When he saw that Dante was the bloodied victem and that his team had defeated the Titin, Sula suddenly burst into action. With Silver manifesting parasitically on his arm, a large bit of the metal transformed into a large claw of liquid metal, which grabbed Brian around the neck tightly and firmly. With anger in his eyes and a large scowl apon his face he grasped the young boy firmly, not doing anything that would harm his breathing but tight enough so he would not be able to escape unless Sula wished it. "Now...... I want some answers! Why did you say that Titin could help me girl! Why is Dante dead! And why aren't you trying to help him! And hurry it up, or the boy dies!"

[Felix Culpa]

"Put the boy down," Alban said, looking at Dante's body. "Only Hades has the power to turn back the dead, and this boy isn't powerful enough to barter with the gods. I was favored by Death, he likes taking heroes, when he took me, and now Thanatos has taken a young life. It's a great circle. He may choose to be reborn, though. I doubt he will though. And if he does, it will be little help."

 

Ajax grimaced at the dead body. "Let's give him a heroes funeral when we finally pronounce him dead. Brian, it's not your fault. It was mine for not amply protecting him."

brian grabbed at his throat. "first of all im not a girl..." Brian swung his sword phone and hit Silver's hand dropping to the floor. "And I'm not telling you anything until you ask nicely." Brian said dashing back a few feet so he was out of range. His sword turned to a caduces and he swung it and pointed it at Silver and the tip glowed bright blue.

[Felix Culpa]

"Brian, Sula, do not fight," Alban pleaded. "We do not need to pile a second body tonight. Please let us mourn for our friend. Brian is inexperienced with death, as our most people here, so I suggest it would be better that Ajax and I leave immediately. We'll search for the next Alkahest item and warn you if we find one. Nikki has left, so we've got no clue what we're looking for, but that sword had a strong magical aura, so I think the rest will only get more powerful as they are found."

 

Alban walked to Hermes cabin, pulling a knapsack out of his bunk, filled with all his things. "I'm leaving now," Alban said to the area at large, "If I find anything, I'll send you an I-M. Got it?"

 

Alban walked off the border of the camp, past Thalia's tree and was off. He didn't know where he was going, or what he was looking for, but he was gone now.

 

"That's a little rash of him," said Ajax, still sitting. "I'll leave if I feel the need to. I'm not anchored to this camp. I'll help Mr. D and Tantalus with the running of camp activities, and you campers with the border patrol, but I think we'll have to postpone anything openly dangerous, like the chariot races, until we can get a thorough shield for the camp again. Thalia's tree won't last forever."

Brian let down his guard but kept one eye on Sula. It was late and the stars were bright. Brian suddenly realized how tired he was. He looked around and noticed a group of Campers in ful battle armor coming up the hill. "you guys are relieved i hope not too much happened while we were asleep guys." connor stoll said with a smirk.

 

ooc: next time i post 2mrrw it will be morning so finish youre affairs and 2mrrw will be breakfast and percy and clarisse will leave. since we have the first weapon we can wait a minute.

Sula glared at Brian but began to stop attacking him, Alban was right, he was overreacting, suddenly he realized that Silver was reforming without his mind.

 

Sula stared at the metallic components as it reformed onto his arm, he attempted to shake it off but the metal stuck to his arm, covering his entire arm and then his head....

 

Sula was in a sort of trance, the whole view was dark, suddenly a man with two heads and almost two seperate bodies attached with a small link of flesh. "Father..... what is the meaning of covering me with my own weapon?" The god of choices stared at his son with a scowl on both of his faces. "It seemt that you were having a bit of a problem deciding what path to take.. I decided that you needed a bit of persuasion...."

[Corvidae]

ooc: Thanx for not killing me yet. You'd be surprised how resilient my guys are. And technically, Nikki stabbed Titin, which helped, so she technically IS on the quest. I think.

IC: Dante then groaned painfully, and opened his eyes. 'hey, guys...' He managed to say, though his breathing was constricted, and he was obviously in intense pain. 'Did... did we win?'

Then, Nikki's dagger caught his eye. 'H-hey... where's N-Nikki?... Her d-dagger...' And then he winced in pain, as he tried to move his head. 'My... my neck, it - it hurts...' Then he tried to grab Nikki's knife, but found that he couldn't. 'My arm... Why can't I move my - my arm?'

