During the massacre of the Uchiha clan, Helderon was hidden and became one of the last living uchiha members. He was raised in an orphanage until the age of 6, and then he was adopted by a visiting married couple from the Rock country, he grew up learning Earth style jutsu in the Rock Village. Along with the fire style jutsus he had practiced while living at the orphanage, Helderon had also learned a powerful summoning jutsu. At the age of 8, while using this jutsu, he accidentally lost control and killed his best friend. This awakened his mangekyou sharingan, and Helderon spent the rest of his time training. At the age of 10 he found out about his heritage and went to leaf and snuck into a room where he found out the secrets of the Uchiha clan. He stole the eyes of his younger brother that he found at a cemetary in Konoha, so that he wouldn't go blind from Mangekyou. He hides this until necessary in battle. He became a follower of Roshi because his family personally knew him, and his family was in debt to him because of Roshi's kindness and because he had helped their family a lot.

Gaara steps back slightly, fear on his face for half a second before he regains form the sand from the wall flying over to him. "I see, well I do not wish to fight, especially since it might get me killed... but i don't think you'd let me leave would you?" he asks. Gaara then makes a large toy-like replica of the shukaku infront of him using Ultimately Hard Absolute Defense: Shield of Shukaku able to defend himself if they attacked. "It may be the same but, this defense can hold anything back if i keep it towards him" he mutters to himself as he looks forwards. He then launches some sand he makes by crushing mierals from the ground into the air, using thunder god of sand the needles of sand neutralise the lightning-release powers while they are close enough.

Saizo hopped up onto Ryou's shoulders, launching himself off of his teammate and into the air. "There's one key flaw in your plan. I can use fire, and I'm sure that glass will do little to shield you against Ryou's bone and my iron. I have to thank you for pre-grinding homogenous sand for me."

Saizo wove a string of hand seals, forming an 'OK' sign and raising the ring to his mouth, blowing through it. "Katon: Goukakyu no Jutsu!" A massive fireball materialized before Saizo, shooting down at the sand.

As the fireball collided with the Sand Shield, the superheated sand glowed bright red momentarily, cooling to form a massive glass formation. As Saizo fell towards the glass, he whipped out his two Kusari Fundo, shattering the Shukaku Shield. As he landed, Saizo flicked his wrists and threw the iron chain-whips at Gaara, wrapping up his arms and legs. Saizo drew his twin swords. "Ryou, let's finish him before that pathetic excuse for an Uchiha shows up."

 

OOC: NOTE: Gaara cannot control glass. Sand to glass is a chemical change; as such, glass doesn't have sand's properties and can't be controlled the same way.

Also, ANBU Leader, jcbballer is right. Traveling from Konoha to Suna and back in the time it takes to have a conversation is godmodding.

Utakata opened his eyes in surprise when he heard the voice of Gaara. Kousen was also a little shocked too at his appearance. He had made no sort of sound as to his arrival and he had just gone to Sunagakure a few minutes ago. Utakata and Kousen both watched him cautiously, wondering what his purpose was in coming back. "Are we gonna join Utakata-sama?" Kousen asked. "Not right now. It is Konohagakure's fight." Utakata said. "But we're allies with them now. We agreed to give them our military support." Kousen said. "You have a point there Kousen. You may join if you wish, but at the moment, it doesn't seem as if they need any help." Utakata said in his casual tone. Kousen stepped forward, watching the battle as he walked up alongside Ryou. "You guys want any assistance? Afterall, Kirigakure has agreed to give military support when needed." Kousen said as he lifted his hands within his cloak and pushed it to each side of him. On his waists could be seen four sheathes, two strapped on each side. Each sheathe was black and the hilts of the blades all had gray colored cloth wrapping them. "Just tell me when to jump in." Kousen said, placing his right hand onto one of the blades on the left side of his waist while placing his left hand on the hilt of a blade on the right side of his waist. He watched Gaara and waited for his time to attack if he needed to.

 

OOC: I never thought of that. I thought the only way to stop his sand was with water. I learned something new.

