High School and Super Powers? Original RP [PG-16] (Closed)

"Oh, Hey..." Taiga fumbled for a name again, "just a sec." He pulled out his trusty pocket book and skimmed through the names. He idly chewed his straw as he thought.

"You're... Genta, no wait''' maybe Kuroshi, no he's from last year... Ah! You're Kanju Hirosuke, right?" Taiga smiled. He wasn't the best for remembering names, but his pocket book helped. He was considering getting a PDA to organize his lists better.

"Whacha up to now? Raydoz, me and Noir are going to see if the new club Yukari-chan started," he grinned at the honorific. "If you've got nothing better doing, you want to tag along?"

Hirosuke blinked at Taiga as he pulled out his book and seemed to know exactly who Hirosuke was. He nodded to answer his 1st question.

"That takes all the fun out of introducing yourself..." he muttered, a bit sarcastically. Hirosuke sighed as he thought about the idea of joining a club. He looked at the ceiling, and then back at Taiga and Raydoz. Hirosuke shrugged and closed his eyes

"I guess there's nothing better to do, right?" he yawned "I'll come along..."

Hirosuke flipped his hair out of his face so he could see better. He opened his eyes wide and then thought for a second

"Noir? I don't know much about the guy, but I've seen him around and he doesn't really seem too friendly...How'd you get him to join a club....?" he asked.

"I know excatly what you mean," Taiga nodded knowingly. He turned a few pages in his pocketbook and pointed to a section That was headed with noir. It hand several points jotted under it. Loner, snide, private, self promoting, friendly, evil. The last one had a question mark beside it.

 

"See, I have it all here," Taiga grinned. "When, most of it a least. This is my databook. It gather info on people and record it here for future reference." Taiga sighed. "As for how I got him, It's Raydoz's work. He's pretty got for a transfer student."

Hirosuke nodded and then took a seat besides the two. He yawned and then opened his eyes, bringing his voice steady and calm again. He then looked at Taiga as he pulled out the book. Hirosuke was a bit curious about what was written about him. A part of Hirosuke wanted to know, but the other thought that the idea of a personal data book was just over the edge of weirdness. Either way, Hirosuke couldn't resist

"So...What do you have in there about me...?" he muttered, turning his head away from Taiga, embarrassed to ask such a question. He rested his head on his palm as he waited for Taiga's answer.

"Ah, about that..." Taiga smiled nervously and flipped a couple pages to get to Kanju's entry. He had a slightly embarassed look as he showed him the page. "I'm not the best artist but..."

 

The entry was:

 

Kanju Hirosuke (he tells his friends to call him Rai)

-Lonelyish -kind -seems friendly -seems to like blue

-independent -looks depressed -approachable?

The bottom of the section has a crude drawing of Kanju's face with a wide grin on it, captioned with Kanju-san smiling happily? Need more data...

 

Taiga smiled ruefully, waiting to see what Kanju's reaction would be.

Hirosuke turned his head and nodded. He then looked at the picture

"It's not bad...It's actually right, I guess..." he muttered. Hirosuke stood up and looked towards the clock on the wall behind where he stood. He sighed and then began to wonder how Kyoshi had gotten that information. He shook his head and released the thought.

"Lunch is almost over...We should get back to class, Right, Kyoshi?" he asked, his face calm and gentle like it usually is. Hirosuke then started towards the door.

Taiga smiled again. If he didn't know any better, it seem like he had trown Kanju-san of gaurd a bit. He checked his watch too. There was only about five minutes left in lunch. Not enough time to go to the other room then head back to class.

"To skip or not to skip, that is the question," he muttered. He looked up and spotted Hirosuke leaving, so he grabbed Raydoz hand and ran after him, pulling the transfer student with him. "Hey Kanju-san, wait up! We have the same class next don't we? Let's go together!"

Hirosuke was about to open the door and walk out, when he noticed Kyoshi and Raydoz heading after him. He stopped and turned around slightly. He smiled a bit and blew his hair out of his face as he looked at Kyoshi. Hirosuke nodded

"Alright then, we'll go to class together..." he said, his voice soft. After they started walking into the the hallway Hirosuke wondered if Sensei would even be at class yet, considering her whole performance about not being late. Hirosuke sighed slightly

"You think Sensei will always be late...Or do you think it was just a one time thing?" he asked, turning towards Kyoshi.

