This is a remake of my old club Dynamic Duelists which died when I stopped showing up on YCM. I missed the company so now Im back with a new version of Dynamic Duelists which I will call, Duel Valley! Duel Valley is a club that is open to everyone who is a fan of Yu-Gi-Oh! It a place for fun and for making new friends. You can share your decks and ideas with others and learn about new strategies. You can advertise your threads and everything! You can duel and watch duels! Joining in is easy as pie ^^. Join in today! Please read the Rule Book and remember to check the Notice Board everyday. This makes updating the member list easier since I dont have to look back through 100 posts to find each new member. There is another way to duel, it is DMG free download go to www.byond.com and look for Duel Monster Genesis). There will be many Duel Proctors. The tryouts will begin when I have 16 or more volunteers. [align=center] Rule Info [spoiler=Rule Book] All YCM/Clubs &Organization Rules apply! Application Do not post your applications. If you post your application it will be ignored. If you repost it, it will be counted as spam and will be delt with accordingly. The Duel Proctors and I are the only ones with the right to deny an application. All denied applicants can resend their applications to me and me alone. You must include the original Application and the new with edits indicated by either bolds or underlines. You can reapply a maximum of 5 times if you are denied. Duel Proctors Duel Proctors are to be treated as Moderators of this club. The duel proctors will be ranked, the highest ranking Duel Proctor will be incharge when I am absent. Mistreatment of a Duel Proctor will result in a warning. Constant disrespect will be delt with by suspension from the club. Duel Proctors may not ban members. Duel Proctors will be banned from club at any sign of power abuse. Duel Proctors will be banned from club if they are banned from YCM at any time. Duel Proctors must attend all Activities. Spam / Flaming Duel Valley defines Spam as: Posting inappropriate material or posting while not accepted in to the club OR Posting an application after denial. Duel Valley defines Flaming as: Constant argueing or constant verbal abuse to any one or more members. Members cannot do either here, else they be warned. Members caught directly flaming other members of this club outside of this club will be warned. Activities Joining an activity is not mandatory for members below the Duel Proctor rank. All Duel Proctors must attend activities. This is so that they can also help and be judges. In club contests Duel Proctors will be judges. If a Duel Proctor wishes to be a contestant, I will assign their place on the judges table to another member. During tournaments, all members must give notice of their absence 2 days ahead of schedule. If this rule is neglected, their match will go to the member that shows up. Posting Posts should be a good length. Posts of merely 6 or 7 words will be considered Spam and will result in either a Duel Proctor or I warning you. Pictures are forbidden in this club unless it is of a requested image for a card, a card itself, a banner, a signature, or an avi. If you have any questions or wish to post a certain picture, PM me with details and I will decide whether it is appropriate or not. YVD Or Duel Monster Genesis Manners During YVD or Duel Monster Genesis(DMG) Duels, you must be polite to your opponent. Flaming during a match or cheating will result in immediate expulsion from the club. When dueling, after you make a move (I.E. Summoning a monster or setting a card) stop and ask your opponent if they wish to counter. This clears confusion. Warning System Warnings are only given out by Duel Proctors and I only. Backseat Moderating will be ignored. Moderators will step in if any problems occur. System Warning 1: A PM will be sent to those with warning as well as their names being placed under the warning spoiler. (This warning level remains for 1 month) Warning 2: You will be suspended from the club for a number of days which will be decided by myself and the highest ranking Duel Proctor. (This warning level remains for 2 months) Warning 3: Expulsion from the club. Once expelled, you cannot reapply, you cannot post here, and you cannot participate in future activities. (This is permanent) Golden Rule: I have last say....End...Of...Story Rank Info [spoiler=Ranks] The ranks in this club are as followed (In order of lowest to highest): New Member - Brand new members to this club. This is the rank that all members start as. Here, the best you can do is participate in activities as well as just post here. Advanced Duelist - This is the next rank. This category is for members who active but who rarely participate in activities or have a low dueling average. The best you can do here is post and join in activities. Elite Duelist - This is the second highest rank members can get to. This is for those who show for activities often. I will move you here when you are active, your dueling average is decent and, if you give much to the club. Impressive Graphic Designers will be moved here after they donate a few banners. Members of this rank are permited to create card contests and other mild activities. Only, however, if they gain permission from Me or the highest ranking Duel Proctor. Once created you must work with the Admins to make it known. It will be up to the contests creator to get the participants and keep it going. You can only host 1 contest at a time. Legendary Duelist - The highest rank most members can achieve. You will be placed here when you become an outstanding member. Helping other members, attending the club thread whenever possible, participating in every activity. Graphic Designers that make this club a flashy well known place will be awarded this high honor. Here you will be able to host your very own activities such as Club Duel Tournaments, Club graphic contests, Club card contests, Club fan fictions, and Club roleplays. You will need to first speak with a Duel Proctor or me before being able to create it. Duel Proctor-Advanced - This rank can be reached by any member, although it is extremely hard. All new members accepted into the Duel Proctor class through DP tryouts starts of here no matter how high their duel level. The member that achieves this will have to give this club their all and they must have an exceedingly high duel average. This rank you can consult the other duel proctors and I to create a desired contest. Here you do have the ability to give your opinion in the going-ons of this clubs and give warnings properly. Your word will not be as strong as the words of the other Higher Duel Proctor classes words, but it will indeed help. Duel Proctor-Elite - This rank can be reached only from Duel Proctor Advanced. The member must be here CONSTANTLY. Meaning they moderate this thread. This rank is also given to those who help out and are constantly working for the club, creating contests making graphics, etc. These Duel Proctors Duel Level are higher then those of Advanced. Defeat of an Elite Duel Proctor will result in immediate raise in rank. Duel Proctor-Legendary - This rank can be reached only by Duel Proctor Elite. The member must be here CONSTANTLY. Meaning they must moderate this thread and act accordingly. This rank can create new rules as long as it is accepted by all Duel Proctors and Admins. This rank is given to those who put forth great efforts to extending this happy family. This group can create contests and tournaments with the consent of an Admin and the other Duel Proctors. These Duel Proctors duel levels are higher than those of Elite, defeat of a Legendary Proctor will result in immediate raise in rank. Duel Proctor-Ultimate - This rank can be reached only by Duel Proctor Legendary and it is the highest rank or Duel Proctors. The member must be here CONSTANTLY. There will be a max of 3 Admins. Admins can do whatever they wish (as long as they have good reason.) Admins actions do not need to be accepted by all Duel Proctors but all Admins must be in agreement. Admins must be active in this thread. Inactivity in this thread will result in demotion to Duel Proctor-Advanced level. Duel Proctors represent the Moderators of this club. Any mistreatment of a Duel Proctor will result in punishment by warning. In order to advance in rank, you must be an outstanding member, a high level duelist (which shall be determined in a YVD or Duel Monster Genesis duel with 1 or more Duel Proctors), participate in multiply activities, and be an active member.