Gaara arms unable to move, moves his hands slightly the sand needles forming together into a pile of sand, just enough for a single move. The sand slowly pulls back near him and covers him making a sphere of sand as the small amount left in his gourd slowly covers him. "i must..to survive i must..." he says slowly to himself as the sand covers half of his body thinly and that half begins to change. Half of the gourd is smashed open as the sand connects through it to make a tail as the sphere of sand around him turns back to sand as he finishes turning into his half-Shukaku form. the chain around the arm covered by sand falls as it launches itself into a tree before returning itself to him. "i cannot win.. this battle.. this attempt would be suicidal i must.." he then forms a wall of sand from that which fell to hide himself as he turns starting to run, his speed above that of normal as he runs, using his Shukaku hand to help him move, then falling down due to the chain-whips still on him. "I will die here..i doubt Naruto-san shall feel as they do about it.. but i cannot escape". The small wall of sand collapses as gaara looks at them, his knowledge that he would soon die clear on his face as he then launches his sand arm off it headed straight towards Ryou "I may die here today but that will prove useless in this war, it will keep going as long as the villages are at each others throats peace will never be achieved" he then stands still human arm to the side as the sand is moved across towards it as he looks up towards them. "people like you who want to fight and want to kill are why this war continues" he says slowly as the hand of the shukaku nears Ryou, the claws ready to hit, Gaara's face betraying slightly how scared he is as he knows he cannot survive.

Pesonality: Rei has a very laid-back, "go with the flow" outlook on many things, including missions and battles. But he also is shown to have a very kind, heartful side, which only his friends and Fuu see. Rei also likes to swear a lot and is overall a bit of a trash talker, insulting his opponents while fighting - especially if they insult him or his friends first. In battle, Rei has shown signs of intelligence, high tactical and innovative skills, and is able to learn jutsu at a speed that nearly rivals an Uchiha. As Dark Rei, he is ruthless, sadisdic and disdainful, often taking an extreme pleasure in making his opponent suffer. Sharp witted and seemingly always on the edge, he never bluffs; if he makes a threat, he has every intention of carrying it out. He won't hesitate to eliminate whoever gets in his way, including his own teammates.

IC: "Sorry, but I'm not the man that you take me for," Ryou said, leaping over the giant arm and landing to the side. "We're on orders to attack, not to kill; I had no intention to end your from the beginning. However, know that this is a warning, none of us will hunt you down, but this is a war, and when I see you again, I won't hold back. So get stronger, you're gonna need it, I'm itching to see what you can really do," He said, sheathing his swords and walking over to Saizo, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Stop. There's no need to fight any longer, He's not a threat to us anymore, I felt him use most of his remaining chakra in that attack."

Saizo relented, his shoulders slacking. "You're correct, Ryou. There's no need to kill Gaara here."

Saizo stepped forward, only a foot away from the Shukaku Jinchuuriki. He removed the Kusari Fundo wrapping Gaara's legs, unbinding the Sand Shinobi. "But know this. The two of us just decimated you in the space of a minute without any effort, while my right arm was broken. Don't cross Konoha," Saizo flicked his wrist, slamming one of the business ends of the chain-whip into the ground just beside Gaara. "Or else you won't be alive to warn your village of just how outmatched they are."

Saizo turned away, moving to retrieve the other chain-whip. He knew Gaara wouldn't attack him; Gaara was too smart for that. "Ryou, let's get my arm attended to and finish up the treaty with Utakata-Sama. I think he and Kousen-Sama are getting bored."

As soon as the chain is off of gaara's arm he jumps into the trees jumping through a few of them, making his way to the forest of wind, at which he rests. "if i had unleashed it his thoughts would not be of how outmatched i am but.. i din't have the power nor the want to". Gaara then stands walking into the desert slowly moving as an Ink Clone of Ken stops nearby. "I should've known they'd of attacked you Kazekage-sama.. if only i had.." he says then interrupted by Gaara "No, it isnt your fault.. i just wish things had gone better and I could've talked to Naruto". The ink clone turns to ink as gaara walks across the desert, heading towards Sunagakure's gate.

Kousen takes his hands off of the hilts of his katana when he saw Ryou stop attacking Gaara. "It seems he is fleeing." Kousen thought. He then moved his hands back into his cloak and let it cover over the hilts of his blades. He turned around and walked back over to Utakata. "I guess you could say that, but the events of today have entertained me enough Saizo." Kousen said as he chuckled a little. Utakata then looked over at Shizune. "Are you handling the treaty in the place of the Hokage." he asked her. Meanwhile, Kousen continued looking around the village from where he stood, marveling at how it looked.

"Who, me?" Shizune asked as she returned to healing Saizo's broken arm, a bit flustered. "I'm sorry, Utakata-sama, but I'm only here to heal Saizo-kun's arm, if you wand to discuss a treaty, you'll have to ask him or Tsunade-sama." She apologized sheepishly as she finished healing Saizo's arm.

"It's nice here, huh?" Ryou asked, catching up to Kousen. "I did the exact same thing when I came here," He said, smiling softly. It was true, he came from Getsugakure, a village that was about a third the size of Konoha. "Much nicer than where I come from, it's not even half as big as here."
