Blue Ninja's Splicing Tutorial

This isn't as good as I Hoped. It's kind of amateur.

 

 

Okay, first you pick some pokemon to splice from this site-->Pokemon sprite site (I rymed lol) I suggest medium sized, like and . Then u copy and paste them both to paint. Click the free select tool (the star) and a box should appear under the shape options. Click the bottom option. Now select what you want as the base. Ill choose Machoke. To take something off of honchkrow, like his hat, u need to click the magnifying glass, and click the image, then use the free select tool to cut it out. Click Crtl while your moving it to Machoke, just in case u mess up. Once you have it in place, u can recolor machoke to honchkrow colors, or honchkrows item to machoke colors. Or, only if it looks good, keep it the same color. Here is what i got (Warning: Not Good!!!!): Once you get better, you can make stuff like this:
