

To find the great weapons, just follow the clues,

Two of your number won't make it, they'll lose,

The Goddess of Ghosts can show you the way,

To the Alkahest Axe, buried in lands of gray,

"Yes, I was here for two years, but then I left, and went off on a self-assigned quest. I wanted to see the world, but this camp was holding me back. Now that I know what's going on though," Brandon said, gripping his sword Alitheia tightly, "I'm going to fight to protect it."

 

Brandon talked with Nikki while walking to the arena, "Do you mind practicing with me? I hope I've gotten better in the past few years."

 

Brandon had arrived around the same time the Annabeth and Luke did, and he was determined not long after, so he decided to stay as a permanent camper. He sparred with Luke often, but never won. He kept that in mind, while fighting his way through the waves of monsters that seemed to appear wherever he went, and got better, stronger.

 

Amethyst walked to the Hermes cabin, about to get her first night's sleep in three days. "I'm so tired," she yawned, lying back in her sleeping bag as she looked around, only to see an empty cabin.

[Jakeronijo]

Brian stepped back. "Who has a scar?" He tried to rack his brain but the only person he could think of was luke but he was on the princess andromeda not a camper anymore either. Goddes of ghosts had to be someone in the underworld...That makes sense because people are dead there...Lands of gray. Brian didn't know much about the underworld but he knew they would need to get there to get the next weapon. He flipped open his phone and called his dad. Hello this is martha how may i help you? A snake voice asked. Don't be so nice to him, What do you want kid? A male voice called. sssssshh.... the female said. "Would Zeus be mad if i talked to my dad?" Brian asked as thunder rocked through the sky at the god's name. Okay, but just for a moment. She said. "Dad you know apollo right? We need a favor." Brian said leaping from the attic and walking to Dante's room as he ended the call.

 

Ooc:It would have been cool to have nico go with us to the underworld... oh well.

[Theseus]

Brandon contemplated the quest they were going on while he swung his sword, hacking at dummies before Nikki joined him. "This quest that you and that Brian boy in Hermes cabin are going on, Nikki, what is the point? These Alkahestian weapons would be use to bring back Cronos and start the age of the Titans over again, correct. I see the dangers of this mission, but I don't think there is anything I can do to help. The prophecy said there were only five people, and the Alban kid, and his brother are the lost ones, right?"

 

Amethyst fell asleep, having uneasy dreams about flying, and then, a beautiful woman, standing there with open arms, accepting Amethyst. She looked like Amethyst, so Amethyst guessed this must've been her mother, or at least, what Amethyst pictured her mother to look like.

[Corvidae]

ooc: He doesn't exist yet. But yeah. It'd be so epic!

IC: 'Hey Brian,' Dante greeted him as he entered. 'How ya-' He shuddered in pain, 'Doing? Any news from the-' He grimaced, '-outside world?'

 

'Luke already has some of them,' Nikki replied. 'What we are trying to do is to stop him from getting more. Alban is lost, but Ajax was never on the quest. So one of us is still in trouble, except that Dante seems pretty lost to me. He can't move anything but his head. But, no. You assisting us would not be wise.'

[Theseus]

"Wait," Brandon said, counting on his fingers. "Dante, You, Brian, Alban... and who else? I can only think of four people on the quest."

 

Brandon stopped swinging his sword, the dummy in front of him in shambles. "Well, they're full year campers are going to have fun making more of these guys for next year. I want to help you guys on the quest, if no one else is going. There's a heavy cost for defying Fate, so you should find another member, if you haven't already."

[Jakeronijo]

"As a matter of fact." Suddenly the temperature in the room began to rise. The sun seemed to have landed right outside.

THe apollo campers around dante sighed but bowed as their father walked in saying bad poetry. "I hope you didn't mind my dad called in a few favors and since it would be noon soon.." Brian said gesturing to the god who already looked at Dante with a bright expression. "Ha that rhymed." Apollo said walking to Dante's bed side.

[Corvidae]

Dante groaned in pain, and not from his neck. 'Thanks, Apol-' He winced, '-lo.'

 

Nikki slipped out quietly. So, Apollo, huh? That could work...

 

Diana backed away from Dante, and her father.

 

'Sula.' Nikki told Brandon. 'Sula's coming with us.'

 

Titin had found Sisyphus. 'Where's the exit?!?' He bellowed.

'Go away, I'm busy!' Sisyphus yelled. He was busy pushing a boulder to the top of a hill.

'Tell me!!!' Titin yelled, and he tried to hit sisyphus, but he missed and accidentaly whacked Sisyphus' boulder, which then rolled almost to the top of the hill. Then it slowly rolled down, where it rammed against Sisyphus, knocking him through the air, until he hit an invisible wall and fell to the ground.

'Now tell me.' Titin growled horribly.

Appolo put his hand on Dante's neck and the bones and nerves reformed healing Dante from head to toe. There was a tingling throughout Dante's body as he was healed. Suddenly a camper burst into the room. His hair was singed and the back of his shirt was on fire. Campers ran to put it out "I think you should leave, your chariot burned up several wood nymphs."The camper said sitting down. "well thats my que, Take care of him will no more broken necks." He said nodding to Brian.

[Luna Lovegood]

Harry stepped out of his cabin, but the sun was very warm on his face. He blinked a few times. His cabin was very empty, with only him and the twins present. He had tons of space for his clothes. The cabins outside was very much like that of an older house, with what looked like ivy growing up the sides. However, upon closer inspection, it was revealed to be grape vines, which grew marvellously no matter what time of year it was. This was because the people who inhabited this cabin where the sons of Dionysus, God of Wine, Parties and Ecstasy.
