DL
there's some cliches people use without even meaning to. Like the "Hero's about to lose, but gets some memory about someone he has to protect, and he becomes stronger" Or yes, the cool, heartthrob guy cliche. XD
Twig
"I will never give up!" cliche.

Twig
I love mysterious organizations. By the way, I have the big writing test today. Wish me luck.
radio414
Good Luck :) I'm a bit late, aren't I? Cliche:Its more of a question, really. How can any hero, yes any, be beaten to within inches of his life, and still retain conciousness?
Twig
Yeah. I thought it would be more challenging. Guess what I had to do? I had to summarize a story. That's it. -.-
Kaisu
Aw, that wouldn't be that hard. Ii'm guessing you did well. Not to mention, the 'I will not give up' thing is sooo common it's not funny.
DL
Yeah. I thought it would be more challenging. Guess what I had to do? I had to summarize a story. That's it. -.- So much for writing test, right? Also, that's true, HOW can someone still be conscious, let alone get up, after being beaten to near-death? Twig
I'm putting a hold on the club fanfic for a while. I can't write it right now. So yeah...

Ayasato-chan
Cliche? Everything is cliche since most of the ideas have been done before. Like the infamous dying-in-the-rain scene-while-in-the-arms-of-your-friend/lover-who-looks-up into-the-sky-and-screams.
EliminateHRN
I forgot about this club. =[ Other than the club fanfic being on hold, what's else is up? Anyway, I decided tomorrow to start working on my writing projects. Which include the first book in a book series, two screenplays (a fan-made Inheritance Cycle screenplay and a original screenplay), and a couple of fanfics. Yes, I love writing. Am I the only one in the club that writes screenplay?
Kaisu
maybe. I don't, never liked script format.
EliminateHRN
Script format? What is that again? It slips my mind at the very last minute. I'll post the plot summary for my book series tomorrow. Beware, it's going to be a dark style book (like horror movies are).
Twig
Bob: Hi.Steve: What's up?Bob: The sky. I haven't seen any good horror stories for a while. Discuss the horror genre.
Sploda
Horror was bron when Stephen King was born.[/topic]
EliminateHRN
Well from what I understand, screenplays aren't like that. I don't really have an example at this point, but when someone talks, it's like: PERSON'S NAMEWhatever they say here. Or something like that. Anyway, I forgot where I put my notes. When I decide to start writing, I always lose my notes. FML.
Twig
Well every screenplay I see in YCM has it in script format... I don't read horror that much anymore. Mostly because I can't find any good ones.
radio414
Horror is what you should never read in the dark.If it's a movie, then never watch it as you fall asleep. Your dreams will destroy your sanity. Not that I would know, of course.
Twig
I always forget my dreams just minutes after I wake up...