And then everyone heard a piercing scream that was undoubtedly from Nikki, who was in the monster-infested forest, with her only weapon left on the ground five inches away from Dante's wrist.

 

Titin slowly woke, back to his normal size, abandoned by the grey sisters near a mortal dump. He groaned, and sat up, cut and bruised, and exhausted. And hungry. He got up, and then decided to find some food. But first, he should heal the wounds those pathetic campers had inflicted upon him. Then he remembered. His sword was gone. Titin bellowed at the sky, enraged. Where could he go now? Without his blade... Titin had nothing. He had given everything he owned to get that blade. What could Titin do now? Those pathetic demigods... What if...? and then Titin had an idea. The best idea he had ever had in his life. It was also a horrible idea. But he had no choice. The alternative was starving to death. He would get his revenge. And he knew just how to do it. I wonder where the nearest entrance to the Underworld is...

Brian stopped sobbing and looked at Dante. "You loser, I thought you were gone." He said wiping a tear from his eye. "But i didn't give up on you when others did." ajax and alban left..." ajax was on the quest so...does that mean we have an empty spot, well two actually nikki is..." Then he heard the scream. He let out a greek swear he didn't even know he knew and stood up and ran for the forest leaving sula and Dante. Nikki's scream made Brian's heart skip a beat and he ran his fastest so far. to the forest his phone turning to his blade.

[Corvidae]

Dante groaned again. 'I manage to sur-survive a b-broken neck, and now- now you're calling m- me a loser?' His breathing was shallow, his voice strained. 'Glad to see... that at le-least you didn't give up on- on me.' Then he smiled weakly, and then he passed out.

Nikki was being attacked by two cyclops, a h---hound, and three dracenae. She had managed to find a discarded and rusty sword in the forest, but Nikki wasn't used to wielding anything heavier than a knife. She swung the blade lopsidedly, and somehow managed to kill a dracenae. 'Help!!!' She called again, her strength waning even more. Her ring had fallen to the ground out of her reach, and she was completely defenseless except for the long-rusted blade of some long-dead camper.

ooc: Better idea than 2 items per book, 2 this book, 3 next book, and then only 1 for the one after that.

Talia sat in the crowded Hermes cabin on the small bed that she slept on. Surprisingly, nobody was in the Hermes cabin at the time. Usually, it was super crowded, since anybody who didn't know who their God parent was stayed in the Hermes cabin. Talia didn't know who her God parent was. She sighed, longing for her God parent to just tell her already. She'd had enough waiting in her life. Her God parent just needed to tell her now, and that was that. Talia walked around the familiar grounds of Camp Half-Blood, looking around at the other demigod campers having fun. Unlike her.

Brandon and Amethyst were trekking across long island by now, and we're a few miles away from Camp Half-Blood.

 

"So what's Camp Half-Blood like?" Amethyst asked, looking at Brandon with a curiosity that she'd displayed many times before. Brandon fingered at his necklace, Ilia, which was lighting their path, and looked at her.

 

"It's not that bad, and the only reason I left is because I wanted to see the country. Being raised in Florida, and then traveling up the east coast isn't much," Brandon said, scratching his chin. "Honestly, though, I'm surprised I found another half-blood like you."

OoC: Im going to explain IC Artemis

 

IC:Brian felt like his world slow down. He thought about everything that had happened in the small time since he got here. He had fought a cyclops as soon as he walked into the camp. Then he had met everyone including two odd demigods named Percy and Annabeth. He had been knocked out while he fought the bulls.The activities director Chiron left, then annabeth showed them around camp. At dinner Tyson got determined as a posoiedon and Brian was determined as a Hermes. At the campfire Clarisse got a quest that Percy suggested and then percy and annabeth ran off. Sula and Dante were supposed to go with Clarisse tomarrow but dante went to the oracle against Mr.D's will and got a prophacy talking about weapons they must collect. THe got the first one after fighting Titin and taking his blade and storing it in Brian's phone in a file called "Attic." Dante was almost killed by titin but was saved by Brian. Nikki ran off when Alban called her a baby and left. Now brian had run into the forest to try and save her.

Brian exhaled and lept between nikki and a cyclopes stabing it while facing nikki, not the cyclops. "I hate those things he said as it disintegrated around his sword.

