Well i'm a little fed up with the craze over Sinnoh and 4th gen. Not that i don't like them, but i thought going back to basics would do us some good.

Well it's an adventure rp, with no goal, and no order of foreseen events so the plot goes like this: Travel through Kanto with a few friends, battle, maybe go for the Gyms and possibly the Elite Four.

Bio:Bridger grew up with an Eevee. He never did have many friends as a boy, but he could always count on sweet Eevee. Eventually, he began training his Eevee as a battling pokemon, not a pet. Last year, During a battle with a Haunter, Eevee began to change shades, until her dark brown fur became a bright white, and evolved into Espeon. Within 6 months, Espeon was only 1 of 3 pokemon in Bridger's arsenal. Along with Absol and Toxicroak, Bridger hopes to accomplish that of which no other trainer has, beat the Elite 4 with 3 pokemon. That is his life goal, and he is working hard at it, but he cannot do it alone. Often times Bridger tries to enlist other trainers to travel with him but is usually unsuccessful. Before attempting his hand against Brock however, he is going to need a travel partner.

Appearance: Short, blonde, with oval glasses. Unkempt blond hair falls down over eyes, wearing plain dark green shirt with jeans, white socks and black sneakers,grey coat with pokeballs in inside pocket.

Ninetales(flamethrower, fire blast, dig, willo-th'wisp)

Kanghaskan(mega punch, rage, outrage, dizzy punch)

Bio: Seth always preferred grass types, objecting to people saying they are weak. He was a good battler, winning most of the time. He entered a championship, only to lose in the final round to an excessively snobby kid who claimed grass types were weak and useless, and did not deserve to be in anyone's team. Angered, Seth vowed to one day wipe that snobby smile off that kid's face. He then trailed him, finding his rival was working with team rocket, and has pursued him ever since.

Wears triangle sunglasses(if you seen Gurren Lagann's Kamina than ya know what i mean but black), normal wheres a black polo with jeans. Carries a black and Dark Blue backpack that holds his stuff. He also wheres a dark blue jacket with top 3 buttons unbutton with his pokeballs in an inside pocket in the jacket

Bio: Delano is trainer who did not come into contact with humans much(never knew his parents and was pretty much raised by pokemon) expect a Professor who every now and then visited the "Abandoned" house that Delano and many different types of Ghost(lived inside of the house), Water(lived in the lake at the back of the house) and Dark(lived inside the house and the forest) pokemon lived in to study the pokemon. Due to him being raised by the pokemon that lived in the mansion he learned how to understand pokemon of the Ghost, Water, and Dark pokemon to an extent. When he became 10 years old he went to the Lab in New Bark Town and got a totodile as his partner. After 4 years of traveling Delano has befriend/caught a gastly that evolved into haunter and a carvanha that has evolved into Sharpedo long with his partner totodile who has evolved into Feraligator. The 4 of them traveled around looking at the GYMs by never challenged them and is now feeling ready and up for the challenge

Extra Info:

Jaws (Feraligator): Is Delano's partner and main powerhouse using moves like aqua jet and ice punch to give him edge in battle. Feraligator is normally a happy pokemon who likes to battle and become stronger. However if anyone makes this pokemon mad will be in for a rude awaken when they find themselves smacked by an ice punch.

Moveset: Aqua Jet, Ice punch, Crunch, and Dragon Dance

 

Shadow(Gengar): Haunter is also Delano's 1st pokemon that he caught while look around other abandon places and dark caverns. Is a tricky pokemon that even know and then disappears than reappears play with some little kids or messing with near back trainers. Haunter also likes to use his ghost abilities to the max during battle and sometimes uses it to sneak up on his opponent's. After Evolving during the Battle with Tom's Charizard Shadow's shown great promise with his powers stronger than his previous stage.

Move set: shadow ball, hypnosis, psychic, and thunderbolt

 

Shark(Sharpedo): Delano's most aggresive pokemon. Shark was captured as a carvanha while Delano was fishing and kept throwing the pokemon back until he came across Shark he throew her back in the water. However shark jumped out and attacked Delano. Delano then decided to capture Shark after battle her with Croconaw. almost always wants to battle and even battles with Haunter and Feraligator to make her self stronger and to prove she is the strongest. Shark rarely gets along with anyone except Delano and the other pokemon. Due to Shark's nature Delano lets her out to battle and when there is noone esle around(unless delano wants to clear out a place XD).

