Sula, noticing a small shadow reach the dining tables and turned to see Dante, another all-so powerful Half Blood like Perseus Jackson, approach the tables mischieviously. Feeling a bit tired of thinking about the possibilties of the next event that Tantalus had mentioned as a sport that had been before banned from Camp Half Blood grounds, he approached the cocky-looking boy with a emotionless look on his face, as much as he wished to befriend people, he couldn't help but feel enraged when big shots like Perseus show up and become all special.

"So, I'm guessing you may be that Aphrodite Half-Blood that battled alongside me..." Sula said, trying to not sound as pathetic as he usually did.

OOC: Sorry, it seemed more like a nighttime thing. Plus, I haven't read the book in a week and my mind goes blank with times of day.

Alban stayed in the Hermes cabin, putting his stuff on a top bunk which had been specially vacated for him. Brian walked in front of him and Alban looked at the new faces. A girl who looked to be about thirteen came up to him with a determined look on her face as she looked up at Alban.

"Mr. Becker, sir," she said.

"Sir? Just call me Alban," he said, though she wasn't looking at him anymore. "What is it?"

"My friends wanted to know if you really did die like Chiron said," she said, her eyes hitting the floor by her feet.

"Well, I did die, though like monsters, I'm back. It is one hell of a trouble, getting out of Dis. Pluto isn't a very forgiving god, but luckily, I was on the island where good heroes go," he said, looking at her. "It gets boring after a while. I felt that I needed to come back. Hades seemed to be in a fret, though."

'Mmm... Yeah, I'm pretty sure.' Dante replied. 'Nice weapon, by the way. What's up with it? I've never seen a sword turn into a chain thing to tye up that bull thing... That was epic. I'm Dante Brimston, by the way.'

Nikki then decided to go back to the attic to try and find what she was looking for. What is it with that guy? Three times I've blown my cover. Three times! If I was back at home, I'd be dead twenty times over by now. And that's if I'm lucky.

OOC: And yes, Tyson was in the Hermes cabin while he was UNDETERMINED where to go.

Ajax walked out of the lake, dry, his weapons hanging in his hands, as he walked over to the Hermes table at the dining pavilion. He looked around. "So, that Luke ki-"

"I wouldn't mention Luke," another Hermes camper said, looking at Ajax fiercely. "He was a friend of the Stoll Brothers, and it wouldn't be smart to get on their nerves."

Annabeth Chase was sitting at the Athena cabin, looking around. She spotted Ajax and looked anxious. She had been one of the people Ajax and Alban befriended the last time they were here and then left, or rather, died. It was a really tragic story, of how they died.

Their quest hadn't been easy, though it wasn't going to be challenging, but Ajax's hot head had made their quest ten times more difficult. They were to simply retrieve something of Poseidon's from Canada, where the Cyclopes had stolen it to. Ajax had strolled into a large camp and started ordering around the twenty-foot tall Cyclopes around, and he was killed and Alban, as a true hero, went in and fought for his brother, ending up dead.

Brian started to not like it here any more now that he heard Nick's story. "Right." Brian said standing up from the bunk. "I gotta get outa here its not any safer than home anyway." Brian ran out of the door as fast as possible and down the field. Nick smiled to himself and leaned back in his corner, a pendant in hand as he stared at the cieling. Brian ran pretty fast for his age but today he was running extremely fast. so fast the camp blured past him. a well placed grape stoped his foot and made him slide across a pavillion that had a bunch of tables and was probably where the campers ate. Brian slid into the fire pit in the middle hitting the side of the (im sorry i dont know what its called) REALLY hard considering he was running at about 27mph. "Slow down kid." A man with a bored drunk expression on his face and a diet coke in hand said. "You wouldn't want to run right out of camp would you?" he asked the boy. "Because even without the saftey of that tree up there." He pointed to the dying tree. "Its still a whole lot safer in here then it is out there. Now sit at that big table you'll be the first at dinner" He pulled a conch from his cat pockety and blew hard which probably signaled the begining of dinner because kids began to file into the pavilion swords in hand. ready to eat and defend from monsters. Brian gave him a death glance before sitting at a big table where two twins immediately introduced them selves as the Stoll brothers. "You are going to love it here." They said as Brian set his head against the table rolling his eyes at a completely opposite story than what nick told him.