"Yadda, Yadda," Taiga said. "Let's review what we know about her, shall we?" He opened his pocket book again.

"She's loud, lazy, secretive, came late to her first class, ran from cafeteria duty," he mimed ticking them off a list as he spoke. "Not only that, but she seems a bit childish and roguish, so she will most definately be late to class. She might even make another sense about not being late."

Taiga stared off into space dreamily as he thought of his new homeroom teacher. "She is such an amazing and superb sensei isn't she?" In his fantasy, he could see her smiling face over a background of white lilies. "She is my Lily of the valley"

Hirosuke nodded in agreement to Taiga's first sentence.

"She'll most likely be late again...I wonder how she'll handle us, I mean, she doesn't seem like a very determined sensei..." he yawned. He turned and looked at Kyoshi. Hirosuke then noticed Kyoshi staring off into space and having some strange day dream. Without any warning, Hirosuke bonked Kyoshi on the top of his head, causing him to fall out of his day dream

"What's with you? Get a hold of yourself..." he yawned again, his eyes closed and his voice tone seemingly careless "Jeez..."

It wasn't long after that they approached the class.

"Thanks," Taiga said, rubbing the sore spot on his head. "I needed that."

They arrived at the class soon after that. Not surprisingly, Yukari-cha... Tanizaki-sensei wasn't there yet, but there were a few other students in class. Taiga paused by the door, suddenly realizing that he didn't know what class he was having next. He sighed and dumped the empy bannana milk carton in the trash.

"Ah... Kanju-san," he asked with a grin, "what class is next? Do you know?"

Hirosuke looked at Taiga and then back at the door. He took a pause and then he shrugged

"Beats me..." he sighed "I'm guessing you don't either?"

Hirosuke then opened the door without any hesitation and went to take a seat in the back of the class. As soon as he sat down, he smiled a bit at the other students that were already in the class. Hirosuke then turned to the door and motioned for Taiga to come in.

Actually, now that I think about it...I really don't know what class I have next...

He sighed and then looked up to the front of the class.

OoC: Where is everyone? X(

IC: The bell rang its familiar chimes, signalling the end of lunch and the start of the next class in I-1. Yukari-sensei did not come back, as it was no longer English. However, the teacher who entered seemed just as strange and enigmatic as their homeroom teacher.

 

A man in his early 30s entered. He was an average heigh and was thin and lanky. His posture was very slumped and he wore an old but clean brown business suit. The most striking thing about him was that he wore a pair of sunglasses inside the building. They weren't very stylish, but round and tacky. He entered the room slowly, scanning the room from behind his shades. He stood there silently with a neutral expression on his face for a few seconds then spoke.

 

"Welcome to Physics. You can call me Ogata-sensei. I will be your instructor for the rest of the semester." he said in the most drab and dull voice a human being could make. His voice signalled the start of the longest period of the day...

 

OoC: Skip ahead to the end of the day now. You can head to the club room, but you don't have too.

When the bell chime rang signalling the end of the day, Hirosuke grabbed his books and his bags. He then stood up from his seat and stumbled over to the door

"How boring...I know I'm going to hate that class..." he sighed as he ran his fingers through his soft hair. Hirosuke scanned the room for Raydoz and Taiga, hopping to follow them to the club room, because Hirosuke had no idea where it was.

 

After about 3 seconds of looking, he found Taiga and Raydoz and walked over to them casually. He gave them a short wave as he approached.

"Hey, So, where is the club room ?" he asked them calmly. His voice tone was in a bit of a yawn, as he was tired from the last class, and couldn't wait to get home. Hirosuke himself was surprised that he was still standing. Just about now, Hirosuke would have crashed, had there not been something interesting to look forward to after class.

(xD sorry for not posting recently. Bleh. Let's see if I can't try to repair some of that short-posting karma.)

 

Yorushira glanced around awkwardly as she packed her satchel with her books, sighing a little as she felt her fingers stroke the red velvet material, and hooked it over her think shoulders. Her thick textbooks made for an annoying weight against her side, but it was easy enough to bear.

 

She brushed away a little hair from her eyes. Her day had been... uneventful, she thought with a bit of disappointment. She had spent lunch alone, like usual. She generally didn't think herself to be the loner type, or at least she didn't want to be, but it seemed inevitable sometimes that she would be on her own.

