OoC: Bran, starting lines to make four lines isn't gonna fly past Rinne.

 

IC: Saki watched as the rat-scorpion fell to the blond's deadly strick through its eye. Saki was impressed that the blonde was able to take down the beast without some type of spear. Saki was about to come down to congradulate, but before she could, the blonde fell to the ground, probably getting grazed by the scorpion-rat before killing it.

 

Saki rushed down to try to protect, but she was beated to it by some kid.

 

"What's a kid doing here? They don't put children on Desolation . . . Hopefully not." Saki thought to herself as she descended from the pile of garbage she was sitting on. The kid pulled the blonde behind another pile while brandishing a spear.

 

"There's no way a kid could protect her for long. I've gotta get them back to the colony before the night comes." Saki walked around the pile, making sure that her robe covered her face and body. Under her robe, she held onto her rope dart, ready to counter anything the kid might throw at her.

 

"Hey kid! You shouldn't stay up past your bedtime now should you! Let's go get out here before the real beasties come out to play!"

Jecht raised an eyebrow. "More people? What made ya' think of that? Whatever, I guess it'll be fine. Who knows maybe we can find a whole lot of people all grouped up together." He said brandishing the barbed wire and holding his blade. "You know though first things first, we need some food." He looked around at the piles of garbage for any signs of life, if there was something there it meant food. He usally dine only the most expensive wine and foods but since being sent to this deserted prison he has learned to live with the disgusting stuff they could find. There was nothing there which meant scouting around in the desert looking for something so they would starve to death.

Jason nodded quickly and jumped on the highest heap of trash he could find. He saw few moving objects in the distance.

"I see some stuff moving but I can't identify anything."

Jason grabbed his "sword" and jumped down.

"Should we go or just wait until we can clearly see something?"

joey held his spear towards the stranger,

"what do you want!" he demanded.

The stranger was higher than him, so probaly much older, although he new he wouldnt put up a good fight if i came to be he held his spear ready anyway, just in case.

He was knelt down a bit ready to grab and throw his axe if nesacary, what am i going to do? do i eexpect to fend off this person? what do they want?

he grabbed his spear harder,

"what do you mean 'real beasties'?" he asked..

OoC: Bran, I'm gonna give you a warning, structured posts, proper spelling and grammer to atleast a level where I read it and find it possible to skim over your mistakes. I recomend typing your posts in a word-processor, spelling and grammer checking before you post. And also, I don't think that post is equivelent to 4 lines of text, could you please stick to the rules. This is a warning, and repeat offences will get you kicked from the RP okay? Sorry if you feel that I'm being mean.

 

IC: Leasha slowly opened up her eyes, just a knick from the sleep-venom stinger. were it the right stinger, and not the left, she'd be seemingly fine now, but only have a few minutes to live. She felt very drowsy, struggling to keep her eyes open she stood up. a bit shakily. There was the scout from the Coloney. And... A small boy, with a spear. Leasha smiled, greatful that these people were around to help her. Apparently not much time had passed since she was put to sleep.

"Th-" She yawned and stumbled a bit, trying to resist falling back to sleep. "Thanks guys, We should-" She stopped again to yawn and stretch. "Get this thing back to the coloney." She said more to her fellow colonist then to the small child with the spear. "You should come too, This hole is no place for a kid your age." She hoped that that didn't sound cruel or egotistical, but it needed to be said.

OoC: JFYI, my character is only about 4' 11", so she isn't much taller than your character.

 

IC: Saki already expected the kid to be defensive of the blond. She was pretty after all.

 

"Kid, I'm not here to hurt you. Look, I'm from a colony. That's the place where she'll have the best chance of surviving. We have a doctor at the colony and he'll be able to treat her injury. The only problem is that you're standing over her pointing that spear at me. If you don't let me help, there's no way we can get her back to the colony before sunset. Now, are you going to help me or do you plan on camping it out at night over a dead body?"

 

Then Saki noticed the blonde getting up, seemingly ok.

 

"Wow, you're okay? I thought that thing gave you a good dose of poison. I thought you would be dead in a few minutes."

Jecht squinted to see the distant figures. "Well," He said trying to make out the figures. "It seems to be people but could easily be guards looking to put us back in prison." ((OoC:If you didn't know he's kinda paranoid about going back to the prison.)) He looked around for anybody else. "Let's move up a little closer until we can make out who they are." He said moving forward slowly trying to stay hidden behind the mountains of trash and not to be seen by the unknown people.