Alban walked to the cabin's table and sat down next to Brian, across from Ajax, who was explaining his death to several of the campers. "That's not appropriate dinner talk."

Barbecue was put in front of them and they said their choice of drink into the goblets and ate, their first decent meals since they left the Underworld. "Do they still have the capture the flag games?"

"No, we haven't done capture the flag since the monster attacks have gotten more frequent and the forest has been overrun," a girl from the Hermes cabin said.

Perseus Jackson looked lonely at the Poseidon table, which he alone sat at. "That's Perseus Jackson?" Ajax asked, looking at him. "Doesn't look like much. Heard he recovered Hades' helm and Zeus' bolt though."

"Yeah, but he had Annabeth and that satyr, Grover with him," grumbled another one of the campers.

"Your blades aren't half bad yourself, two swords, one filled with light, the other in darkness, but when they are both together your protection and power shines like a mirror. Also my blade, Silver, possess the ability to split into its metallic components and reform the liquid metal into a weapon of my choosing." Sula said, reaching for his side and drawing out a long elegant completely silver blade, shimmering and glowing with absoulute beauty. When Sula placed his hand apon the slender sword, he completely at ease and he then placed it back into its sheath and said "So, your powers exceed any other child in your Cabin. Why hasn't Chiron sent you on a quest yet?". While the tables began to crowd with people Sula walked to his table, unaware on why he hadn't sat next to the boy, he had no cabin, instead he placed himself next to two tall men and said to the older of the group "So, are you the man who had come back from the death?"

'Dunno.' Dante replied, not understanding at all Sula's description of his sword. 'But, yeah. I'm definitely the strongest Aphrodite demigod. And maybe Chiron hasn't given me a quest yet because the Oracle doesn't think it's time yet?' He seemed relaxed, but Sula could instantly see that the question had bothered him. 'Come on, let's go get something to eat.'

OOC: you can talk to me Felix. And tyson wasn't undetermined because he is not technically a demigod he is a monster. They didn't think where to put him until after dinner when he was determined. they thopught about hermes until he was determined here im going to post the passage from the book in this post. noone post this is going to be edited its not OoC only...I just have to copy and past and put in my stuff...

IC: Brian rolled his eyes as the Stolls explained everything wonderful things about camp. Brian accepted his food from the nymphs and Nyaids and began to eat greedyly. The stoll brothers shook their heads. "we sacrifice our best bits to the gods." they said in unison And with that they walked up to the bresinger and put some food into it. Brian did the same before sitting down to eat again. A weird looking guy Brian guessed to be tantalus stood up and began making anouncements, but what caught Brian's attention was where they decided to put the Cyclops that came with percy and Annabeth. Brian already didn't like those since one tried to kill him. The thought about Hermes and Brian groaned not wanting to share a room with a cyclops until something began to glow above his head and everyone gasped.

Percy's POV (from the book.)

Perhaps

this Cyclops is not as horrible as most of its brethren. Until it proves worthy of destruction,

we need a place to keep it! I've thought about the stables, but that will make the horses

nervous. Hermes's cabin, possibly?"

Silence at the Hermes table. Travis and Connor Stoll developed a sudden interest in the

tablecloth. I couldn't blame them. The Hermes cabin was always full to bursting. There was

no way they could take in a six-foot-three Cyclops.

"Come now," Tantalus chided. "The monster may be able to do some menial chores. Any

suggestions as to where such a beast should be kenneled?"

Suddenly everybody gasped.

Tantalus scooted away from Tyson in surprise. All I could do was stare in disbelief at the

brilliant green light that was about to change my life—a dazzling holographic image that had

appeared above Tyson's head.

