Jecht's eyes slowly adjusted in the dark tunnel. He could now see Nikki and Jacob infront of him. He thought about how terrible Nikki be feeling. She told him that when she was seperated into her counterparts she was left with sorrow, being underground in the underworld must have been hard on her. Then the necklace Jecht had given Nikki had begun to glow very faintly. Jecht was looking small of light confusingly. Well.

Jacob looked at Nikki as they walked and he noticed she seemed weaker. He looked forward and tried to hide a smirk as they continued on.

Brian almost jumped as the boulder rolled closed. HE regained his composure and he pulled out his phone to get some light. "I should be able to find them if I use my Demi-god GPS." Brian said activating the feature. HE tapped the phone a few times. "Must be broken it says they are a few feet ahead of us." Brian looked up but saw nothing.

Jacob didn't feel like getting any trouble from monsters so he used his illusion powers to create a sort of cloak that hid them from anyone else, but unfortunately absorbed light so they could see even less but at least they wouldn't be bothered by Hell-Hounds on their way.

Brian led Chris through the dark tunnel and hopped he'd find them soon. He knew nothing about the weapons and Nikki would be useful down here.

Nikki glared at Jacob. Well, Bob, glad you're enjoying this. She thought, angry that he was enjoying her pain. You're lucky that Marissa isn't... She started to think. "Marissa!" She tried to communicate with her counterpart. "Desiree! Meet me in the underworld!" Nikki didn't know if they could hear her, or if they would notice that she was gone and try to meet her there. She hoped so. Then Nikki noticed the necklace Jecht had given her was glowing slightly. She stared at it, and began thinking sadly.

Marissa did hear her, albeit weakly, and since she and Desiree were still near an entrance to the underworld, but since they didn't have their weapons, they went looking for Zelkiax instead.

Zelkiax nimbly darted around the corner, ending up in a dark alley.

'Why did you steal their things?' Diana asked him quietly.

'Those girls were asking for it.' Zelkiax replied.

Diana paused, wondering. 'You lied, didn't you? You aren't blind at all.'

Zelkiax shook his head, and removed the tinted glasses that covered his eyes, glasses much like those that blind men wear. One of his eyes was normal, a dark blue, but the other... Zelkiax's left eye was missing. 'It was torn out by a horrible person, from Camp Half-Blood.'

'How could you not tell me that?' Diana asked, hurt.

'You didn't need to know.'

'Well, I don't need to stay, either.' Diana began walking away, before stopping suddenly.

'Yes, actually, you do.' Zelkiax grinned. 'My mother is the goddess of Fairness, and I don't think it's fair that you walk out on me after I save your life. You save a life, you own a life, ever heard of that? An eye for an eye.' Zelkiax grinned. 'Quite literally. I didn't kill the girl who did this to me, oh no. I merely blinded her. The point is, you never completed my one simple request, and so you aren't free. I have total control over you until Damian Shaadler is dead. More balance. I save your life, you end his life. You spare him, and I slay you. A soul for a soul. Take your pick.'

Jecht, even in the dim light, could see Nikki's facial expression. "Nikki? What's wrong?" He asked feeling concered about her. He was still looking at the glowing jewelry. Even thougt it was Jecht who had given her the golden necklace, with the arrow engraved into it, he did not know why it was glowing. He did have a few basic ideas about it but he thought the "ideas" were obsured and dismissed them as such.

Nikki glanced at Jecht sadly. 'Remember when I told you my sorrow was cancelled because Marissa and Desiree were in the underworld? Here, things are back to normal, so I...' She trailed off.

Diana tried to turn and leave, but found that she could not. 'Let... me... GO!' She shouted.

'Then honour your debt.' Zelkiax replied coolly. 'Kill Damian.'

'NO!' Diana screamed, struggling to get away. 'Never! I hate you!'

'Well, that's too bad, because you owe me.' Zelkiax grinned, and put his glasses back on, completely hiding the fact that he had one eye.