Bio: During a Dive into a lake Delano and Feraligator was attacked by a Crawdaunt. After long battle Crawdaunt was finally captured. Its personlity is unknown at the moment but seems to be aggressive if someone or something invades it terrority

Ehh...Accepted. Well 3 travelers. We start now.

 

Bridger walked towards the tall teenager with the triangular glasses. As he got close, he noticed a smaller blonde boy sitting beside him. He knew these were the two he would be traveling with, but had a different picture in his head when they were chatting. Bridger was now within spitting distance.

 

"Well lets start with introductions then 'ay? I'm Bridger."

 

Bridger pulled 3 pokeballs off of his belt and tossed them in front of him. Three bright red beams escaped the front revealing three Pokemon. Espeon just cuddled Bridger's legs while Absol and Toxicroak sized the boys up. Bridger shewed them back, and assured the others that they would be no harm.

 

"So your names would be?"

Delano looks at the blonde person who just shown

"Hello, the name is Delano. Interesting pokemon your have there. Allow me to introduce you to my Team. Jaws, Shark, and Shadow come on out"

 

3 red beams of light come of the pokeballs(sharpedo comes out in the comes out in the fountain not to far) and reveal a Feraligator, a Sharpedo, and a Haunter.

 

Shadow: "Haunt Haunt" shadow says in a laughing tone than uses his hands to put up the Bridger and drops into the pond laughing at him

 

When Bridge lands in the water sharpedo glares at him than aqua jets bridger out of the water

"SHARPEDO!!!"

 

Delano: "Haha.. nice one Shadow. A word of warning Shadow is a prankster and Shark doesn't like other people very much especially if you can in his "terrority' so i would be careful"

 

Feraligator walks over to Bridger and his pokemon than shakes his hand "FeraliGATOR!!"

 

Delano: "Jaws the friendly and is not as much of a jokestor or aggressive as Shark. So you shall be able to be good friends with him."

"I would hope so, however after that little dispute, i think your sharpedo and haunter deserve some punishment. Hows about a battle?" Bridger was hoping to get an excited reaction from Delano, but instead heard the screech of Sharpedo in the fountain. "Your Sharpedo seems up for it. I'll use my Toxicroak and Absol if you don't have a problem using Sharpedo and Haunter." Haunter came up behind Bridger and lifted him by the collar. Bridger began getting fed up with the specters shenanigans. "Now i'm not giving you the freedom to refuse. So get ready." Bridger returned Toxicroak and Espeon to their balls. He left Absol out. "Who will you be using first?"

[DeathSDelano]

"Alright then. Shadow your up first" Delano says as gets in Battle Stance time to have some fun. A word of warning my pokemon are not weak at all froms the years of training we have together and all the challenges we went through to get to this piont"

 

" HHAAUNTEERRRRRRR!!" as shadow yells ready for battle and you notice the cheerul face turns into a scary serious face

 

Delano "I hope you have some Experience against Ghost pokemon because Haunter he takes pride in being a Ghost traits and uses them flawlessly in Battle"

 

Jaws goes over to the side lines and puts up both his arms showing the number 2 on both fingers "Feral FERALIGATOR!!"

Jaws brings his hands down swiftly as if signaling to begin the Battle

 

Delano: "Looks like Jaws wants to be the Ref for this battle"

 

Shark watchs the battle from the fountain as like shark waiting for its prey

Bridger examined the Haunter before releasing Absol.

 

"Alright then i suppose i'll start. Absol use Faint-Attack, but don't follow up. Alter into Bite." The medium sized beast took off, moving rapidly. Within seconds Absol had disappeared. Haunter looked confused. Bridger exclaimed "Now!".

 

Absol revealed himself, and with one fatal chomp, took the ghost to the ground. "Great job!" Bridger had underestimated Haunter's capabilities. In no time at all, the ghost was back in the air ready for more.