With a sickening twist in my stomach, I remembered what Annabeth had said about

Cyclopes, They're the children of nature spirits and gods ... Well, one god in particular,

usually …

Swirling over Tyson was a glowing green trident—the same symbol that had appeared above

me the day Poseidon had claimed me as his son.

There was a moment of awed silence.

Being claimed was a rare event. Some campers waited in vain for it their whole lives. When

I'd been claimed by Poseidon last summer, everyone had reverently knelt. But now, they

followed Tantalus's lead, and Tantalus roared with laughter. "Well! I think we know where to

put the beast now. By the gods, I can see the family resemblance!"

Everybody laughed except Annabeth and a few of my other friends.

Tyson didn't seem to notice. He was too mystified, try-ing to swat the glowing trident that

was now fading over his head. He was too innocent to understand how much they were

making fun of him, how cruel people were.

IC: Brian stared stupidly wondering what the symbol meant and one appeared over his head. A caduces the symbol of Hermes with wings and two snakes spun around his head in bright holographic blue. THe stoll brothers gave him a thumbs up and mouthed the word Brother as Brian started to think about where he was going to sleep in that crowded room.

OoC: I might not post for another hour or two so end dinner and goto the campfire when dinner is done Strateigist14.

And maybe Chiron hasn't given me a quest yet because the Oracle doesn't think it's time yet?' He seemed relaxed, but Sula could instantly see that the question had bothered him. Dante then sat down for dinner as well. He got his meal, and then scraped the largest piece of barbecue into the flames. 'Aphrodite, accept my offering. Unless, you know, you're on a diet, in which case I also got you a salad.' Dante tossed this into the flames as well, and then returned to his table to eat.

Alban looked at Ajax and then to the caduceus above Brian's head. Another permanent Hermes cabin member. Ajax rolled his eyes, looking over to Tyson and clapping. "Another Poseidon cabin member will do Perseus good," Ajax said, looking at his hands. "As a child of a river god, that makes us practically cousins, but seeing as we aren't actually sons of Poseidon, we can't camp with them."

"Good news is, though," Alban said, looking at the food skirting away from Tantalus as Dionysus laughed, "The chariot races are back. I don't think we'll be able to enter, seeing as we're not campers, but I'd say there's a fair chance that this will be entertaining to watch. The Hephaestus cabin should create something interesting out of their metal works. Ares is a little violent. Perfect game, if you ask me."

Sula viewed the Cyclopes in disgust, of course, the old braggart Posideon had to activate another brother, therefore Perseus will have even more fame to his name. Grimacing, he began consuming the bit of his food that he had not offered to his own father, why couldn't he have had any noticable sign from his father? He couldn't have been that busy, Olympus never treated him the way he deserved. Suddenly he grinned a bit, that Perseus brat didn't possess any item besides lousy bronze blade of his, Sula possessed Silver, possibly the most flexible magical weapon ever made.

He would prove to Perseus Jackson that Janus deserved his throne, no cocky Half Blood with a lucky streak could defeat him.

Alban looked around, closing his eyes. "Ever since Poseidon claimed that Tyson boy, the atmosphere has been so tense. I don't see what the big deal is really. So what if the Perseus boy has a half-brother. Polyphemus is a Cyclops and a son of Poseidon, so why doesn't someone just connect the line there."

Ajax shrugged, "Well, humans always will find some reason to fight. It's in their nature." He turned to Brian sitting beside him. "The Underworld changes you though. I was in the Asphodel Fields, which is like Purgatory, where nothing ever happens, but my brother, who fought a hero's battle was sent to Elysion Fields, where all the heroes who do heroic deeds go."

"It's really quite boring, after a while, though, in the Elysion Fields," Alban said, flicking his hand as if his previous life meant nothing.

