Dark Signers Return [Started]

Worthless? Nicki repeated in her head. Blasphemy! Did he not know I had almost succeeded in taking one dark signer out? As for Simon's "power" he had mentioned, Nicki had seen in her vision all the capabilities of the previous dark signers, and only the leader had any sort of power and that was mind control. So he might be bluffing, but I still have to be careful just in case.

 

Then Kris responded to Simon. "She looks worthless anyway. I'm not bothered if you kill her." Nicki turned to Kris. She felt a mix of enraged and frightened. Is this other guy a dark signer? Or is he just a psychopath? And if he is, in fact, a signer, I'm going to have to teach him a lesson about teamwork and destiny.

 

Then Dylan asked, "So, you two are signers?" Nicki responded, "Yes, I am a signer," and revealed the front claw mark on her forearm. "I assume you are one as well if you so much as know about signers. I'm glad I found you! We have to get the rest of the signers together, which I'm assuming you pretty much have figured out at this point." Then she turned to Kris. "But this guy," she said to Dylan while frowning at Kris. "I don't know what you are or what you want, but if you are, in fact, a signer and you plan to, I don't know, prevent the dark signers from destroying the world as we know it, then I suggest you try to, I don't know, uh, treat your fellow signers with respect!"

 

She walked up to Kris until they were uncomfortably close. "Sure, you may be a misogynistic fool, but I assure, you, fate has chosen me to bear the mark of the dragon because I am an expert duelist. And to show you, I challenge you to a riding duel right here, right now! If you can't tell that I'm plenty important in this situation, then maybe my cards and strategies can talk for me!"

"Calm down!" he said when listening to Nicole. "We're supposed to beat the Dark Signers, not each other!" he said. "She is right you know." he said to Kris. If she is always this upbeat about respect, she might be good for taking down that female Dark Signer... he thought. He looked up psychic duelists on a laptop he stored in his duel runner. A Dark Signer might be a psychic duelist, or not... "If you are a Signer, show your Sign now" he said to Kris. "And yes, I am a Signer." he said as he revealed the Tail mark on his right arm.

"This is my Signer Dragon, Moonlight Dragon." he said as he showed up his ace card to the signer. "And I see you are an aggressive duelist. So do you know any people who might be Signers?" he said, awaiting an answer. If she does, we might win this war before it has even begun! he thought.

He walked out onto the sidewalk and went for his routine walk down the road. He was trying to forget about the troubles of the Dark Signers and all that jazz. He kicked a few rocks along the way. He enjoyed the sunlight coming down and soon forgot about dueling...

IC: "Anyway, you wanna duel, while we wait for Dark Signers to duel us?" Dylan said to the Claw Signer who hadn't revealed her name yet. He hoped they would get some time before they came to duel us for the fate of the world. I wonder... Is Mark one of the Dark Signers!? If he is, this might be harder than we ever thought! he thought, awaiting an answer from the Signer.
