MarbleZone
I have the ROM for no$gba, I used the "no battle animations" AR code and it stopped crashing. So far it's been interesting and the starter deck isn't terrible - even if I hate Psychic-Type.
werewolfjedi
oh hey anime fans, they may have the dub names for the english version, but Sayer made a nice splat sound after falling.it was great, I could stop laughing out of my surprise that they didn't do anything about it. He honest to goodness made the thunk/splat sound at his faked death after his dark signer battle with carly. I'm this game is more than the dub now. Master Hyperion
What a serious improvement over '09.I mean holy sheet, everything is remotly better. The Story, the Card Database, the Turbo Duels, the AI (well, sort of), EVERYTHING. This is by far my favourite Yu-Gi-Oh game. So far it's been interesting and the starter deck isn't terrible - even if I hate Psychic-Type. The deck you start out in Story Mode isn't the same as your Standard Standard Deck. The starter deck in Story Mode is only applied as a part of the story. Funny thing is, I beat Akiza with that exact same deck in Chapter 1, yet, I was still "defeated" by Akiza as shown in the cutscene after the battle. Also, the final boss is dissapointing. All you have to do is duel against the exact same deck 3 times. One as a tag team with Yusei (he runs Majestic Stardust crap), one Turbo Duel and 1 reguler duel, which is the easiest of the 3. Seriously. I was expecting he would use Lightsworns in the 3rd/last one, so the player had a challenging Final Battle. But no, instead, we got that crap Earthbound Immortal Bird again that can't do sheet. It's Synchro Monsters are more tricky to get around than that stupid bird. You'll probably need to update to 2.6a. I encountered this same problem, and it's most likely due to an improper saving function. 2.6a allows for an automatic saving function, allowing for you to play it. TheShedinjA
Desmume also run it well, but the problem is that the emulator lags sooooo much. I´m playing it on the no$gba 2.6a with an AR code that stop crashes, and runs very well.

Legend Zero
Finally got the Rom to download. Story saddens me in that it takes forever to use your own deck. ]=
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
The story wasn't too hard, beat it today without any codes (even the all cards). The most difficult part of the game was the mazes, but even those were easy.

-Griffin
In Story Mode, near the end, they used Final Countdown first turn (you should know who this is)My first turn, Heavy, Power Bond for Twin, Limiter Removal. So anti-climatic. EDIT: Out of the four remaining duels, I OTK'd 3 by the fourth turn and the one I didn't OTK on, I was using a different Deck, and ended up with a +15 advantage because the computer was playing so pathetically. MarbleZone
Yes, AI remains ridiculous. Recipe Mode is the most worthwhile feature, in my opinion - at least if you make a good enough deck, the AI might not screw up so much. Wishful thinking. -Griffin
It was less stupid AI, and more the fact that I drew a God hand of Power Bond/Cydra/Limiter Removal/Honest/Heavy/Overload or something like that every game. Except for the last turbo duel. In which the AI simply had a rubbish Deck, not helped by a misplay or two.
Legend Zero
One of my FTK was Gate Guardian/UFOroid/PowerBond/Limiter Removal/Lighting Vortex when it got to be my turn I drew random card and played LV then UFOroid Fighter combo for a 19600 (I think) ATK... Flame Dragon
I'm no where near as far as you guys. I just did the Tag duel with Crow. Using my own BW deck made it both fun and very fast. It was over 3rd turn.

werewolfjedi
just beat godwin, and I have to say, I loved the final duel music, very appropriate, as was the duel, 8 turns, he summoned his earthbound 3 times in as many turns at the end, and I summoned Endymion twice. and there is a new new game that seems to keep your data through the reset. so, does anyone else think it's interesting that you basicly take crow's place in the ending half of the story?
