Description:If this card is Tribute Summoned successfully, all monsters on your opponent's side of the field cannot attack for 3 turns. When this card is destroyed, pay 1000 Life Point. Choke Posted February 13, 2010 Report Share Posted February 13, 2010 Effect is really too simple and boring, looks like you put it all together in 5 seconds. And the pay 1000 Life Point drawback seems like it was just a random throw in so it didn't seem OP'd. Make Points plural. The name sounds like it was made by a 5 year old, to be honest :|.
