The Rise of The Descendants -A Greek God RP- (Accepting/ Started) JOIN

"Augh!" Jaden yelled, having fallen onto his face after nearly blacking out. He'd heard a demonic voice threatened to kill him, distracting him from the Benihana he was in the middle of attempting. "What was that?" he whispered into himself, then he looked over to see Trinity looking around as well.

"Did you hear that demonic voice?" Jaden asked.

[Dark Lightning]

Dawn could barely see Jaden, but she could hear him loud and clear. She nodded in fear.

"Yeah...Have any idea what it was?" she asked, her voice shaken. This was unusual for her, she didn't usually get scared, she was always a brave and strong leader, but something about this just gave her the creeps. It sent chills up her spine.

[Otaku-sama]

Pha'ubo had finished an espresso in the cafe when the sky went dark and a demonic voice resonated through the air. Pha'ubo felt some kind of force trying to petrify him, so he quickly pulled out his vial of blood and his amulet.

 

"Ba'al, the god of all things good and pure, your servant calls upon you to protect me from the demons trying to kill your servant!" Pha'ubo shouted as he called upon his god. The god responded, the amulet glowing and some blood flowing out of the vial and into the air. The blood flowed into the amulet, as if the amulet was taking it in itself like a sponge. The amulet then released a bright red glow than covered Pha'ubo like a protective aura.

 

It seemed to him that there was more people who sought the death of the gods and to find an ally would make this job much easier. Pha'ubo quickly ran into an alley, then used the close walls to jump up to the top of the buildings. He could see a swirl of clouds coming from one point in the city. That is most likely where the spellcaster was. Pha'ubo then began to jump from rooftop to rooftop, getting closer and closer to the source of the spell.

Tary sat in the middle of his writer's meeting. Then, everything stood still and a severe pain shot through him like a bullet. A evil, demonic voice spoke in his head and darkness surrounded him. The next moment, he was on the ground and the others were there no longer. He grabbed his stuff and ran outside.

Peyton was going along with her business when everything suddenly went black, she heard a demonic laugh and everything Nexus had said, she felt her pulse racing in her head, she put her fingers to her temples, and closed her eyes tight.

"What the hell?" Peyton said, out of natural instinct.

All of a sudden, Zulf heard a voice in his head. This voice he heard was purely evil, and definitely gave a haunting feeling. He closed his eyes, and payed no mind to it. Obviously, he felt quite some pain, but he was the type to say Probably my head being stupid. Opening his eyes again, he left the school, and began walking on a sidewalk. Really, he just wanted to remember where his foster home was, considering how forgetful he was, so he began searching, like anybody would do.

 

About forty-five minutes later, he found a foster home. It definitely wasn't his foster home, but it was a foster home nonetheless. He cracked his neck and knuckles right before mildly grinning, with a bit if a malicious look. "Maybe I can cause a fire." He smiled at this thought, and entered the building. When he entered, he saw many other people of many ages, hopefully somebody he could care to actually meet. He grinned once again, in that same, malicious manner.

He then continued and the Darkness returned..."Now now my Lord/Lady, I assure you of only one thing as of now, your death will be excruciating, but it will be in a point of time distant from now. But as your existence has defied what is Just I will exact my Divine punishment on you... He pauses and waits for the initial reaction, smiling with his results. "I'm sure you wonder 'What have I done to deserve this?' well, it's simple you were born......born as a descendant to the dreaded beasts know as the Greek Gods, the "Apparent" true gods of this realm, thus defying me....The cursed blood of the Greek go through your veins and you would be wise to trust that your act of Blasphemy will not go unpunished, believe me..... He begins causing the hallucination to show the respective person being tortured and eventually killed by what seem to be various Dark Crystals impaling them in the air.

Blake gave a stare toward the wall directly in front of him. His eyes blurred and his vision darkened. A deep, horrible voice. He couldn't quite concentrate on it. He only caught some of the words, "Nexus", "Kill", "Greek Gods". The rest just seemed to blur into one another. He thought it was over when the darkness changed. In the air in ftof Blake a floating form of himelf hung loosley. He wanted to do something, but couldn't he was stuck in place, like a bad dream. He finally felt as if he could move his arms when shards of the darkness that encompassed him flew past and took a home inside his copy. Blakes mouth dropped open as he watched.

Alec backed away slowly and with some hesitation. He shook his head a bit, trying to fool himself to believe that none of this was real. He closed his eyes, also, but soon he found, that when he opened them, the darkness and the voice were still there.

"Greek Gods...?" he muttered "What are you talking about?!"

Soon his mutter became a shout, as he became a bit angered.

Peyton was confused after hearing what Nexus had said, but she still wasn't sure if it was someone actually talking to her through her mind, or if she was just going insane, she did not like the thought of either one of them. She opened her eyes but she didn't see the pool, the bleachers, the people around her, none of it, it was just darkness. She tried convincing herself that she had just fallen asleep somehow and it was all just a bad dream, but she knew it wasn't true.

Dawn shook her head and kept her eyes closed.

"What's happening here..?!" she shouted, while trying to contain her inner fear. Everything was dark...She couldn't see anything...She could only hear...And the stuff that she was hearing, was confusing her even more.

Greek...Gods...?

She didn't want to open her eyes, she just hoped that all of this would just go away...