'Well, if I can't run from you, I can make your life miserable. Let me go or I'll... I'll tell everybody that you have one eye! I'll tell those girls that you stole their things... I'll tell the police that you're kidnapping me!' But Diana's threats were in vain.

Zelkiax snapped his fingers. 'And now you won't.'

Fighting back tears, Diana resigned herself. 'Fine. He's at Camp Half-Blood.'

Jecht nodded. "I understand." He said to her. "C'mon let's keep moving. The faster we get the axe the faster we get out of here." Also the faster that someone may die. He thought bitterly to himself. Two will lose. Better me than Nikki. Jecht thought to himself and meant it too. Whenever Jecht wasn't talking or listening to music his mind liked to wander. This time he thought about when Nikki said she was decietful and was a daughter of Apate. No way. She wouldn't have decieved me. Would she? Then he remembered when Nikki had told him about the quest and the prophecy. He remembered that she looked like she was about to burst into tears. Could she have tricked me into this whole thing? No.

"And voila!" said Zephyrus as they stepped into the open air. A luxury black sedan was waiting for them. The moment the sat down inside, it took off. "So it's now 11:30. That gives us 15 minutes for take off, and then we should reach cruising altitude at exactly midnight." The sedan stopped and they got out. Zephyrus' plane was like nothing Harry had ever seen. It was wide and long, but sleek too. "Modest, I know, but it'll have to do. Hestia is boring my more impressive plane."

"This is pretty impressive by mortal standards, you know." pointed out Harry. "As in, a plane like this would cost about a gazillion dollars, at least!".

Nikki paused. The faster we get the Axe? Or the faster we fail to get it because none of us can swim? Or... She froze rigidly. Two of your number won't make it, they'll lose... they'll lose... lose... They'll Lose! Nikki smiled slightly. But lose what? Memory! Two of us are going to fall into the Lethe! But there's only three of us, and Bob here isn't one of our number. If me and Jecht both lose, though, Bob will probably just run off with the Axe. He's not exactly trustworthy. Nikki's spirits dropped, and she bit back tears. Some breakthrough. This whole stupid quest is impossible.

Tiaden nodded in agreement. 'This thing is huge!'

Xaiklez shrugged, still gripping Harry's hand a bit tighter than necissary. 'I don't really see what you guys are so impressed with. Literally.'

Zelkiax grinned. 'I knew you'd see things my way in the end. And for the record, don't even think about trying any tricks.'

Jecht felt sorry for Nikki. He knew that she was the kind of person who would think about the prophecy until she had it figured out but most quests were so twisted and tangled you can't figure them out. He had actually heard of some people who had gone insane from staying on what the Oracle had said to them. Soon the tunnel opened up into the underworld. HE could see Charon herding the dead spirits into the line which went under the giant three-headed dog Cerberus. Then in the distance the Fields of Punishment, the Asphodel meadows, and then the the Elysian Fields. "Lands of Grey." He said aloud.

As they entered the airplane, a gasp exited Harry's mouth. The plane made the lounge seem like a run down building. It had leather chairs around tables, soda machines, a bar, huge flat screen TVs everywhere... The list went on. "When you said Gods had perks, I thought you meant you could fly first class..." said Harry in amazement. Then he realized how ridiculous it would be to have a god flying next to some rich, overpaid business man.

"Our benefits are slightly better then that." replied Zephyrus, winking.

ooc: Yesterday I got a CONCUSSION!!! Now my head hurts.

IC: Buried means it will be below water level, so it's probably in some river. But Melinoe's Cave is closest to the Lethe. Nikki confirmed to herself. Then they found themselves in the underworld. But where is the Lethe? Nikki thought to herself. We need a guide. Then she saw something out of the corner of her eye that made her gasp. She turned to look at it but it vanished. A shade? I don't think so... Nikki walked over to where she had seen the ghost, then tried to figure out exactly what it was.

