Super hero franchises continue to produce more money for owners.

Is this really a surprise?

Next you'll be telling us that Marvel is setting up for an Avengers movie.

I thought they were making a Avengers movie. Anyway, I'm happy. Dark KNight was awesome, so hopefully this will be as well. I'm not surprised their making on either.

Do any of you think this movie will restore Batman's good name? I mean' date=' everything about him was destroyed in the original Dark Knight. How can he get it all back?

I think Nolan would rather keep Batmans good name in the grave. Batman might regain the peoples trust but theres some still some uneasy feeling between everyone.Who knows how this could play out. Im really interested in how things will go. :D

I will be disappointed if the bad guy is not Clock King played by Robin Williams in which he goes around in a Lazy Town-esque Gotham City causing mischief revolving around clocks while saying clock-related puns with Batman waking up in his house with his Adam West Batsuit Pajamas while singing the theme song for Mr. Roger's Neighborhood until he sees the Clock King steal a little boy's strawberry ice cream, resulting in an approximately 1-1.5 hr chase, which includes Samuel Jackson playing Morgan Freeman, Will Smith playing Samuel Jackson, Eddie Murphy playing Eddie Murphy, Johnny Depp playing a janitor, Gilbert Gottfried playing a bus driver, a taxi driver, and two different pilots that cause havoc for Batman until he finally catches the Clock King and returns the ice cream to the boy, who has a hack saw jammed into his face by the Clock King because Batman accidentally scratched his favorite watch while trying to get back the ice cream, so now that he's gone psychotic, he goes on a rampage in an attempt to lure Batman into a trap, which includes Commissioner Gordon being tied to a chair and being forced to watch a young Barbara Gordon getting raped by the Clock King until Batman shows up and tries to stop him, but then he gets knocked unconsious and forgets his moral of never killing the enemy, which results in him killing crooks left and right until a final showdown with the Clock King, in which Batman finally remembers his code and spares Clock King's life, instead opting to have him sent to Arkham while Batman ponders about what he has just done.