With the silver lifting over his head, Sula knew what he must do, the only thing he could do was to join his father in with crusade agianst Mount Olympus. With a small voice in his head muttering "I'm glad you saw it my way" the mass of Silver increased by two amounts, giving him more metal to work with. With his grey eyes shooting sternly to all onlookers, Sula then toke a small frightened look and then sent Silver shooting after all of the campers nearby. Grabbing each of them withen a one foot radius and attaching to Sula's back. "I am sure that this is the right path, my father."

Brandon and Amethyst stopped to relax for a few hours, but they would be natural monster magnets, especially with the concentration of half-bloods nearby. Brandon stopped concentrating on Ilia, and it shut off. He gripped his sword and looked around. "Honestly, I think we shouldn't stop here. Camp is just a mile down the road, and past Half-Blood Hill is safe zone where monsters can't go unless summoned."

 

Brandon was ignorant to the fact that with Thalia's tree dying, their was no longer a safe point for him.

 

Amethyst looked at Brandon, "But I'm tired, Brandon. Can't we just sit here for a while?"

 

Brandon couldn't resist her eyes, which he knew she could use to charm people into doing what she wanted them too, no matter how adamant they were in their decision, but it only worked on humans and demigods.

[Corvidae]

ooc: You forgot Dante breaking his neck.

IC: 'You... you came.' Nikki said slowly, her lilting accent seeming strangely out of place in a battlefield. 'I did not think you would be willing to help me. Not after...' And then she backflipped over the h---hound gracefully, and chopped off it's head on the way down. 'Now then,' she quietly said, 'let's finish this.' and then one of the remaining dracenae desintigrated for no apparent reason. Nikki threw her blade into the cyclop's eye. She didn't miss. As the cyclops exploded, the remaining dracenae fled deeper into the forest, but disintigrated on its way. Nikki stared at where the dracenae had exploded, repine filling every inch of her soul.

 

At the same time, Nikki was invisibly watching Sula's betrayal. 'Traitor' She breathed. Then she drew her dagger, which was also lying next to Dante's unconsious form. She then turned visible, and asked with a bemused expression on her face, 'Is it really a good idea to prove your true colours this early? Really, Sula?' She used her deceptive powers to convince him to listen to her. 'It'd be much better to wait until later. Otherwise, I have no doubt that Zeus will kill you. Assuming you survive the quest. Because, like it or not, you're on it. You may not be doing it for camp, but you have to go on it. There's no alternative.' And she made Sula believe that a daughter of Athena like Nikki, would know more than him about things like that.

IC: Brian turned his sword to a caduces and blasted the cyclops behind Nikki to bits. He collected the two eyes in his phone as spoils of war and looked at nikki. "Can you help me now?" He moved her hair from her eyes so he could see her. "Please" he said his eyes pleading. He knew she thought he was using her and he didn't want it to be that way.

 

OC:So how many people on the quest now that Sula switched sides. We need a new team strat. Maybe you me the neewb Halfbloods(no offecnce) and nikki could go. sorry i posted mine before i saw yours strateigist14 but i dont feel like deleteing it.

Sula stared at the girl who had called out to him and began to chuckle. "Actually, Nikki you're the first one that inspired me to do this. Luke and Titin, both plan to overthrow the gods, Persephone, able to persuade Hades to prevent me from ever dying, while I don't know the other two I can be sure that you set me on here." Sula then stared at a small reflection in his blade at himself and realesed the other half bloods nearby. "Besides, old pap said that this is the best chance I got to becoming a actual son of his, I'm not afraid of any Olympian scum that won't honor my father's name. Join me Nikki, please, your mother will be able to join the 12 seats and every minor god will be able to get a chance to be what they always wanted."

 

"Also, I know that your not of Athena blood either, so don't try to spread your symphaty onto me".

ooc: Brian, Nikki, and Sula. Dante and Alban are not going, that line of the prophecy has come true;

It's all going according to the prophecy. Just go with it. I'll tell you more in PM. If you want me to.

IC: 'My... My mother?' Nikki asked, incredulous. 'My mother could never be one of the twelve. With her there the entire earth would be in chaos. Deception upon deception is no way for the earth to exist. Apate cannot be one of the twelve. But... The current Olympians are unworthy either. If they were to be replaced, what would stop the same thing from happening to the new twelve? No. Apate prefers to stay behind the scenes, out of danger and out of the spotlight.' Then Nikki walked over and picked up her dagger, which was hidden up her sleeve and also lying next to Dante's unconsious form.

