Elemental Lords: Darkness Returns(Accepting!)[Started!]{PG-16}

Originally, I had a fan fic of this but I decided to withdraw it and make a similar story here. Enjoy!

 

[spoiler=Plot(Past)]

Around 10,000 B.C., The ancient Elemental Lords made a balance in nature, except the Lord of Darkness, who did not believe what its purpose is. He then declared war on the other Elemental Lords.

 

Around 8,000 B.C., the Lord of Light arose after realizing that Darkness is not the way for this war to end. The war lasted another 100 years until the good Elemental Lords sacrificed themselves to destroy the Lord of Darkness. In the middle of all of it, 2 prophecised warriors of Fire and Light to eliminate the the warrior of Darkness holding most of the Lord of Darkness' powers.

 

The remaining powers of all the Elemental Lords entered stones containing an emblem that matches the elemental power that was sent into it.

 

The strongest warriors of the other Elemental Lords have seen the prophecy:

 

The powers of the Lords shall be released by a single view of the stones by the descendants during the Autumn Sun.

 

It was understood that the very descendants of these warriors shall bring fourth a new battle in the future, one that the descendants will not be prepared for until it is told by them first.

Life Story(Before obtaining powers): James started out as a young boy in the city. He helped out his dad with projects through his elementary years. He also helped his mom with papers she brought home from work. He was an intelligent boy. He went into high school and that's when everything changed. On the first day of autumn, he went up to a hill he used to go to when he was a kid. He found this stone containing an emblem of a clock inside of it. It seemed like a bracelet, so he took out the emblem and put it on. The clock emblem started to glow. That's when he obtained his powers.

Space-Time Boost: He can bend the space part of the space-time continuum to lift him up and charge at his enemies at a very high speed. He flies to do this. He only uses this when faced by a large amount of enemies.

Suddenly, blocks of earth rose from the sidewalk and charged at the bullies. Now he's 14, and he has figured out all his powers. He even had visions of the past of how and why he got powers.

Personality: A mischievous and troublemaking character, somewhat carefree and lazy. He can be sarcastic and a bit insulting as well as sardonic. He also seems uncaring about others and is just a bit reclusive. He is also very impulsive, a trait that all members of his family seem to share. Despite his outward attitude, he is protective about his friends and can be noble when the situation calls for it.

 

Life Story:

The Storm family is a long line of storm chasers, meteorologist, geographers and Martial artists. His mother is a renowned meteorologist working in another country and his older brother and father travel the world chasing storms. His second oldest sister works with his mother and a geographer and his oldest sister heads a martial arts dojo in another part of the country. He has been living somewhat on his own for the past three years, with his neighbour, a long time friend of the family, watching over him. He lives in a three bedroom semi-detached house and has dinner with his neighbour tree time a week.

 

He is extremely curious and enjoys reading the legends of ancient gods, manga, fantasy novels and topics relating to his parents careers. For years he has been writing short stories and comics about people with superpowers. He has always dreamed of having powers himself and sometimes zones out imagining things. Because of his book loving nature, he doesn’t have a lot of friends in school and is kind of an outsider. He does lower than average is school, despite the fact that he is rather smart, because he hardly studies and wastes his time goofing off.

 

To support himself, he works part-time in a bookstore/cafe and participates in various martial arts tournaments, being well versed in Taijutsu and Chinese kenpo. Several times a year, he travels with his parents or visits his sister’s dojo to experience the different aspects of the family’s businesses, though he is expected to become a martial artist.

 

He is seen as eccentric by his peers, so he tries hard to uphold that image, always carrying several peices of junk on his bag. He always carries a metal TV antenna with him for no real reason.

Name of Elemental Blade: Alon Fulgoris

He the type of guy that enjoys making up new attacks and names every little one he does.

 

Initial

White Flash- a fast slash with an electrically charged blade or hand. It is capable of cutting through most materials.

Flash Cut- a super fast electrically charged slash that creates an electric filled vacuum that then launches outward in a crescent-shaped wave. It can be used without weapon.

Spark- Releases a small bolt of electricity by snapping fingers

Static Shock*- a weak contact attack

Shock Ball*- A simple ball of electricity

Charge Wall- A simple electric barrier

Layer Charged- A normally invisible thin layer of electricity (only 3 or so mm thick) that he emitts naturally. It protects him from cold (up to 1 degree celcius) and heat (70 degree celcius) and minor injuries like scratches from falling and so forth. He cna increase the amount of energy for greater defense or to heal minor wounds (no more than closing a slash). The more energy he emits, the brighter and thicker it gets. It also gets stronger the more he compresses it (like if it should be 3cm thick and he focuses it to 1cm) but that causes mental strian and makes him tired.