 

"So you want to play tough then huh?"

Shadow gets bitten hard but gets up like it was big bite

 

Delano: "Shadow Disappear than use your hands to grab absol than use thunderbolt and finish with hypnosis"

 

Shadow uses his ghost powers to fade away for the moment and his hands appear out of nowhere grabbing hold of the beast.

Shadow's hands emit electric charges and shocks alter with thunderbolt. WHile the beast was recovering from the shock Shadow appear right infront of his face and a red glow shines from Shadow's eyes and alter starts to feel sleepy

 

"You should never underestimate Shadow because you'll never know when or where he'll strike"

Absol grows tired. "Well i didn't want to end this first fight so soon, but i must if i must. Absol see what you can get out of a Blizzard!"

 

Absol began conjuring energy in his palms, then a light snow began to fall over Haunter. Absol fell asleep. "No! Not acceptable! Absol...wake up!" The snow began falling faster and harder. "Absol if you lose this for me i will never forgive you."

 

The pokemon's eyes flew open. "That's better! Now increase the power of this Blizzard. Use the colors to an advantage. Strike with Night Slash!". The snow became hail. Delano's Haunter seemed unaffected by the new climate, but was distracted enough for Absol to come from behind and use Night Slash.

 

Haunter evaded. Absol, aware of the trickery at hand, flop-sided his attack and went back for seconds. This time Haunter couldn't escape. The attack sent Haunter flying.

 

"Well i think that settles it."

[DeathSDelano]

Delano: "Shadow take the blizzard use it to your advantage." i nod to Shadow

 

Shadow makes a Large Grin "HaunTERRR!!!

Shadows eye glow a blue color and the blizzard starts to circle around Shadow faster and faster greating a wall between Shadow and alter

When alter charged in for the night slash Haunter evaded than with the blizzard in his control he made it wrap around alter incaging alter in a ball of cold and increasing pressure.

 

Delano: " Good now lets finish this use thunderbolt on the ball and make it explode than finish with shadow ball"

 

Electricity emits from Shadow and strikes the ball of cold sending alter flying in the air. As alter flew in the air Shadow appears behind him and unleashed a dark ball from his hands

OOC: One of us is going to have to lose this, and why are you calling Absol by Alter. Where did you get that?

 

IC: Absol took the shot to the back. He flew forward and his neck snapped back giving him a whiplash effect. After lying on the concrete, Absol stood back up. He was truely P****d now. Absol with a fire in his eyes ran towards Haunter without Bridgers command.

 

"Absol whatever your doing make it work!" Absol nailed Haunter, doing no major damage, and held him to the ground. The berserk pokemon became clawing fatally at the ghost.

 

From the sidelines Bridger could hear Delano yell "Control your Pokemon! This is unfair and Outrageous!" Under his breathe, Bridger chuckled.

 

Absol had done alot of damage to the ghost sense he had looked away. The purple specter lie there motionless. Bridger waited it out, expecting this to be the end.

OOC: don't make my character say something that won't say(scratch alter i misread XD)

 

Delano: "Hmm.. you just sealed your fate. Shadow finish this thunderbolt than shadow ball"

 

 

with absol holding on the Shadow eletricity began to ingulf shadows body than with a large amount of power the thunderbolt threw absol off haunter and than threw a shadow ball the falling pokemon. Shadow starts to look exhausted but still holding strong

 

 

Shadow: "Haun-Haunt Haunter" Shadow looks at the absol waiting to see what it will do next

OOC: It says don't follow up also. Alter into bite. I intended for it to read alter as in change to bite, instead of attacking with faint attack. His name is Absol.

 

IC: Bridger knows not to push it. "Absol you have done your job." He withdrew the Absol from battle, and threw the pokeball holding Toxicroak inside.

 

"I assume you will do the same, One to nothing your lead." Bridger was ecstatic to see what would happen.

 

If Delano left Haunter in, Toxicroak would wipe him out in a flash. If he switch to Sharpedo, Bridger new exactly how to handle him aswell.

 

"In your own interest, ought we move to the pond over there to get the true experience. After all you have a water-type, and Toxicroak can play off of the lilypads."

