Posted February 9, 2010 Report Share Posted February 9, 2010 Chaos Zero has a few minor OCG errors' date=' his effect is not limited to a single series of cards and would prove useful in almost any deck. also from looks alone it appears more work was put into it, but both cards fit well within their respectve niche.