 

First Learned Set

Raijin- Channels lightning through the body to increase reaction, speed and endurance

Rai*- A thrust of electricity like a lance or joust. Has a range of five feet.

Spark Lightning- Releases several bolts of electricity from energy balls created during the charging

Current Cable*- Forms cables from electricity that can be used as whips, ropes or for binding

Circiut Short- A binding breaking technique

Spearing Fulgoris- creates stylized spears out of lightning for throwing.

Lancing Fulgoris- Beams of penetration lightning.

Photon Lancer- Blasts of electricity. Fired from electric energy balls

Photon Sphere- Another version of Raigan that explodes normally. Can be used in conjunction with other attacks

Raigan- a ball of lightning that can be thrown or manipulated. It melts through targets, electrocutes or discharges explosively.

White Lightning*- A beam of white electricity.

Pulse- An unfocused discharge of electricity.

Rasen Erumpo- Lightining wraps around user’s limbs to increase power.

Raidein- A bolt of lightning

Volaris*- A discharge through the hands, like a taser

Arc Saber- User creates a blade from pure electricity

Riot Blade- An energy charged blade

Blitz Shock- A semi-focused electrical attack with a wide range. It releases several weak bolts of lightning in one direction.

Amp Barrier- A defensive barrier made from electricity

 

Second Learned Set

Circiut Cable*- An upgrade to current cable

Circuit Break- an upgrade to circuit short

Thor- Another form of Raijin that increases defence and attack

Fuldein- A bolt with the same power of raidein but that can be made to take corners

Gigadien- A much more powerful bolt than Raidein

Volaren*- An upgrade to volaris

Volaren Rai*- The most powerful version of volaris

Surge Charge*- A pulse of energy input directly into the opponent’s body

Thunder Axe- The caster makes a downward-sweeping motion and hits the target with a massive electrical attack. It has a range of 0-15 feet.

Thunder Smasher- A charged blast of electrical energy

Thunder breaker- A short range version of thunder smasher. For melee combat

Volt Barrier*- An upgrade to amp barrier, deals minor damage

Blitzen Barrage- A semi-focused electrical attack with a wide range. It releases several strong bolts of lightning in one direction.

 

Final Learned Set

Circuit Shatter- The final form

Purge Charge*- A upgrade of Surge Charge

Plasma Smasher- An upgrade to Thunder Smasher

Plasma Breaker- a short range attack with high attack power

Rail Crusher- An alteration to Plasma Smasher. Has a smaller target range but more power

Electron Defender*- His strongest defence move. Can cause damage to whatever hits it.

Star Plasma- A concentrated electric charge. Has the power of plasma smasher in a small orb

Catastrophe*- A massive discharge of electricity in all directions. The final form of discharge

Judgement- Calls down a bolt of lightning from the heavens (hallelujah). Power increases as the cloudiness does, hence, it is most powerful on a rainy day

Judgement Storm- An attack that can only be used on cloudy days or in conjunction with water and wind users (to make the clouds). Channels electricity into the clouds, which is then amplified then released in a barrage of countless, randomly aimed lightning bolts

Elysion*- The technique devised by his ancestor. Channels lightning through the ground to strike anyone in the radius, including flying targets. Uses a lot of energy. Can also be used to restrain and bind

 

- He can use his attacks in his blade to made a (attack name) Edge of (attack name) Strash

*- can cause numbness or paralysis

 

Movement Techniques

Spark Skater- Creates a small charge between ground and foot and uses it to skate across surfaces

Potential Rail- Creates a small ‘rail’ charged air to use over short distances. Maximum length- 20ft

Potential Contact- Charges the surface beneath his feet with electricity and charges his feet with the opposite charge. Uses it to stick to and walk on walls or ceilings or to increase his grip

Potential Void- Creates a small mass of charged air to uses as a foot hold in empty space

Flicker- An instantaneous movement technique. Releases a small focused burst of electricity from his foot pushing off and uses another burst to stop. The kinetic energy generated is used for consecutive flickers. Can be used in conjunction with the ‘skater’ and ‘potential abilities’

Sky Runner- Forms a small spinning disk beside his ankles and wrist that manipulate magnetic fields and allow for flight

Gender: Male

Weapons: A titanium longsword strapped to his back, twin katanas at his belt and twin revolvers.

Abilities: Nothingness/Oblivion. Power over 'Nothing'. It is the embodiment of nothing, a thing not meant to be. It is power over everything that is unexplainable and shouldn't be. Not much is actually known about what it can do. Othe abilities include: Enhancement(Has enhanced speed, strenght and agility), sharpshooting(very good acuracy), Teleportation.

