Kaiser Sea Horse does not Special Summon anything, he counts as 2 tributes towards the summon of a Light attribute monster when tribute summoning. Also you need to correct the name of one of the fusion material monsters on Kaiser Hero Alchemetes. You have in the text you need Kaiser Hero Angeline, but the only monster I have seen that is close is your normal monster Kaiser Hero Angelene.
