Darklink's card:

When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can add 1 monster from your Graveyard to your hand. The monster cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Monster Card from your hand to select 1 monster on the field. When the selected monster declares an attack, your opponent loses 600 Life Points. During your End Phase, you can discard 1 Monster Card from your hand to gain 600 Life Points.

 

 

Prince Bel's card:

If you have no monsters on your side of the field during your opponents Batttle Phase while this card is in your hand, you can pay 1000 Life Points to Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower Dragon-type monster in face-up defense position to your field. This card gains 200 ATK for each face-up Dragon-type monster on the field.

i vote for linky boys card, because his effect is slightly more useful, even though i see a wording error in it.

 

bels card is good, but you have to pay to many life points for the use of the cards effect, and it really doesn't help out all that much in a duel, to be honest in my opinions.