 

Nikki, who was with Brian, nodded almost imperceptibly. 'All right.' Her lilting words were also nearly impossible to notice. Then louder, 'Fine. I'll go. But... let's make a deal. I'll help you if you can find both my dagger and my ring. I've dropped them. Otherwise, I get complete access to your phone's storage, and I can take things out or put them in whenever I want, even if we're apart from each other. I'll still help you, either way, though.'

To Brian, this seemed an easy deal. He could see her ring right now, lying flat on a small stone, the inset emerald glittering beautifully in the early sunlight. And the dagger was just by Dante, less than half a foot away from his unconsious form. Brian could easily get Nikki to help him, and all he had to do was show her where she had dropped her equipment.

IC: Brian went through his phone. He sent a few text messages. Thank you martha the last one said. A small watch appeared in Brian's hand from the scanner in the back of the phone. "Here" THis gives you acess at all times just push your thumb to the screen and your item appears from the side. Try it." Brian said scanning the ring and the stilleto knife and handing nikki the watch.

Brandon and Amethyst were sitting at the edge of the camp, looking at Thalia's tree with a shocked face. Brandon looked worried, turning around. No one and nothing was standing behind him, so he continued into the camp, dawn having already broken.

 

Brandon stretched, walking to the middle of the camp. He waited for Amethyst to catch up after she looked wide-eyed around at all the odd things Camp Half-Blood had that no other place in the world did. Brandon saw Brian, and looked confused, though it had been four years since he'd been at camp. "Hello," Brandon said, "Can you direct me to Chiron?"

IC: Talia grabbed her sweatshirt and walked outside the camp. She looked around for something to occupy her time. "What can I do? I don't even know who my stupid God parent is, so I don't know any of my special abilities!" Talia exclaimed angrily, kicking a tree that had been near by. Suddenly, the tree turned into a nymph, and started yelling at her. "What?... Oh, uh, sorry." Talia said, as the nymph turned back into a tree again, still angry with Talia. Talia looked around the camp, not bothering to brush her bangs out of her eyes so that she could actually see things. Maybe she could train. But what if she was an Aphrodite child? Talia looked down at her clothes. "Not a chance." Talia muttered to herself as she walked around the camp with her hands in her pockets.

Amethyst walked over to Talia, smiling. "Hello, are you a demigod too? Oh! And my friend Brandon is looking for someone named Kairon."

 

Brandon was busying himself with finding Chiron while walking around camp, but it seemed that Chiron was gone. "Maybe Mr. D is here then..." Brandon said, walking around. "I should wait till breakfast, it's only 6."

'Thank you,' Nikki replied, taking the watch. 'So, can you go find my ring and dagger then?'

 

At the same time as she asked that of Brian, Nikki was flat-out running towards the Big House. She needed to hear the prophecy for herself.

 

Dante groaned in agony, and awoke in the Apollo cabin, being treated by the best healers in camp half-blood. 'What - What happened? Where am I?'

'Apollo cabin,' Replied some random Apollo camper.

'My - My neck-' Dante gasped in pain.

 

'Honestly, Sula?' Nikki replied flirtatiously, her accent magnified in the silence. 'I like you. Really I do. But my mother could never get any stronger without destroying the planet even worse than Kronos ever could. There's no way I can possibly help you. Not without dis-honouring everything my mother stands for. And I'm far too like her to do anything like that. Much like you, actually.' And then she smiled and walked off, leaving Sula wondering whether she was lying or if she was actually telling the truth.

 

Titin had found the entrance. He ripped the door off of its hinges, and walked slowly up to Charon. 'Send me to the underworld.' He said horribly. Charon was terified. 'Okay, okay, I'll help you. Please don't hurt me.'

And so Titin had found a way to the underworld after all.

Whoa no way Chiron would just agree in fear of Titan, first of all. Second Chiron isn't even there. He was sent away but Tantulas is here and he wouldn't cower in fear either))

 

Jecht saw Talia kick a nymph and smiled amused. He decided to try at some archery so he walked at the archery field and saw few others there. Most were patroling the camp. There weren't any at the borders attacking at the moment but they could come at any second. He took the bow off his back and strung it tight aiming for the bulls eye. He fired and it landed just and inch away from the red middle. He strung the second arrow and fired, hitting the far left. Jecht looked at the target funny. He felt something was wrong. He didn't know what it was but it was something. Not like the tree dying he acctually wasn't surprised for some reason.