 

It really wasn't fair, she said to herself. She was nice. She was affectionate. She liked getting along with people. So why was it they never got too attached to her? Meh. This friendship thing was much too confusing for her to really consider. As quickly as she got the hang of hanging around with one person, they're gone, and she had to do the same with a new one. It was a big cycle that she didn't appreciate at all.

 

Yorushira looked down at the piece of paper in her hand. A Civil Justice Club, she thought to herself, just wasn't her thing. It wasn't that she didn't like justice, but just what could they do about it anyway? Injustices were too hard for even experianced lawyers and people in political positions to handle, thats why they were injustices. Even the might of Student Council, which seemed to have power that far belied their official position even outside of the school, couldn't do anything about them.

 

But then again, it would be a nice place to meet people. She closed the door to her locker and snapped it shut with the lock, her shoes clicking against the tiled floor. She paused for a second to smooth out her skirt and push the hair out of her eyes, before she came to a decision. She'd join this club- Who knows, maybe it wouldn't do anything, but it would be a nice place to meet people. It didn't sound like it required any particular skills, which was nice, and that teacher she met seemed nice enough, though she didn't seem to know her times very well. She claimed she wasn't late several times, even when it was clear that she was, then said that she'd give them work if they told the principal. It was all rather confusing, though Yorushira had gotten the message that she didn't want people being told that she was late fairly quickly. People often said confusing things like that; She often wished they were more clear when they talked.

 

She exited the Science building and turned a corner, pulling her scarf tighter around her neck to ward off the chill in the air. She'd never had much of a body for the cold, generally preferring the heat of Summer. She was rather prone to getting sick, and getting the flu was an unfortunate annual tradition of hers. It frequently annoyed her, as it meant she had to lose a week of school each year, which she'd never get back.

 

She made her way to the comparatively smaller Club Building, dwarfed by the other larger parts of the Academy. She'd been there only a couple times; she wasn't much one for extra-curricular activities. Still, the faded brick wasn't entirely unfamiliar to her, and she pulled open the doors without any particular hesitation, much more comfortable now that she was approaching a new room of her own vocation rather than by a mysterious edict. She glanced around, and quickly identified the 108 room.

Taiga staggered slightly through the hallway, ignoring those around him, including Kanju-san, in his distress. His head was pounding from a killer headache. His mind was spinning, filled with formulas, calculations, standards and more. His eyes were heavy from the constant drowsiness he endured and his chin sore from where he hit it after nodding off in class. Worse of all, his heart was heavy because his beloved, pure, majestic and heavenly Yukari-sensei didn't teach the last subject.

 

"Curse you physics," Taiga muttered, slumped against one of the vending machines in the hall. "Curse you and all that has to do with you, exspecially Ogata-sensei, the embodiment of the dull and dreary." He dropped in some money and bought a can of milk tea. He sighed and reviewed his plans for the evening.

 

I need to buy bandages for Tou-san. (Baka Oyaji, always hurting yourself or trying to look cool in the bandage look!) Kaa-san wants some ribbons for her routine, still done see why she doesn't ask Nee-san. And I'm sopposed to pick up the uniforms for the dojo. He sighed. Plus, the Oji-san at the electronics store promised to show me some new PDA models today. "ARGGHHH!" His sudden switch to verbal dialog turned heads in the hall.

 

He continued down the hall, rummaging in his bag for his cell phone. An orange sheet fell out, the same one telling about the new club. He glanced distractedly at it, then stared intensly.

"NANIIII! I forgot about Yukira-sensei's club!" He sprinted down the hall to the room, leaving anyone following him behind.

Hirosuke found himself leaning against the doorway. He watched as Taiga stumbled off into the halls. Hirosuke turned to his watch and then back towards Taiga's path

"He's gonna come back...I just know it..." he yawned. Not long after making this observation, he noticed Taiga rushing back towards the door

"Now, we should go to the club room...Right, Kyoshi-San?" he mocked him. Hirosuke then walked up towards him and closed his eyes, slipping his hands into his pockets

"Besides, you looked like some kind of drunk, just stumbling outta here..." he sighed "Now, where's the club room? I don't know, because someone never had the slightest idea about telling me..."