'slightly?' Tiaden gasped. 'Dude, this thing is huge!!'

Xaiklez took an involuntary step back. I wouldn't know. She thought uncomfortably. It's too quiet in here. I don't know where anything is. I think I would have preferred first class over this.

Zephyr finally decided that he would find a golden drachma later, so he laid down to take a nap. He dreamed about what was going on with Percy's quest, which was nearly over, and he dreamed about how Xaiklez and Tiaden were doing on their quest. Zephyr laughed when he heard what Harry said about the plane, and then he turned his attention onto Xaiklez. Poor girl. He thought to himself. She always did hate wide open spaces, with lots of things to trip on or bang against. Ewspecially when there's no sound to find her way with. What's that called again? Silenophobia?

"Here," said Zephyrus, offering his hand. He led Xaiklez to a chair, Tiaden and Harry followed him. Harry sat back in his chair.

"man, this is awesome. Wait, does it have a massage feature?" Harry asked.

"Off course. Even us gods need to relax occasionally." Zephyrus bent down and pressed a button. Immediately the chair began vibrating.

"This feels soo nice." said Harry, his voice shaking.

'Totally' Tiaden added. 'Hey Zephyrus, I thought that gods were not allowed to directly intervene in hero quests, so... how is it that you're able to give us your plane?'

Xaiklez bit her lip slightly. Why did I ever join this quest? How will I be useful in Nyx's realm? Night is silent as well as dark.

Meanwhile, Zephyr had woken, and was still trying to find the word he was thinking of. It wasn't Silenophobia... Sedephobia? Closer... Sedatephobia! That's it! Xaiklez has Sedatephobia!

Dante was sitting by the lake, not knowing what to do. Brian and Chris had left, and now he was officially off the quest, trapped in Camp Half-Blood. 'No way to get to the underworld anymore, no way to help with the quest, and This was my quest in the first place!' He shouted in frustration.

'No need to shout.' A dryad walked over to him, and sat down. 'What quest?'

ooc: New character!

IC: Dante shrugged. 'You know about Alkahest?'

'Yes.' the girl nodded.

'Well,' Dante replied, 'I recieved a prophecy about six Alkahest Items, and I was just on a quest to get them. The thing is, now I'm stuck back here, with no way to help with the quest.'

'I've heard about that quest. Didn't you get knocked out when everybody was fighting some huge dude over one Item?' Holly knew more about this quest than she let on.

'Yeah, I did. But that was way back before I had any backup, after that, Titin was getting beat on by like ten campers.'

'Well then, maybe it's your destiny to be unable to get any Items. If you couldn't get the Sword then, and you're not there to get the other one now, maybe that's for the best.'

Dante wasn't sure why, but something wasn't right the way Holly said that.

Brian and Chris walked through the underworld and were losing hope because they could not find Nikki and Jetch and they hoped they were safe.

Jacob looked around the underworld. He had never been here before and wondered if he would be lucky enough to see some real creepy monsters so he could cast more illusions. He decided it would be best to drop the illusion so they would be able to see monsters.

Brian gasped as Jetch and Nikki appeared with another boy in between them. He opened his mouth to say something, but kept it shut in case the boy could not be trusted. Nikki did look kind of sad and the boy had a smirk on his face as if he enjoyed sorrow. He sped up grabbed Jetch placing his hand over his mouth and zoomed back into shadow to talk to him. "What's going on?" He asked Jetch nervously and then he noticed Chris who looked dumbstruck.

Jacob spun around as Jetch was swept off. A blade appeared in his hand and he looked around but could see nothing. "What happened to your boyfriend?" Jacob asked Nikki looking around.

Jecht was caught by surprise by Brian and reached for his sword before he realized who it was. "Gods man. Scared me. Okay rigth after you left we met some kid but then Nikki was somehow able to 'hypnotize' a hellhound and we shadowtraveled to here in New York. We spent some time resting because that drained almost all of Nikki's energy. Then the same kid had somehow followed us and I'm betting he shadowtraveled too and Nikki says to let him stay with us. After that we entered the underworld through Orpheus' Door and then you grabbed me like a some psycho killer." Jecht said then took a deep breath as if he said it all as one sentance.

