"Oh I don't know. Probably I'm a dueling genius."

 

Deck Strategy

Get out some power house monsters like Ryku and Beat them down. And I have trap help to.

Daichi ran down the hall, looking at his watch. 10 mins late on the first day. He bolted through the door, Panting.

"Sorry, Mr. Cunning, I overslept." He said. Mr. Cunning just motioned for him to take his seat. He did as instructed, and trudged his way over to a guy with his feet on his desk. If he remembered correctly, His name was Zack, A trouble maker. He sat down and looked at his desk. Nothing, he had already missed the first assignment.

[Sp1at]

*Mr.Cunning*

"Daichi, please take a seat and Zack will tell you what we are doing. Oh and you have D.T."

He grabbed his deck. "If your done does anyone wanna duel me?" he asked. Well he waited for an anwser he grabbed his duel disk and put his deck in side.

 

*Zack*

"Alright Daichi. Heres wat we are doing. Basicly fill out the easy paper and then take out a lined paper and write down your strategys for your deck.

As soon as Mr. Cunning mentioned the Word "Duel," Zack's hand shot like a rocket, Ready to duel. Daichi just baried his head in the paper from embarrassment, Quickly filling it out, but decided not to lift his head. Instead he peeked his eyes through his arms as he saw Zack's Step on to the Stage ready for an all out duel.

"Alright Zack we will duel."

Zack walked up to the stage with his deck in 1 hand and his assignments in the other." Here's your assignment."

"Alright I'll go first. Here's a duel disk" Jack threw a duel disk to Zack. " I Draw! " He had the best starting hand ever! " Alright I play the Field Spell ProtoTrap Heaven!This card allows me to Set monster cards vertically. Now I set a monster in face-down ATK Position. Now! I play the spell card D.D. Borderline! Now I set 2 Spell or Trap cards face-down and End My turn.

 

*Zack*

"Alright thats a weird card you got there. I draw! I play the Spell card Legend City! There fore destroying your Field Spell. Now I Summon Ancient Legend - Loronth!"

 

*Mr.Cunning*

I play the trap card Bottomless Trap hole! Bye Bye Loronth!"

Appearence:

 

Bio: She is calm for the most part and is hard to anger, making her an excellent duelist in terms of analyzing an enemy. Moreover, at the university in which she graduated (Outside of DA) she was an exceled member of the Elitist club who held the title of undefeated until her Senior year, where she was beaten by her current lover, Kaoru Shotogawa. Of course, that's not the entire story behind her. Seiko is a skilled pianist, playing pieces that some dare not to venture into. Of course, she never plays publicly, having a sense of stage fright. Instead, she plays within the sanctum of her home or among friends she trusts.

Personality: Seiko is childish, peppy...some what hyper and a bit out there. Way out there. Some would just call the girl straight up weird because of the bizarre and unusual things she tends to say or think about. For example, take the Mexican square dancing witch llama of New Guinea she swore she met after having knocked back a few bottles of sake...

 

Exactly, but you know what? She doesn't really care about what people think of her because the way she sees it, it's great to think out of the box...or out of the galaxy in her case. There's no use in trying to blend in and fit with everyone else. She just likes to be herself, no matter how scary and weird she can be. Usually Seiko is very bubbly, kind-hearted, and spirited person who loves to spread the sugary sweetness of her joy. This demeanor may cause her to clash with more serious and stern people. Her happiness could be annoying, but it just adds to how cute she is and one should be proud to have her clinging on them because she is adorable. Moreover... it's a bit hard to fall asleep in her classes. Why? Try it for yourself and prepare to be embarrassed to the upteenth degree.

Appearence: Deida stands 5'7. He sports a pair of shades that he usually is wearing. Deida often wears a blue T-shirt with white stripes running vertically down his shirt. When he is wearing his T-shirt. Most of the he wears his normal pair of jeans sometimes other pants. Deida's hair is red and put into a mowhawk. Deida's eyes are a tint of light grey.

Bio: Deida lives a normal life at home. No rich people with green hair and kids that are in High School that are 5'1 and have hair that makes up a quarter of their height. No objects that turn you into people from Ancient Egypt. He had a talent for dueling at a young age at the age of 11 he won an international championship. After claiming the title of youngest World Chapion he spent most of his days locked away inside his own room, trying to find flaws in his deck. He was obsessed. One day he became bored of this only wanting more of a challenge. He only wanted to do one thing and one thing only "Go to Duel Academy." Soon he left his home to Duel Academy.

Personality: Dark and sometimes he acts a little bit evil. He can be obsessed on very small matters and hates to be bothered when he is doing something he calls "important."

