I'm not sure if this should be in the TCG section, but it IS a question...
Just yesterday my friend showed me a Winged Dragon of Ra he has, but something was strange about it...
It's a shiny card (I think you call it Holo...), with exposition text instead of any effects listed (which clearly WDoR HAS effects) but here's the REALLY wierd thing, I know God Cards have Limitation text in the corner of the card that says "This card cannot be used in a duel" but, while the name and card text was in English the Limitation text is in Japanese!
that strikes me as very odd, so is this card fake?