"Oi, oi," Taiga protested. "It's not may fault that Physics has a negative effect on my metabolim and mental mindset." He took a long draught of his milk tea. With soem effort, he uncrinkled the crushed paper in his hand. Once he removed the worst of the crush, he handed it to Kanju-san.

"From what Yukari-cha... -sensei said this morning, the meeting's in room 108 of the clubs department." He smiled at the paper. "The colours gaudy, isn't it? But it's so Yukari-senei. Make sure you give it back. I may frame it."

Hirosuke sighed deeply as he looked at Taiga and held up his fist

"Must I really do this again?" he asked. Hirosuke took the paper and examined it. He then nodded when he was done

"Let's go then..." he said, his voice obviously tired again. Hirosuke grabbed Taiga's from the back of his shirt and dragged him through the hallway

"Stupid love-struck baka..." he sighed. After a while of this, they had made it to the club room. Hirosuke glanced at the paper, and then at the room number

"This is it then..." he said, gripping the door handle.

[zaneko]

"Ok, you do have reason to hit me, if only because you fail to realize Yukari-sensei's true glory." He hurried on before Kanju-san could react. "But now that we are at the door to the club, could you let me go?" He pulled himself free without waiting for Kanju-san to comply. He drained the last of his milk tea and dropped the can in the bin. Peering over Kanju-san's shouldrer, he scanned the room.

 

"Yadda, Yadda?" he blinked. "Theres only one person here." Once again he checked his pocket book. "Ah... that's Narame Yorushira, isn't it. She's one of my targets. This just may be my lucky day," he smiled evilly.

Hirosuke looked down at Taiga and swiftly let go of his collar. He also glanced into the room

"True glory...Yeah, right...She's just a teacher..." he groaned. He then shifted his eyes to the girl in the room, and then back at Taiga. Hirosuke closed his eyes

"One of your targets? You sick pervert..." he grunted as he raised his fist, about to hit Taiga again. Hirosuke then lowered his fist and sighed. His face showed him to be a little irritated, but more tired.

"Let's just go..." he said, pushing the door open a little.

"Oi, oi!" Taiga protested. "Don't go spreading false rumours about me! I have carefully cultivated a reputation as a normal eccentric student. Not a pervert." He crossed his hands as he spoke, emphasizing the protest.

 

"By target I meant that I lack information on her." He held up the pocket book, open to her entry, displaying only her name, age, three points and NEED INFO written in caps across the page. "I have extra info on most people at home in a bigger book, but she's one of those I seriously lack data on."

 

He moved in before Kanju-san entered the room and made a beeline straight for Narame-san. "Hello, I'm Kyoshi Taiga. Nice to meet you."

Hirosuke sighed as he watched Taiga enter the room

"No matter what he says, there's a little pervert in that guy..." he muttered to himself. Hirosuke then walked calmly and quietly into the room, taking a seat near Taiga. He thought about whether he should introduce himself to Narame-San or not. Hirosuke shrugged and decided to do it anyway. Since he hadn't been able to introduce himself when he met Kyoshi-San, he figured that he deserved to introduce himslef at least once today.

"And I'm Hirosuke Rai Kanju..." he groaned.

OOC: I feel a bit lost, ha...

 

For Katsura, the class ended on quite a fine note, honestly. He didn't mind having a 'boring' or 'slow' class, he enjoyed it, to be honest. After finishing rewriting the last notes, he quietly put his books away, with a faint smile, and left the class without saying a word to anyone. "I'll just go read alone or something...." He left and went to his locker, quickly unlocking his lock. After he opened it, he slipped in his books and took out a manga, a few blank, lined papers, and some pencils.

 

He began his way to this 'Club Room' he had heard of, making sure to check any small school maps and checking the numbers of every room. After a dozen minutes, he ended up at his destination, and sat in the middle of the class, beginning to read his manga.

The clubroom was quite sparse, the opposite of what most would expect from a clubroom. The bookshelves were all but empty except for a few thin books. The table was cleared of everything except for a large black cube device with attennae sticking out of it. Yukari-sensei was on the other side, fiddling with the device. The device made a different pitch of squealing noise each time she turned its knobs.

 

"Oh. You guys actually came. Sit down where ever..." Yukari said once she noticed the students waiting at the door. She immediately went back to the device and continued to busy herself over it.