Brian's eyes grew wide. "woah." He said pushing away from his table as the rest of the campers headed towards the campfire that was being lit by Hephaestus campers. It wuold be good to relax, even with monsters roaming around camp trying to kill the halfbloods. Tantulus was chasing a bag of marshmallows towards the campfire. Brian pulled out his phone and flipped through it. he pressed the side button and it turned into a Caduces. The brass caduces had wings and two bronze snakes curled around it. It looked kind of awesome and Brian noticed the wings were begining to move. He lifted it up and the flapped harder rising Brian into the air and over the camp towards the fire. Brian laughed as he flew through the sky with his caduces.

Nikki, as she was walking past Sula, told him, in her lilting accent, 'Don't even think about it. Leave Percy alone, and he'll be gone by tomorrow. I guarantee it.' Her eyes glinted darkly.

Dante saw Brian flying on his caduces. 'Woah!' He shouted 'Hi, Brian! Why are you flying?! Can you hear me?!'

That was about the time Nikki decided that the easiest way to find the thing in the attic was to get help. But if anyone knew what she was looking for, they'd try to keep it for themselves. The only way Nikki could get somebody up there was with a quest. Nikki smiled. This is gonna be too easy.

Sula was pondering how that last girl had read his thoughts, but then there was another problem at hand, he saw one of his companions was spinning into the sky on a flying caduces. Hoping that he would not hit the magicial barrier at the top of the Camp, he quickly drew out Silver and moved his hand apon it while no one was watching, transforming it into chain form and had it encircle that particular girl that had just informed him about Perseus Jackson's departure.

"Listen up missy, I don't know who you are or what your problem is but I want some answers, why did you guess I wanted to defeat Perseus, why are you smiling, and why oh why do you speak like that?" he asked quickly, pulling Nikki towards him using Silver's chain form while everyone was occupied with Brian's flight.

"So this is camp Half-Blood," Evlin said as she walked past the boundaries of Thalia's tree. "Yes this is it," the Satry who was guiding her said. "Its the best place for Half-Blood's to train, and to hide. Come on. I have to take you to Dionysus. He'll want to know that Posiedon really [/] messed up."

Five minutes later Evlin was walking toward the campfire to be introduced to all of the other campers. "Quiet idiots," Dionysus said. "there's a new camper. Say hello." but before they could respond he said, "Good. My work is done here." Chiron took over. He had Evlin explain who she was, her likes, dislikes, etc.

"Guess we'd better make room," shouted a Hermes cabin member.

Chiron shifted uncomfortably. "Not exactly. Evlin's already been determined. We're sending her things over to her cabin right now." As Chiron said this, a group of harpies carried Evlin's clothes past the campfire, and into the Posiedon cabin.

OoC:Chiron left already. I know im rushing myself by skipping the Chariot races that were supposed to be today but i want Clarisse to leave (with two RPers) and percy to go so we can have more freedom. Don't worry we can have another chariot race when they leave.

IC:Brian landed after hours of flying when percy suggested the campers get the golden fleece to save the camp and Tantulus thought it was a bad idea. But the campers thought otherwise

"WE NEED A QUEST! WE NEED A QUEST!" The campers chanted

"Fine!" Tantalus shouted, his eyes blazing with anger. "You brats want me to assign a quest?"

"YES!"

"Very well," he agreed. "I shall authorize a champion to undertake this perilous journey, to

retrieve the Golden Fleece and bring it back to camp. Or die trying." Brian perked up when he heard this he didn't know how quests went down.

"I will allow our champion to consult the Oracle!" Tantalus announced. "And choose two

companions for the journey. And I think the choice of champion is obvious. The champion should be one who has earned the camp's respect, who has proven resourceful in the char-iot races and courageous in the defense of the camp. You shall lead this quest ... Clarisse!" Percy flipped out about how it should be his quest because grover was his friend. Tantulus had no patience and told the campers about a king who fed his children to the gods. Brian's skin creeped at the story and decided that he would keep his distnace from him from now on.

Clarisse left after the story to go consult the oracle and we all sat around the campfire in silence.

"So who wants to go with Clarisse?" Tantulus asked.

OoC:Seriously who wants to go with clarisse?

ooc: In the book Clarisse went alone.

