I need to stay up-to-date with this topic. =S

I'm still drawing the characters for my Yu-Gi-Oh fan-fic and still planning my book series. So maybe some time this weekend I'll have more info on them for y'all. =]

Can somebody fill me in with the current projects going on?

This is a part of the "Chronicles of Kenta", a long story I'm writing now. It's about X, the main antagonist of the series, who was possessed by an evil immortal spirit, battling the main character "Kenta". The monsters appearing in this story, such as the Dragelions Horde and the Garzayz Clan, are 2 types of beasts created by the father of X, Extrarius, another major antagonist. Dragelion Precipitators and Garzayz Di Nadian can fly. Dragelions are a Dragon-Crustatian Hybrid, while Garvayz are zombie counterparts of living animals. Di Naidans are bats.

[spoiler=Here it is]

“Fall to death!” X cried, and struck at the speed of pure light.

That second, I almost instantly blew myself away with a quickly chanted spell, and I went flying away, crashing and battering, cutting myself upon the spines and thorns of the minor beasts that I flew over. Some tried to dig its claws into my arms, but before any of the hands could grab me, I managed to mouth another piece of wizardry, and I flew into the open air. Several Dragelions of the Precipitator Horde shot up along with me, but I snapped my fingers, and they all exploded into green blood and slimy shellplates. The remains of the Mr. Uglies splattered upon the inconsequential devils, which screamed to death as the acidic blood melted their weak, gray flesh.

As soon as the blade’s tip battered the ground, cutting through the earth, a slit wide enough for a plane to slip in skimmed through the ground, several thousands of miles deep, probably creating another plate. Dragelions and Garvayz, mutants and shadows, warriors and homes, everything in its path was swallowed in like a hungry black hole, screaming in sheer terror, but yet helplessly falling down. A Dragelion Precipitators and Garvayz Di Navian tried to fly up, but as a tremendous gust of wind blew into the gap, they were sucked in. I couldn’t see inside because it was covered in darkness, and I probably didn’t want to see it either.

Cursing, X raised his blade again, preparing to propel himself the air with his blade.

Apparently, I forgot to finish the last sentence in my last post. I meant: "Goodnight, guys, I'm going to bed."

I want to read Percy Jackson, and I heard Cirque du Freak was good, so I want to check it out. Those are the top of my list of books to get, if they have them, at the library.

I can't believe I read that . . .

You've actually never heard of Cirque Du Freak!? Its one of my all time favorite book series and is increidbly addicting to read; which I have read them all. Those the ending at first got me mad I eventually liked how it turned out now that I'm an amature writter

And personifications are nice as well. I like using metaphors to try and "code" the truth so I can reveal it later . . .

Personifications are metaphors. I don't really understand what the bold meant...

I like putting the key plots behind methaphors and the like so no one understands what I turly mean until I reveal it later in the story

Oh...

The literary device that I don't usually write are allusions. I don't use them much, don't know why.
