((We can start now.))

Dawn slowly made her way towards her Algebra class. She sighed as she found herself ready to walk in. Dawn reached for the door knob, then gripped it. Not long after, she opened it.

Dawn hated this class...It was just a bit too crowded. As soon as she walked in, she was greeted by some people; Dawn casually waved at this. She then took a seat near the window, and listened to the teacher speak. Before long, she got somewhat tired of listening. Dawn turned her head to the window. She saw a couple of kids beating on a smaller kid. This angered Dawn, and it boiled her blood to know that she couldn't do anything about it. As her anger roared, she heard roaring thunder.

How strange...But even so, Thunder always calms me down...

Alec threw his pack casually over his shoulder and walked into the hall of his school "Shadow Creek High..." he sighed.. He was soaking wet and his hair was dropped on his eyes. He sighed as he shook himself, trying to dry himself off a bit. He had spent to much time in the rain from this morning...Alec had always found this fun..

...I'm late...

He saw no people in the hallway and continued to walk. Alec entered his class and was almost instantly scolded for tardiness.

The day went on, boring as usual. At his last class, he looked anxiously at the clock

. . .

"Almost time for Swim Team..." he muttered in his English accent.

Birth Name: Aria

Foster Name: Alice Wright

Which God Do You Descend From?: Aphrodite

Gender: Female

Appearance: Alice has bright blonde hair and blue eyes. She has a slight tan, but her skin is all natural. She wears a white vest with short sleeves almost everyday, with a different t-shirt each day. Usually, she wears either loose or tight jeans with a white belt. She wears two necklaces all the time: one is gold with an apple-shaped ornament, the other is silver with half of a heart.

Personality: She's kind of spacey. Although she is not too knowledgeable, she can think ahead and figure things out quickly, making her a quick learner. She doesn't like to have to break a promise, and so she is very careful when making a promise. She stays true to her friends and will only lie to protect happiness or someone's safety.

Likes: Anything sweet (like food), her friends, accents, love stories, anything exotic

Dislikes: Insects, lying, horror stories, being stared at (perverts)

1st Stage Weapon: an enchanted hand mirror that has magical properties

2nd Stage Weapon: a shield that is basically a mirror with an iron frame painted white

Final Stage Weapon: the previous weapon with a large, lance-like point on the top, the iron is now silver encrusted with 8 multi-colored jewels that gives her magic abilities

Special Trait: ???

History: Born in Boston, Massachusetts, her family moved south to a small town in Rhode Island, as their family of four could no longer fit in their former, cramped apartment. Unfortunately, their house was burnt down by unknown causes when she was a young girl, and her mother did not survive. Her father left the kids at an orphanage, while he joined the Air Force. He could not afford a new house, so he did what he had to do. He was supposedly killed in the Air Force, and Alice's brother, who was several years older than Alice, joined the Army as soon as he was allowed. He wanted to avenge his father. Left alone, Alice was adopted by the Wrights, who are an upper-class couple who, due to medical complications, cannot have a child of their own. She was sent to a public school, although the majority of the students were upper-class, like Alice. Strange almost magical occurrences seem to happen an awful lot in Alice's life.

Peyton toured the halls, wandering around looking for something to do. It was so boring after class. Not long after, she came across the swimming room...

As she walked in she saw all the guys wearing speedos, including Alec.

"You look real nice in that swim suit," she said, sarcastically.

Speedos are so queer...

She chuckled to herself and went back to mocking the boys.

Alec chuckled as he saw Peyton walk in casually.

"Laugh all you want...But that won't get you a gold medal anytime soon..." he chuckled as he slid his arms into the wet suit. His eyes gleamed brightly as he turned back to the pool. Alec clapped his hands in enthusiasm

"Lets do this..." he shouted, ready to get into the water.

Alec chuckled as he grabbed Peyton's arms gently and held her up to see the water. He let go and then chuckled again

"How could you not be memorized by the water's natural beauty...?" he said, gazing at the water again. He turned to his coach

"Can I for a practice lap?" he asked, not taking his eyes off of the water. The coach nodded, and as soon as he did, Alec jumped in. He swam strait to the bottom; because he was good at holding his breath. Alec felt as if he was in a water-ish heaven.

Alice sighed in relief as the bell rung, to signal the end of the period. She had a free period next, and then lunch. She had some down time, finally! Thinking what she should do to pass the time, she decided to head over to the pool. Although did not have any of her swimming stuff, she could surely pass the time by watching whatever was going on there. Making her way through the complicated halls of Shadow Creek High, she frequently checked the map she had been given her first day at the school, which was only a few days, perhaps a couple of weeks ago. When she found the double doors to the pool area, she pushed it open slowly, peering inside. She saw a few boys swimming in the main pool, and a girl beside the pool, calling to one of the boys. She entered, and shuffled her feet sheepishly towards the girl.

Alec shook his head as he swam slowly, enjoying every moment that the water touched his skin. To most people's surprise, he stayed under for a long time. This didn't bother Alec, he felt completely at home in this peaceful haven. After about 1 minute and a half, he came up, and shook his head, allowing his hair to sway swiftly from side to side.

"How long was I under?" he asked, as he pulled himself out. He then quickly took notice of the new student that had walked in. He came out of the pool and walked over to her

"You seem shy...May I ask your name?" he asked as he dried his hair with a towel.