OoC: Chris was not pulled into the shadows with Brian. Please edit. Chris was left standing close to JAcob and Nikki because Brian forgot him.

IC: Brian nodded understanding. "So can we trust him or should we lay low." He asked Jetch. "And sorry for the suprise I just needed to get things done quickly." He said looking back towards Nikki and Jacob. "Why does that kid have a sword drawn on Chris?" He asked stepping toward them.

Jacob swung his sword in his right hand. It was two toned. Half white, and Half black. It shifted the black taking over part of the white side signifying how much darkness was within Jacob. He stepped toward the boy and lifted the sword. "Why are you in the underworld all alone kid?" He asked waving the tip under Chris' nose. "You don't look dead to me...yet."

"My plane? Did I say that? Oops. This isn't my plane. I thought I said that. No, I pulled a few strings. This is the President's plane. My plane is far away. Didn't I tell you Hestia was using it?" He turned to Xaiklex. "i can sense your worries. Do not worry. You will prove very useful in Nyx's realm." He turned back to the group. "Enough of this worrying. Who wants to play Guitar Hero?" He stood up, and switched on the Wii. He selected a song and began playing.

"Nice moves!" said Harry. He was a major Guitar Hero fan. When he had gone to a boarding school, he had owned a Wii and mastered all of the songs.

"I know Nikki doesn't trust him and niether do I. I don't know why Nikki let him stay with us but she'll probably have some sort of reason for it." Jecht replied to Brian. He saw the sword drawn at Chris. "I don't know but I'm gonna stop him." He said stepping forward but stopped because of what Chris had done next.

"And who are you to be pointing swords at people?" Chris asked then heard the same old and evil voice. Here my son. Use it well. It said and a styria sickle((google it)) appeared in his hand. Half of it was celistal bronze, the other half: mortal iron. Just like Kronos' blade. Chris used the blade and slide it down Jacob's blade pushing it away from Chris.

Nikki drew her knife. 'I was... curious.' She said in her unrecognizable accent. 'A mistake I will not make again. Now then, Jacob, Get out of here. This is your last chance before I make you wish you had.' Those last five words Nikki said sounded strange coming from her mouth, almost... harmonious. As if three people were talking.

The spirit who had followed Brian and Chris glanced at Chris' scythe. Interesting... Shade became visible suddenly.

Holly stared in horror at something above Dante's head. Dante turned to look and saw a low-flying plane. Too low flying. A figure jumped out of the plane, directly over camp half-blood, and a parachute unfolded. The man dropped out of the parachute, and dropped several yards to the ground. Damian got up, and smiled evilly at Dante. 'Hello, uncle.' He swung his widesword.

Dante drew Nightslayer and Omega, his longswords, and deflected Damian's attack. 'I'm not your uncle.' Dante muttered, and he parried away another strike.

'And yet, you are.' Damian grinned. 'Now die, Son of Aphrodite!'

'Who ARE you?' Dante asked as he struggled to defend himself from Damian's onslant.

'Damian Shaadler, son of Deimos, god of terror!' Damian disarmed Dante skillfully, leaving him with only one blade, which was easily knocked aside. Damian pointed his blade at Dante's throat. 'Goodbye, uncle.' Damian stabbed his blade downward forcefully, as Dante's spirit was sent away to the underworld.

Xaiklez shrugged dejectedly at Zephyrus' words, then got an idea. Artemis, goddess of the moon, I pray to you, shine the moonlight over Nyx's Realm. Light the pathway for our quest!

Brian gasped. Jacob burst into flame and dissapeared. Suddenly he was behind Chris with his blade at his neck. "I never fight myself and you should know my most valueable secret Nikki. Of course you knew that already...Sister." Jacob said dissapearing again only to reappear across the way closer to the goddes of ghosts.

