Corvidae
'Jecht? Are you okay?' Nikki asked. She helped him up, and recited the prophecy. The one who made monsters come, is one of pure heart. To find the one who is of betrayal,You must fight the birds of many archersalong with as many as you choose. You will find the item that will lead the wayYou will make a rival of great power but one will a gain greater weapon. One will may die, one may lose, one may win. Then again its all about how you play the game. It's actually a very strange prophecy. She thought. Aren't prophecies supposed to rhyme?
Jakeronijo
OoC: Epic Win...you said one will may die...lol Ian landed out front of the big house and walked in to see Nikki and Jetch. Then again its all about how you play the game. He heard Nikki recite. "Is that a prophecy?" Ian asked running towards them. His caduceus reduced to a phone and he put it in his pocket. "If it is does that mean someone will have to go on a quest?" Ian asked. He thought about it. A quest might not be too bad, maybe then we could find out who let those monsters in. Corvidae
ooc: Epic fail: will could mean willpower AKA soul, which translates to: one soul may die.IC: Nikki turned to him. 'Yes. I ask for a simple no answer, and it gives me seventy-seven non-rhyming gibberish words. At least it also proved my innocence. The one who made the monsters come, is one of pure heart. That narrows it down a heap. Somebody got tricked into summoning them. Nobody pure of heart would try and kill everyone in camp. Not intentionally... They'd have to either be controlled by something, or tricked into doing it. Kronos is tricky. Too tricky. Hmm...'
Jakeronijo
Ian nodded. "Yea thats good. But who goes?" Ian asked looking between the two. He always wanted to go on a quest ever since he heard of one and he wanted to badly but wouldn't ask since he didn't want to take the chance from anyone else. Nick watched out of the Apollo cabin and looked up at the sun. Last night had been murder and he was glad to have slept it out. He wanted to train but decided to wait for breakfast before he went to destroy dummies.
ArtemisFowl
"Well, its Nikki's quest." Chrion said to Brian. "Its her choice. Also its the first time a prophecy has allowed the receiver to choose as many as she wishes to go with. Its all her's now." He said and looked to Nikki for her reply. Jecht was processing the prophecy in his mind. Birds of archers. Rival of great power. Some weapon. Item that leads the way. One may, one may lose, one may win. Its how you play the game, what the Hades is that supposed to mean?
Corvidae
Nikki sighed. 'I'll bring you two, if you don't mind.' I don't think so, Chiron. Along with, coming after the birds of many archers, which probably refers to falconers, seems to mean that I'll fight as many as I choose, which is none. If the oracle had said 'Alongside', however, Chiron would be correct. But as it is, it seems as if I have a choice of how many foes I battle. And that last line refers to a game... What game? Is the quest considered a game? To Kronos, maybe, but the oracle? Hmm... The birds of many archers... Falconers? Most likely. But why would I have to battle falconers?