Connection to Ancient War: Helped in the stopping of it but noone knows how. Was on the frontlines and witnessed the downfall of the darkness lord.

Bio: A human who, as a child, had a demon imprisoned inside his body. This gives him enhanced abilitys and immortality but makes him unable to sleep and eat. It also gave him power over a mysterious element known as Nothingness. He was given his first sword at 18 and 2000 years later, 18 years after the start of the ancient war, he found some revolvers. These revolvers seem to never run out of bullets. He know wanders around as a bounty hunter and never seems to age a day. He still looks eighteen.

Sean

 

Sean walked with his counselor to a separate part of the forest. The fire was burning brightly as the two sat at separate logs. The counselor was male, about 22, with long brown hair, light skin, green eyes, a blue and green T-Shirt, black jeans, and white sneakers. He began to tell Sean about the ancient war that took place and that his ancestor defeated the dark warrior. The counselor then asked, "Have you been having strange visions lately?"

 

Thomas

 

As Thomas heard about his ancestor in the story that was told to him as well, he was asked the same question. He wasn't sure about why the counselor asked that, but it was true, though, so was for everyone else who was told the same story.

 

Sane

 

Sane, on the other hand, already knew of the story and understood what it meant. On the other hand, he cannot be sure whether or not if the story is true and that the prophecy is yet to come. I will figure out soon enough whether or not this story is true. he thought. Things will happen to others that will be hearing the same story and asked the same question about the visions they see.

Sorry for the long post but it's the intro so...))

 

Dan sat crossed-legged in the aisle, engrossed in the book open on his lap, several others scattered around him. In this part of the library, the olders section, the shelfs streched up to the high ceiling, packed with books holding a wealth of knowledge. The section was in the basement and so packed that books blocked most of the natural light from the windows so Dan was relying on the flashlight he held. Footsteps jolted him back to reality. He looked up and smiled when he saw it was Mr. Marker.

"Dan?" he asked, a bit puzzled. "What are you still doing here?"

"Reading. What else?" Dan asked.

"Do you realize it's after a couple hours after closing time?"

"Huh?" Dan checked his watch. "...oh... I guess I'll sleep here then." He patted his bag. "I think I have have food in here, and my cloak can be used as a "

"Don't worry," Mr Marker laughed. "You can use my spare bed." Mr Marker lived in the library, as had his father, Grand-father, Great Grand-father, Great Great... Dan hastily gathered a couple books and followed Mr Marker. Once they had settled in, Mr Marker started on telling Dan about ancient legends.

Living in one of the oldest libraries in the country allowed him to gather some interesting stories. But this one was different. Sure all races, religions and ethnic groups had stories about ancient wars between gods and the like, but know Dan read where quite like this. He had stumbled across simular themes in his reading, but... And this thing about his ancestor?

"Dan," Mr . Marker asked suddenly, "have you, by chance, been having any strange dreams or visions?"

Dan swallowed nervously. He had been seeing strange visions, and something told him that they may not just be dreams.

"And so, that's all for tonight," my teacher, Mrs. Macy, said. I started to leave. "James? Would you come here?" "Sure, Mrs. Macy," I said. She told me the story of the Elemental Lords and the Lord of Darkness. "Have you been having any strange visions lately?" Mrs. Macy said abruptly. I didn't know what to say. "Yeah. Yeah, I have," I said. "Tell me about them," she said. "There was this glowing light on this- this hill. I couldn't make out what it was, though," I told her.

IC: Kris yawned as he climbed on top of a hill he had been to many times in his life(3469 to be exact). He sighed as he looked at the wasteland before him that hadn't recovered since the ancient war. And that was what it was, the battle ground for the ancient war. He sighed as he saw the rotting skeletons of the dead that were strewn across the wasteland, giving it a graveyard like feel. "Why I think this view is beautiful, I dont know. But one thing is certain, It used to be."

Sean and Thomas

 

Sean and Thomas return home, both confused about how those people knew about the dreams and visions that they have been seeing. Sean opens the door to his room. It was the average room. White wall paint, a wooden drawer, a TV, and a large bed to sleep on. The only thing non-average about it is that there was a glass case in an empty part of the room. Inside the glass case was a longsword of some sorts. It was a sword he bought online with half of his savings being spent on it. Thomas' room is the same(Including the longsword), but with red wall paint instead.

 

Sane

 

Sane came home after a few pickpocketing acts and went into his room. For some reason, his room has the same basic elements, along with the longsword, but has black wall paint, bands of metal and black metal, like Winds of Plague and Job For A Cowboy, and many skull statues all around.