Brian walked down toward them. "Where do you guys get your demi-gods from?" He asked looking at Jacob walking lazily away towards the weapon. "WE should stop him though. "Nikki can you do that?" He asked looking at Nikki's weak form.

Nikki nodded angrily. 'Sister. I knew it. Jacob is a son of Apate. My... my brother.' She faltered, then sighed. 'I won't kill my brother. I can't.' Her expression hardened. 'But I'm only one-third daughter of Apate. Meaning that he's about as much my brother as Chris here.' Nikki ran after Jacob, until they reached Melinoe. Nikki froze as soon as she saw Melinoe, who was adapting a strangely familiar form. Nikki paused, then smiled. 'I don't know that boy.'

'NO!' Holly screamed loudly, and she tackled Damian, who dropped his sword in surprise. Holly managed to get Damian close enough to a small Willow Tree standing by the edge of the lake. The tree bent over, and began wrapping its branches around Damian, trying to choke him. Holly returned into her tree, and lowered Damian below the water level, while his helpless thrashing gradually slowed, slowed, and stopped, and Damian Shaadler was drowned, as he hacked frantically at Holly's tree with a iron spearhead.

"Ha!" said Harry. "Beat you again, Tiaden." They had been flying for about 45 minutes, and Harry was dominating at Guitar Hero. "hey, Zephyrus... When will Nyx notice us?"

"Sometime soon, I expect. Don't be hasty. Just relax. There is far too much power on this plane for her not to notice." Zephyrus responded calmly. "Now, whose up for another round? I think I'm warmed up now..."

Xaiklez stood up. 'Ah, what the Hades. My turn.' She picked up a guitar, and after figuring out how to hold it, she began playing, surprisingly well for somebody who couldn't see what notes to hit.

'Are you sure you can't see?' Tiaden asked suspiciously.

After perfectly completing a guitar solo, Xaiklez shrugged. 'I've played this game before. I remember the notes.'

Shade vanished, reappearing next to Dante in Erebus. Dante glanced at him, confused. 'I've seen you before.'

Shade nodded. 'Come' He breathed, and, taking hold of Dante's arm, Shade brought him to Melinoe, who's new form looked much like a younger Dante. Dante jerked back, then fell to his knees. 'Jonathon... I'm sorry.' He rasped weakly.

Melinoe turned back to Nikki, back in Tiaden's form. 'You are not affected by this ghost. Why is this?'

Nikki grinned wryly. 'He's not my ghost.' Then she twirled her stiletto knife around once or twice, and asked Melinoe a single question. 'Where is the Axe?'

"And the music gives some insight into what notes to hit. I remember Apollo could ace any song blindfolded, but I guess that's what I get for challenging the god of music to a game of music." sighed Zephyrus. "But you're a natural. You really are."

"I can take you." said Harry. "One song, winner is declared champ. Or are you too afraid to take me on?" Harry proceeded to cluck like a chicken.

Xaiklez shook her head, disgusted. 'That is the WORST chicken noise I have ever heard. You're on. But, I get to choose the song.' Xaiklez, with some help, selected 'Fight Fire with Fire' from the list, then paused at the difficulty setting. 'How hard?'

Titin grabbed Mace forcefully. 'About time you showed up.' He thundered. 'Damian says that you couldn't even kill that worthless Zelkiax.'

Mace, the man who had trapped Zelkiax and Diana, nodded painfully. 'His... gem...'

While Zelkiax was using the washroom in a hotel, after ordering Diana not to do anything to harm him, nor to leave the room, Diana grabbed the two rings and daggers that had been stolen from Marissa and Desiree. Then she managed to find a single golden drachma in her pocket. Oh Iris, goddess of the rainbow, show me Marissa and... and the other girl. Diana had never heard Desiree's name, but she hoped it would be enough. It was.