IC: Nikki drew her stilletto and cut the chain, grinning again. 'You can't decieve me. My mother, Apate, is the goddess of truth. I know all. I know what you are thinking because I can read your form. You scowled at Tyson, you are tense, suggesting strong emotions, and also, you gave other, more secretive hints about your true feelings. You can't hide anything from me.' Nikki then smiled innocently, put on her ring, vanished, and followed Clarisse at a distance, invisibly. As she walked past Sula, she whispered into his ear, 'I also know that another quest will happen soon after Perseus and Clarisse leave. Remember these names. Titin, Polyphemus, Melinoe, Luke, Themis, Persephone. They can help you.' And she vanished.

OoC: Yea but Tantulus still said they can take two...Two can go and then They can be seperated from Clarisse when she gets on the ship of dead people.

IC: Tantulus eyed the group suspiciously. "So noone wants to go?" Don't make me pick someone. Percy and Annabeth raised their hands but Tantulus over looked them eyeing the halfbloods. Brian drew back not wanting to face another cyclops.

ooc: Okay then.

IC: Dante raised his hand. 'I'll go.' He offered, smiling. Under his breath, he told Sula, 'Chiron never did send me on a quest, but that's okay because now I'm going on a quest for Tantalus.'

Dante rose confidently.

Nikki followed Clarisse from a distance to the attic and the oracle. By the time Nikki got into the attic, however, the oracle's prophecy had nearly ended.

"-for your life, entombed within stone,

You'll fail without friends, to fly alone home."

'I'll- I'll fail!?!' Clarisse asked, horrified. Nikki grinned invisibly. I knew it. She smirked.

Brian looked around the fire at all the faces in the crowd waiting to see the fate of the next to go. "Sula, go with Dante and Clarisse to retrive the Fllece. You may be of some help. Unless of course you can't handle it." He said eyeing the boy as he tried to fling a marshmallow through the air to drop it in his mouth. It immediatley flew diagonally through the air and into the fire.

Alban and Ajax looked at each other. Simply going to rescue a satyr from the Sea of Monsters wasn't much, they thought, their thoughts in sync. They would let this quest pass and see what events evolved afterward. Alban and Ajax walked to the border of the camp for nighttime border duties, their eyes seeming to engulf the scene. No monsters had yet approached the camp since the chariot race and the Stymphalian Birds, which weren't that difficult for Perseus Jackson to defeat.

"That Tantalus is crazy if he thinks -" Ajax started.

"Tantalus most likely is crazy, brother. Over 2000 years without food can do that to you, I'd expect. Pelops was on the Elysium, mainly because the gods favored his bad fortune with the stew, but I guess that family curse chased him," Alban said, shrugging. "Honestly, though, I'd like to see a member of Tantalus' family who isn't cursed, even his latest descendant is... Elvis Presley, wasn't it?"

"I think that's right, but with these old Greek family trees, you can never be certain, considering how far they branch out," Ajax said, shrugging. He was hoping for a hellhound, or something exciting.

Ajax got a bit more than he was hoping for. Titin suddenly appeared, a glowing golden sword held in his hands, and with one swipe of his blade, he had knocked both boys twenty feet away. Both were instantly unconcious.

'Pathetic!' Titin bellowed, his gleaming sword still held in his hands. 'Only two? I can take on all of Camp Half-Blood!' And then Titin dissappeared, bringing the two unconsious boys with him.

Nikki then decided to keep looking for the item in the attic; no point waiting until later.

OOC: Godmodding, much? Let's go over this again.

Ajax stood, facing Titin with a glow in his grey eyes. "A challenge? What? Are you another half-blood?"

Ajax forced Titin's sword away with his shield, which extended from his gauntlet. "A Spartan will go down fighting. I'm going to take you down and steal that pretty little sword of yours."

Alban's face stayed composed, thinking. He was always more rational than his brother, who had sided with Ares in a discussion with Athena's cabin. Annabeth had just joined at that point, and she didn't fully understand what was going on. Alban swung at Titin's open chest, the celestial bronze clashing with Titin's.
