blaze.
I was bored... I guess this is the result of a creative mind at work... Unfortunately, I made a slightly better version at my friends house a while back, but I couldn't save it... First version:Second version:Third Version:Shiny:comments? suggestions? P.S. To Jappio, I was going for that ungroomed, jungle cat look
Scyire
It's cool. The outline is a little off on the tail.
blaze.
Yeah, I messed up the tail again... for some reason, thats always the trickiest part for me, the outlining on the tail...
Night
Not as bad as I thought it would be, but still not that good. Too plain, outline on tail is bad. Work on it.
blaze.
Here, I edited the tail first of all, then I noticed the coloring was a little different on the head than the rest of the body, so i recolored that, then I touched up the color in the rear area to look more natural, how does it look now? edit: see original post for newest version. Jappio
Recolor your Borders: Around the edges of the splice you have an issue I find very annoying. You have a border color that does not match what it surrounds. For example, a dark blue color does not work as a border for something that is orange. Chances are you most likely didn't change the old color. You have to make sure you change things like borders. A full recolor is required for the proper effect. The problem on yours is most noticeable on the tail, however Persian's head also retains it's old brown, which doesn't match the brown of the body. In general I also have an issue with the texture of everything. The head looks smoothed and groomed, the body looks fluffy, and the tail looks ruffled. The head is the biggest issue with this I'd have to say. It looks really tacked on, like it doesn't belong. I would suggest perhaps adding the darker shade the body has. Another problem is the general concept. To me the splice looks like an ungroomed Persian. I'm not sure if this was the effect you were looking for, but it's how I see it. Mightyena is unnoticeable, and due Ninetails have a similar color, it also is forgettable. If you were going for a more unified mix, try adding more Mightyena. Takes the legs and give them that extra furriness that Mightyena has, maybe even the back fur or ears too. Not much more to mentioned. I suppose i could throw out a comment about two white pixels on its back near where the tail meets the body =P

Jackal123111
This is a good splice (referring to version 3.) You could, however , work on the color at the part of the tail the comes off the body. I understand how it is supposed to be shaded, but the color is just a little too dark. blaze.
The shading is supposed to kinda be like that. The top of the tail casts a shadow on the rest
