burnpsy
This card cannot be Special Summoned. While a Plant-Type monster other than this card is face-up on the field' date=' neither player can Special Summon monsters.[/quote'] Combos with SO many things, but is it playable? werewolfjedi
it's a bunch of good idea piled on a bunch of crap. it will be fine for casual play, but this will never be played seriously.
BehindTheMask
Hurts plants too much to help them.
Fraz
It doesn't work with any of the current good plant support cards and needs to be played in a plant deck to work. Seems bad for now.
Yankee
I love the pic. Alot. Sadly, thats all I love about it.
Wizarus
Works with a deck that utilizes Black Garden, but not with plants. There's probably a deck that can use this, but I can't think of it at the moment.
Space Ranger Gold
If it wasn't destroyed in battle, I could see it being better, and only locking your opponent from special summoning. I don't know if that would make it much better, but I don't really know what this could be used for.
CrabHelmet
It's a vanilla if the user isn't swarming... and stops the user from swarming. Konami, your design never fails to disappoint.

White Void
Black Garden is really the only thing this really works with and even then...it's unreliable, totally unreliable. Down the road someone might find something with Black Garden that makes this worth using but for now, it's just eh. Also I feel this thing should have either 1900 attack or 2000 attack given that it's effect can be detrimental to the user and that it can't be special summoned. Psycho Shocker Android
"This card cannot be Special Summoned." Seriously Konami, stop using this, it kills everything.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
That first line really kills it for me..... plus, the anti-SS for both players sort of hurts..i'd rather main Oppression
RyanAtlus
i'd rather main Oppression It's so bad that I'd rather run Vanity's Ruler...
-Griffin
Eh, you can Summon it when you're winning to act like a kinda Oppression on your opponent's turn, although it's hurt by not being SS'able and Oppression fits its role pretty well. morfowt
for me it's not so much the not-special-summon-able that kills it as it is the fact that it relies on another monster and has no other effect by itself...
Toffee.
While this card is face-up on the field, and you control another Plant-Type monster, neither player can Special SummonThis card cannot be Special Summoned. If you have at least 1 Plant-Type monster in your Graveyard, neither player can Special Summon ........Wouldnt any of those be better? O,o
Flame Dragon
The only decks that can make any real use of this are screwed way to much if they do use it.
