Chaos card:

When you Summon this monster, destroy all other Monster Cards you control. While this card is face-up on the field, you cannot Normal Summon any other monsters. During your Standby Phase, if your opponent controls 3 or more Set cards, this card inflicts 200 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each Set card they control. During your Main Phase, you can Tribute 2 Set cards you control to destroy 1 Set card your opponent controls and inflict 700 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points.

 

My card:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 "Blackwing Armor Master" and 1 other "Blackwing" monster you control. This card is also treated as a Winged-Beast-Type monster while face-up on the field. When this card is Summoned, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each Spell and Trap Card on your opponents side of the field. This card cannot attack the turn it is Summoned.

I vote for Chaos.

"First Gen" is more useful because "Metal Armor":

-Forces you to mix Winged Beasts with Machines

-The cost for Summoning is too high. (One 2500 ATK monster AND another monster for just a 2800 ATK monster?)

-The effect is not worth the Tribute of Armor Master; actually, Armor Master does a better job in the field than this card.

-The maximum damage this card can inflict with its effect is 300x6=1800. That's nothing when you could inflict more damage by attacking with, let's say, the Armor Master and the other monster you just Tributed.

 

While "First Gen":

-Let's you inflict passive damage each turn as long as you don't do nothing to not trigger any face-down card your opponent controls.

-You can still Set monsters and then Tribute them to destroy any face-down cards and clear the field from any threat.

i'd like to vote for chaos since:

1) as mentioned above, it is worthy of the two tributes needed to summon it whereas tributing an armor master for 'metal armor storm creator' is not.

2) deathwing has less than 2500 def and unless im missing something the rules say: 'ATK and DEF 2500 or higher'

I vote for chaos because:

1:Your Blackwing card has too big of a cost,better said nobody would tribute his armor master and another blackwing monster just to inflict damage when summoned.

2:Chaos made a monster card that inflicts damage constantly,and that is more usefull in many decks.

3:Even though your picture is better,the card Chaos made has a much better name,and i count that the name is maybe even more important than the picture.

 

Both cards are very good but i had to vote for Chaos because it's a little better.