"Hey," she said to the both of them while taking Peyton's hand and shaking it, "My name is Alice. I'm not shy, I just feel kind of awkward, I don't really know anyone." She shrugged, and then continued, talking to Alec, "Are you a swimmer or are you just-" she stopped, noticed Alec's speedo. "I guess that," she said, gesturing to his speedo, "answers my question." She laughed a bit, "So, are you guys just friends or are you related or something?" Looking around, she noticed a balding man standing beside the pool, shouting at one of the swimmers. He must be the coach or something.

OOC: Illyria, you need to make your posts longer, just so you know.

"We're just friends," Peyton said quickly, not liking the thought of having any blood relation to Alec. "If he was related to me he'd be way better looking."

I'm way prettier than him...

"So, where did you live before you moved here?" Peyton asked Alice.

OOC: I know, I will later on as the RP starts really moving along and there's more to replyto, I just don't want to force anything and make it bad.

~Alec~

Alec nodded as his face was still covered by his towel.

"Yes, I'm a swimmer..." he said, his voice muffled. He took off the towel and looked at Alice and smiled "Captain of the Swimming Team, Alec Yamu"

He then turned to Peyton and chuckled

"Yeah, I think the same about you..." he chuckled as he punched her arm "But, I think I'm the better looking one here..."

~Dawn~

Dawn sighed as the school had ended. She grabbed her pack with no emotion at all, and slowly exited the classroom.

"How boring..." she sighed. She exited the doors of 'Great Commission High'. Dawn walked over to where all the other walkers had gather. She waved to a few of her friends then she began walking home

"God...There's really nothing to do..." she sighed again.

Jaden weaved in and out of people as he flew down the hall on his skateboard, hands in his pockets. The bell had just rang, and he wanted to get out ASAP, since he had just skipped AP Math class to go someplace more important, but it really wasn't his fault that the class was so boring and he knew all the stuff already. Exiting the building, he kickflipped off the top of the stairs and grinded his way down, where he spotted his friend Dawn. "Yo!" He called. "What's up?"

Dawn turned around instantly after hearing her name being called

"Oh, Hi, Jaden..." she sighed "Not much...But have you noticed that everything has gotten so boring lately?"

She looked up at the sky, hearing slight thunder

"Thunderstorm today, huh? Well, that's the highlight of my day, I guess..." she muttered, still keeping her eyes on the ever moving clouds.

Blake stood in front of the schools fountain. He had peformed the tried and tested school prank of liquid soap. Bubbles were starting to form and a crowd had gathered. He crossed his arms and shook his head.

"That wasn't half as fun as they said it would be," Blake said to no one imparticular. It was at this moment that he felt a gaze at the back of his head. He turned and noticed one of the teachers coming towards him, "I guess this is the fun part." He smiled and made a run round the fountain, as he suspected he was being chased. Blake continued running until he got inside the school and randomly hid behind a door. He closed his eyes took a deep breath and began to laugh.

"Oh actually that was pretty good!"

Zulf didn't skip his class. He had nothing better to do, other than at least try to not be expelled from another school. He honestly didn't care about his education, but the people paying for him did, and he at least cared for those who took care of him, so he forced himself to try to do well. After class, he began walking in the hallway, and stopped at a small intersection, where he decided to lean on a locker and wait, in case anybody actually cared to make contact with him.

"Yeah," he replied, dismounting his board and walking next to his female friend. "Heck, I even skipped class, it's so freaking boring. I just wish something would happen, something to break the endless monotony that is school, and-" He stopped, noticing his friend looking up towards the sky, then hearing thunder; putting two and two together, he figured out why she was looking up. "God, what is it with you and thunderstorms?" he questioned. "Do you have some sort of obsession with them or something?"

He had arrived late to class, but after a short conversation with his teachers, he was off the hook, yet again he had spoken his way out of trouble, but he would still need to get to know the other people in his class, he had arrived pretty late, and it seemed he wouldn't meet to many people today, but soon enough he felt a strange crick in his neck, especially every time a bolt of lightning struck the earth. "how odd, I don't remember the weatherman stating lightning today....of course...he's always wrong." he looked down the halls at all the students, so peaceful in their daily lives, how nice it seemed. Yet at the same time...it annoyed the hell out of him.

Dawn shook her hand slightly and then slipped her hands into her pockets then looked a Jaden with a bit of a puzzled face

"Obsessed? Me? Nah, It's just that it interests me...For some reason..." she chuckled "But then I guess it is kind of weird isn't it?"

Dawn continued walking, seeing as her house was now only a couple blocks away. She then turned to the sky again

"Hey, Jaden, you wanna go to the skate park when we finish our homework?" she asked.

Talia had just gotten out of class, as she heard the bell ring. She was sort of tempted to stay in the class, since there really was nothing else to do, but thankfully, she didn't stay in the class. She had decided to see who was at the pool. The pool was pretty popular, so maybe she would make friends there. When she arrived at the pool, there was a pretty normal-sized group of people hanging around at the pool. Maybe she would swim, maybe she would just sit down and watch other people swim around in the pool. Talia decided to stay there at the pool, but she would finish her homework there, so she could see what everybody was doing. Well, maybe that wouldn't be such a good idea, water could hurt the textbooks, or stain her reports. So, she wasn't really going to do anything.

Alec jumped into the pool a couple more times, going for a few more runs. When he finally got out, he was dismissed by his coach. Alec nodded towards his coach then he ran towards the changing room. When he got out, his hair was still a bit wet, but he was wearing much looser and casual clothes. Alec wore a white button down, under it, a casual undershirt; along with a loose tie. The button down had a sleek vest over it. He also wear darkly shaded jeans, held together by a belt. He noticed another girl walk into the swimming room and he gave her a casual wave, not knowing who she was.
