With The Ancient Fault, I think a better way to word its effect would be something like: "When a card(s) is sent from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard, send 1 card from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard." This card's effect is not applied to the effect of "The Ancient Fault"." Otherwise, after 1 card is sent then The Ancient Fault would activate over and over and deplete the opponent's entire Deck.
