Crab Helmet's doing Foe Fiction recently, in which he reviews stories and puts a funny twist on them ... so a bit like the stuff Weather Stand's doing. The thread's in the fanfic section somewhere, and the last time I checked, it's doing quite well actually.

fanfiction.net is good

or if you really want to, Livejournal - you can post whatever you want on there, and you can find comms, etc. It's pretty awesome, and I do recommend it.

Fanfiction is for fan fiction, magnet. I'm looking for one that I can post original ones. Like mines. But I will use the one you told me about. Also, I don't want to post jornal, unless you tell me how that site work.

Livejournal's (www.livejournal.com)dead easy to use, to get you started, once you've signed up, here's how to post a new entry:

 

-On the top of the page there should be a toolbar that says "Home", "Profile", "Journal", etc. Move your mouse over the journal tab

-A drop down menu should appear; if you want to post an entry, click on the very top option of that menu, the one that says "Post an Entry"

-It should now take you to a brand new screen that allows you to do all your posting and so on. The toolbar to help you is fairly straight forward, I don't think I really need to tell you how to use it. The only one you should really be aware of is "Livejournal Cut" - that is basically LJ's equivalent of a spoiler.

-To use the LJ Cut, first highlight the text you want to be placed in the cut, then press on the button. It should come up with a window that asks you for the name of the spoiler. Type in the name, then press OK. What you should see are two little straight lines that appear before and after the text. That tells you what is and isn't in the cut.
