shadowferret
About them, I've been wondering, are they legal to use in Tournaments? A friend and I keep having differing opinions on this issue. He says that they should be legal since they aren't gonna be released for a loooong time in packs, but I say that because they haven't been mass produced they shouldn't be legal to use in tournaments yet.A judge at one of our locals said he doesn't care, but there are still three other locals around here every week. (Also, this judge is rather notorious for giving out horrible rulings on cards that make little sense) Anyone know?

Blackwing-Master
it's not legal until released in a pack. we've discussed this before. check with someone else first, but i pretty sure they're not legal.
burnpsy
That was for DTP1. DT01 may be a completely different story, since, DTP1 was a mere test run of sorts. It's like a prerelease, if you get what I mean.

burnpsy
the cards aren't legal unless they have come out in a pack Promos would like a word. I've pointed out why that isn't conclusive - DTP1 was a prerelease of sorts as it stands.
Jazin Kay
These machines are officially released to stores that want to house them. There's nothing "beta" or "testing" about them anymore, as was the case with the first English Catastors. They're legal. At least in my locals.