 

Without recieving Delano's okay, he began walking towards the body of water.

Delano: "fine by me Shadow come back and Shark use aqua jet to get into the pond"

 

Shadow falls back adn Shark used aqua and landed into the water

 

Delano: "Shall we begin and don't underestimate Shark here you'll make her very angry"

 

Shark: "SHARRRRRRRPPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" shark says giving you and you toxicroak a death stare

 

Delano: "Umm.. maybe a little to angry" he said with a little laugh hidden behind his words

Bridger wasn't scared. Toxicroak wasn't either. "Toxicroak go underwater with Sharpedo! Rapid Poison jabs! Then pull out, and get bac on the edge. When he surfaces use Poison Sting!"

 

Toxicroak went in. He began treading water, getting closer and closer to Sharpedo. When he was in jabbing range, he went under. Sharpedo followed. Toxicroak began sinking multiple and fast finger attacks into Sharpedos body.

 

Toxicroak ditched before Sharpedo could counter, and held his position on the edge waiting for the shark to resurface, if he hadn't already fainted.

Bio: Tommy Fireash was born just after a boy named 'ash ketchum' won against the elite 4 in the pokemon league. He was inspired by this feat and set out to catch fire-type pokemon, but the first pokemon he caught was a bug-type named metapod. Although he only wanted to catch fire-type pokemon he raised metapod well to evolve into buterfree! His first pokemon was a charmander which he raised very well to evolve into a great-looking charizard, but it wasnt ordinary. It was a shiny! After he had caught his first pokemon and raised it to a buterfree he set out to defeat the elite 4 champion!

IC: Tommy saw two people battling, he ran over one guy had a toxicroak the over a sharpedo. He stated spectating the battle. wow! they are two good pokemon!

He let butterfree and charizard out to let them enjoy the view of the water. He loved raising his pokemon, just being with them made him happy.

"hey charizard!" Tom asked "could you shake that tree please?"

"chaarrizaard!" charizard replied as he shook the tree. 3 red apple fropped down.

"thanks! here have one!" Tom said throwing charizard an apple, he also held one in his hand for bitterfree to eat.

IC:

Delano: "Dive down than hit him with ice fang combined with Aqua Jet"

as toxicroak swim at Shark with his poison jabs Shark dived down out of toxicroak's range

A light bluish glow formed on Shark's jaws than went into to an Aqua Jet hitting toxicroak from behind than dove back into the deeper parts of the water

OOC: Sorry, i just type what fits into the image of my mind. I'll stop. However, you can't always win. Don't just get up after every fight and don't evade every attack. If i can't control you, don't control what happens when i attack. No offense.

 

IC:Toxicroak felt lazy. He didn't want to deal with a stubborn shark spraying him with water.

 

"Toxicroak, if you want an easy win, Sludge Bomb the water!" Toxicroak let a huge ball of purple goop shoot out of his throat. It disintegrated into the water making it murky and impossible to see in.

 

"Now don't be cheap Toxicroak, wait it out on the edge." Toxicroak distanced himself about 10 yards back from the edge of the pond. "Use Revenge just in case he attacks you."

OOC: i'm not always going to win and i don't evade all of them only a few i use attacks as counters :P and i don't control your attacks i'm repeating what you are doing than telling you how i'm countering them. Like the poison jab i repeated what you said in my why and said how i countered it

 

IC:

 

Delano: Shark use Earthquake to make toxicroak lose its balance than follow up with a spinning Aqua Jet

 

The water starts to shake and waves start to generate hitting some of the ooze that toxicroak put in the water and causing the ground around the pond to shake alittle. Shark jumped out of the the water and started spinning and used aqua jet on toxicroak

Toxicroak leaped high into the air. Using Revenge, he struck his opponent in the back.

 

"Good job remembering Revenge kiddo. Now Sludge Bomb the ground!"

 

The frog-like creature spewed purple all over the dirt.

 

"Use it to your advantage. Slosh around pointlessly, you will move to fast to be hit."

 

The frog grinned widely, and began spinning and sliding all over the purple goop.