"What?!" Jaden yelled in shock, then proceeding to throw up out of pure disgust of the vision he was shown. Not only had he been told that the Greek Gods were real, but of one of them was his ANCESTOR?! AND he'd been shown a vision of his own death. He around him, everyone in the park was looking at them strangely. "Trinity!" he called, running up to her and shaking her. "You heard that too? We have to leave now!"

Dawn shook her head. She was too scared to even move. Slowly she opened her eyes to look at Jaden; Dawn's eyes held a few tears, which would soon come out. This was unusual; for Dawn to cry. After some time, she decided to slowly stand up, but she still held on to Jaden's arm, feeling as if he was the only thing here that was real anymore

"What's going on...?" she muttered.

"I can sense Turmoil in all your souls......Excellent, It is unfortunate that I do not know exactly who you are, but be sure, once you exhibit the traits of your ancestors your life shall be forfeited to me, and when that happens I will end your legacy far before it could ever begin. I can do nothing until you begin developing your own abilities they will be your only weapon against me and my comrades, but even then, they will be what I trace you by.....So then, Descendants of Olympia, if you wish to stand against me....then you will meet and End most cruel.......I bid you my Lady/Lord, a fond Farewell.............and for tonight.....heh heh heh.....sweet dreams"

 

as he ended his spell a final painful strike to the head is felt as Nexus left their minds. the Shadows around the people around them dispelled as life went back to normal, Nexus himself simply stood up and walked to his home, feigning a headache "and so.....it begins"

Peyton came back to reality, she could still feel her heart beating rapidly.

What was that?

She believed in the Greek gods, but to think that she was the descendent of one of them just seemed sort of... Unbelieveable to her. She still wasn't sure if someone was actually talking to her or if it was her mind messing with her, either way, something wasn't right. She grabbed her bag and quickly walked out.

as he was walking down the streets he saw a girl hurrying down in his direction, as if she had seen a ghost, he continued his fake headache and grumbled as if he were in pain. "who....who the hell is he?" he was an incredible actor, every word sounding as if they were true. He looked around with a worried look as if everything seemed to want to kill him, he was frightened and it was very apperant

Alec opened his eyes, and suddenly, the darkness had disappeared. He got up slowly and looked around. There were small children riding their bikes, adults walking their dogs, everything seemed to be fine; Everything seemed normal. It was as if time had stopped for everyone but Alec. Alec was completely confused now; and he was left to think about something that didn't make any sense at all. He shook his head and grabbed his cell phone. He dialed Peyton's number.

Peyton saw Nexus when suddenly her phone started ringing and when she saw it was Alec she answered it without any hesitation.

"Hello?" she said.

Did he hear it too?

He was clearly hoping that someone would overhear him, there were two reasons to this, First and foremost it would give him the identity of a Descendant and Secondly it would help that descendant know that Nexus was no figment of imagination and that they truly were going to die, he sat in a bench and continued his murmuring, gaining a crowd looking at him as if he were dead, the attention would be useful. especially when he saw the surprised face on the girl Peyton, nearly confirming her status to him.

Alec spoke through the phone when he heard Peyton pick up

"Hi there, hey, can I meet you at the park in about an hour...?" he spoke, looking at his watch to confirm the time. He waited for her response as he thought to himself.

She's the closest thing I have to a close friend right now...She probably won't believe me, and she might call me a ballistic lunatic, but I have to try, right?

[Illyria]

"Um, yeah," Peyton said. "Sure, I'll talk to you then."

Peyton quickly hung up the phone still pretty freaked about the things that have happened.

Should I tell him? No, you don't tell people that you've been hearing voices, they'll lock you up...

She put her phone in her bag and started to walk to the park.

The pulsating hearts, the worried voice, the sound of rushed blood in their bodies, it was almost to easy, but he knew he wouldn't learn anything if he let her escape like that, he felt on his amulet and began chanting a small spell, and suddenly his "condition" worsened as his nose began bleeding and his eyes became bloodshot, "This kid needs medical attention!" someone shouted as Nexus Ran from the crowd, as if he were running towards Peyton only to trip and fall in front of her as a last word escaped his mouth "......Nexus........"

"...well... S**t..." Jaden cursed slowly, holding Dawn to make sure she didn't fall, despite the fact that she was slowly cutting off the circulation to his arm. "Hey, don't cry," He pleaded, seeing tears in his friend's eyes. It would hurt him so much to see his best friend, who was the most confident person he'd known, cry. "Come on, we've got to go, it's too dangerous to stay here."

[Dark Lightning]

Alec nodded as he hung up and then slipped the phone into his pocket. He didn't hesitate to start running towards the park. When he felt his legs getting heavy, he pushed himself to run even faster. Alec had many thoughts racing through his mind right now. He just wanted to be reassured that something---anything was real again. Before long, Alec had made it to the park. He sat on the bench and started tapping his foot, in anxiousness.

 

~Dawn~

Dawn nodded in hesitation as she saw all the darkness disappearing. She let go of Jaden's arm and took a few steps back from him; although she wanted desperately to just wake up from this day---that seemed much a like a nightmare. She wiped her eyes and then sat down on a bench, thinking about what had just happened. Dawn recovered soon, and in no time, she acted like it had never happened, like it was all in her head; though she knew it wasn't true.

"Damn it," Peyton whispered to herself. She kneeled down next to Nexus to try and see what was wrong with him. "What's wrong? What happened?... Who's Nexus?"

What the hell is going on?

Peyton couldn't stand anymore of this, too many strange things have been happening today.