Name: James Harrison

Gender: Male

Age: 32

Teacher: Dep. Head Teacher (Is Dep. short for Deputy? Just want to be sure.)

Appearence: Tall, with an average build and vaguely dark blond hair. When in school he generally wears a green version of the school uniform, however when he's away he usually wears a loose shirt, jeans and a brown jacket and hat.

Bio: James got into Duel Monsters at the beginning of the game, and when he was younger he worked for Industrial Illusions, undertaking reserch missions to learn about different legends and creatures in order to create more cards. A few years ago, he decided he should settle somewhere, and so he left Industrial Illusions and took a position at Duel Academy.

Deck: Sleeping Goddess. James' deck is based on a series of items he found worldwide. Although he stopped working for Industrial Illusions, he is still looking for the last few items in the holidays so that the matching cards can be produced.

Best Card(also duel spirit): This may be a little complicated. His current best card is "Dragon of the Sleeping Goddess", however it's brand new and most people haven't seen it yet. His previous best was "Chimera of the Sleeping Goddess". The archetype also an even stronger card, "The Awakened Goddess", but he hasn't got that card yet. His duel spirit is a different monster, "Priestess of the Sleeping Goddess".

Personality: A little eccentric, a little absent minded, but generally rather serious. He is rather quiet in general, but he's self confident and can be loud if he has need to.

"Let's see... maybe today we'll do the Lost City of Atlantis and it's correlation to the game of today... or perhaps something with a more modern approach?"

 

Seiko pondered at her desk, which was situated in a lecture hallish type of classroom. She didn't really like this room, since she liked to get personal with her students, but she was stuck here for the time being. Regardless, she took out her book of "101 Ways to Teach History" and waited for her students.

 

"Let's see... according to this... my first group for the morning is... the second years. Well, that shouldn't be so troubling."

[Bleeding Tears]

Kicker knocked at the door, "is this history 101?, with miss mizuki?" He walked down and sat in his seat, then he put his feet on the desk. "well I don't care, if it is'nt I have some time to work on my deck"

[Ayasato-chan]

Seiko laughed alittle at her student's arrival. "Well, given your rash attitude... am I going to assume your Mr. Ryu? I've heard that your quite the prodigy at dueling." She then had a mischevious grin.

 

"Work on your Deck huh? Fine. I think I have quite the lesson for today." She got up and threw a thick and heavy book on Kicker's desk, and proceeded to do so on the other desks. On the cover read "Duel Monsters History in a Nutshell". She smiled.

 

"That is your textbook. So for now, put it away. As of right now, we are going to learn about the very first time Duel Monsters had shown up. The Atlantian Wars are a fascinating subject and I except all of you to take good notes because," She nodded in Kicker's direction,

 

"There will be a quiz on this. So, let's get into it."

 

Seiko uncorked her marker and wrote on the board, which had the following notes:

LESSON # 1: Where did Duel Monsters Begin?

 

NOTES:

- Although an exact date has not yet been verified, it has been established Atlantis sank in possibly sometime in 7997 BC, about 10,013 years ago.

- The Great Atlantian War occured because of the evil magic of the "Seal of Orichalcos", a mystical seal which can control the user and make their inner most desires appear.

- During this period, there was supposedly a link between the Duel Monster's World (which has no proof other than our records) and our world.

- Sometime after the Atlantis sank, the civilization went underground, quite literally, for thousands of years.

 

With that she turned around and then said,

 

"For homework I want you to research the Dragons of Atlantis. I want to see if you can actually do something very simple as that. All the info on them is on Chapter 3, page 67."

*Kicker sat up*

"But duel monsters started in acient eygpt with the famous nameless pharoh, they were originally shadow creatures that were imprisoned in stone tablets"

*Kicker had a determined and confused look on his face*

James Harrison ran his hands over his face, and once again looked at the papers that were piled up around the laptop in front of him.

 

"I go away for a week," he sighed, "and all this piles up. how much paperwork does this school generate anyway?"

 

A faint, translucent figure appeared alongside him. The figure seemed to resemble a petite young woman, maybe just a girl, wearing rather ornate robes and holding a staff.

 

"You'd have still had to deal with it even if you hadn't gone," she commented, "so does it matter?"

 

"You really shouldn't be saying anything, since I went for you," James countered, pulling another piece of paper, scanning it, typing a few entries into the computer's open program, and dumping it on another pile on the far side.

 

The girl looked hurt. "I didn't want it to get lost," she replied, "and I'm sure you wouldn't either."

 

"True, but I wonder if it could have waited until I wasn't so busy?"

