I need your help...

I want to burn a CD with my favourite type of music, Symphonic Electronica, but sadly there isn't much out there. So usually I tend to stick with Metal OR Electronica OR Classical but I try to put everything decent I can find on a CD.

And since that kind of genre mixture is rare I might overlook a lot out there haha.^^

Yeah some of these are just Classical but it's fine too. I prefer Symphonic Electronica but just Neo-Classic or Violin Rock and the likes is fine too. But no Symphonic [something] Metal or usual Classic stuff and no E-Nomine, I have enough stuff of them already. And no Emilie Autumn please.

 

So yeah, any other songs you know that sound like Symphonic+Electro or Symphonic+Synth-Rock or Classic but with a touch of Electro?

No Symphonic/...Black/...Death Metal and the likes, I might do another compi with that.

And not E-Nomine (that'd be first choice for that), no Emilie Autumn, Kanon Wakashima since it's not really what I'm looking for.

 

So far I found the only source for that is Touhou arrange stuff and Darkwave like the Crüxshadows and some 80's stuff. And Animu.:3

Cmc1234: Well I couldn't see most of vids, they're not available in my country.=O And nr 3, the only one I could see is just generic Techno, I'm looking more for something with violins and SOME techno in the background maybe.

 

Eur: Pretty good but no, that's not what I want.

 

xD Look guys it's nice but stop trying to get me Symphonic or Electro or ANYTHING Metal because that's NOT what I want here.xD I'll do a compilation for that later but in this one I want other stuff, like the type that is a mixture of symphonic and electronic elements. See? Only that, just listen to Black Label Records and the violin in it, that's what I'm aiming for.

 

Oh and if you're not into that type of genre, oh well... I'll use your help for something else then.:)

Oh yeah if it doesn't have an electronic background, something Rock with violins is fine too. But no Metal growls for this list, more like the stuff that seems popular in Japan... IDK it's the only country where I've seen a stronger presence of violin with Rock/Electro songs.0_o

Actually it is. What you call metal is called Death/Black metal. Where its nothing but screaming about anti-Cristian and killing and things and along that nature, and everyone going wild on instruments. Theres nothing wrong with it and im not trying to make offense to you. But Death/Black Metal is completely different from metal like the ones i listed. Some werent the perfect examples but some were.