 

"You weren't last week."

 

"Oh yeah, this only showed up in the last few days, so I repeat, 'how much paperwork does this school generate?"

 

"How should I know," the girl retorted, before disappearing again.

 

James suddenly remembered he had a coffee on the table behind him, having put it there to keep the paperwork safe. He spun his chair around, scooped up the mug, and took a gulp. "Cold," he muttered, as he put it down again. He decided not to get another cup, and instead swung back to the mass of work he had to finish. He'd have more before the day was over anyway, he just knew it.

[Ace Daimon]

Name: Banashime Hitokuchi

Gender: Female

Age: 26

Dorm: Obelisk Blue

Teacher: Dueling Discipline

Appearance: A woman with multi-colored hair that has two wing-like bang sets on either side of her forehead, tufts that drop in front of her ears, and more that spikes near her neck. She keeps it up via Chinese-style hairpins and a small rubber bob. Her skin is quite pale, and her eyes also seem to shift colors in the light. She also has a body that is attractive, but seems a bit out of proportion, with large hips and breasts, yet a tiny waist. Overall, she has an eerie resemblance to her ace card...

Bio: A mysterious woman who loves to joke around and play pranks. Her background is largely unknown, but she knows a lot about dueling, and apparently holds a master's degree in Education. She mainly teaches Dueling Discipline, which instructs students on staying focused, no matter what is going on. Due to the nature of her cards, they can distract their opponent. Combine that with possible additions to the duel, and a student can easily fail. She also leads the Obelisk Blue girls' dorm, and generally enjoys having fun with her female pupils.

Deck: Clown Warrior Deck (Set not published on YCM, but I would more than happy to email some sample cards to you.)

Personality: A practical joker, she can relate to her students much more easily, but she can be strict. She loves to mess with people, and enjoys dueling above all else. Curiously, her cards seem to be a bit more real than others...

IC: "So miss mizuki, why do'ya think im the only one here?, I mean im pretty sure other people have history, anyway...ohh man...I got dueling dicpline with that new miss Hitokuchi, seeya teach..."

*Kicker picks up his bag and runs out*

Deida was sitting down inside the Ra Dorm looking into his deck, he was skimming through his cards. He stopped at a certain card and he took it out from his deck. What's this card, I don't even know what it is. Seems powerful it is a Formless monster and it's easier to summon then Formless Darkness. It would be a perfect addition to my deck, now what to remove from my deck. Deida placed the card on the table and he took out another card from his deck. He placed the mysterious card into his deck and he left the other card on the desk. "Now this card is called Formless Light ... it wouldn't hurt to see what I can do with this card." Deida walked out of the room and then the dorm. "Time to duel..."

Kicker notices Deida walking from the Ra yellow classroom. "Whered you get the awsome duel spirit?, I'd show you mine but im not sure if you can see them....and he's really big" Kicker then notices he has his duel disc, "hmmm...looking for a challenge" Kicker puts his deck in his duel disc and grins evily.

 

Then a card in kickers deck begins to glow with a sinister dark essence, Kicker takes the card out of his deck. "It's Divine Shining Dragon!, this is my best card" The card glows brighter and then divides in two, on one card the divine shining dragon, on the other..."The Divine Shadow Dragon- Exidra...Cool" After holding this card kicker becomes slightly more brutal, he cancelled the duel he was about to have and ran off. The next day he was abck to normal.

 

OoC: RP message, it is now the second day.

OOC: I know i said i sat down by the guy with the feet on the desk, but both kicker and Zack were there. I sat by u both.

 

IC: RING! the bell rung, signaling that class was over for the day. Zacks duel with the teacher, was put on hold. After spending over half and hour with mr. cunning, Daichi walked out of the Class and headed back to his dorm. As he walked in, he saw Deida messing around with his deck.

"Time to duel. . ." Deida said.

Daichi looked over to him. Those were the first good words he had heard all day. "I'll take you up on that challange."

Deida turned around and smiled, "Your on"

Kicker fainted 3 times that day...all because of that new card...it was a divine beast like Leonidas but it was dark and evil..."The best way i'm going to understand this cad is to duel with it"...he reached into his bag to get out his schedule," ohh man I left it in history..." Kicker left the nurses office and sped towards history. When he arrived Miss Mizuki was still there so he would not have to break into the classroom, like last time...he ran to his seat..."Got it"...He was allready to leave, but he thought he heard the voice of Exidra in his head-"Not Going To Stick Around Kicker...Mabye This Teacher Here Would Be a Strong Opponent..."...Kicker was surprised...Exidra wanted to...Duel...