Leasha, tired and enfeebled grabbed the Scorprid by one of it's tails, and began the mamoth task of dragging the beast all the way back to the coloney, shakey on her footing. and struggling to keep her eyes open. but out here there was nothing she could do about it. The creature was heavy, far to heavy for her to drag it all the way back on her own. She turned to the familiar face of Saki and smiled faintly with a yawn.

"Could you give me a-" She stopped for a second as she seemed to enter a micro sleep. "Uh- A hand?" Her English accent had gotten very strong, it was a tell that she was imensly tired, she usually tried to keep it in check because some people seemed not to like it, but when she was this tired, she'd tend just to let it go. She said these last words not too sure anymore given this interuption to her train of thought.then, she returned to dragging the monsterous rat back to the coloney.

"Fine I'll help" he sighed "I'll try anyway, where are we going again?"

He felt quite annoyed being around two girls who were older than him, very annoyed. He yawned,

"Let's just get it over with! I'm ready to fall asleep any minuite!"

He walked away and got his bag and clutched his spear just in case something happened on their way. Joey saw that the woman that had been fighting the scorpid was dragging it with her, whats up with her? he let out another loud yawn and his head nodded slowly. He shook his head better not nod off.

Rak'sun walked around, looking for some more peices. He heard a fight, and started going that way. He got lost, and just continued walking. When he climbed over a particularlly tall heap of trash, he saw a kid and a woman talking. He loaded his slingshot. 'Now what?' he made a descision. "Hi.", he called.

Leasha turned, with a sort of "What now?" look on her face to see a woman with a slingshot standing atop a trash pile. She waved in aknowledgment but didn't speak.then again she turned and continued to walk, more slowly now, partially because she was too out of it to move at a normal rate, partially so that the new-commer could catch up if he so chose. She walked another few steps forward and stumbled, nearly over-balancing before continuing her walk, she was embaraced and probably looked a little more drunk then tired.

OoC: You do know my character is female right? She still sounds female when she talks.

 

IC: Saki wasn't really satisfied with the blond's response. She was poisoned by the rat-scorpion and Saki knew that that poison can't be shrugged off so easy. Saki caught up with the blonde, who was losing her balance like a drunk.

 

"Here, let me take that thing. You focus on staying upright. Don't exert yourself or the poison will kill you faster," Saki said as she firmly took the corpse by the other tail, taking most of the weight away from the blonde.

OOC: since my character never learned English proberly he will sound like a caveman.

 

After more and more hours of digging through the garbage in this wastleland he found a strange orb thing. " Oh Shiny! Shiny! " he said happyily. After he found the orb he played around with it un a where of what could happen. Well he played with the orb it started to glow. He continued to play around with the orb. The began to glow even more and after a while it blew up. "Ow!! Ow!!" he yelled. " Me no touch Shiny thing no more!!". He countinued going through the hole he has been making for years. He found some rotten food. He took it and added it to his bin full of food.

Jason thought he heard something moving. He put both hands on his "sword" and turned around. He looked over the trash heap edge and saw a Rat scorpion.

"Salesman! There's a scorpion rat at the edge of the heap!"

Jason didn't charge at the creature, he knew he needed the permission of the Salesman to attack but he wanted to kill it so, badly, it was almost unbearable.

[Final Fantasy Revolution]

Baleaze was standing on a high trash heap and was looking around with the tech binoculars that were given to him within his bag of rations. Baleaze scoped out a male of unknown origin, he took out the EHHFS(Electric Hand Held Filing System) he was given to track out all the escapees. "Male, height about four to five inces, weight about sixty to seventy pounds." Baleaze said into the machine, which showed a bunch of pictures that Baleaze started looking through till he found a match, but something was wrong nothing came up. "Huh, I living and breathing waste-lander, how peculiar. He's not on my list, so I'll have to leave him be for now..." Baleaze said then moved on with his search.

Jecht looked around and saw the rat scorpion Jason was talking about. "Well don't just say it get it boy!!" He yelled cracking his barbed wire and started running toward the monster. It struck out at the sudden assault and its stinger coming down beside Jecht. He tried punching it but the rat didn't seem to notice and its other stinger coming down at him again but Jecht rolled over to the side. He grabbed onto the stinger and the rat brought the stinger and waved it around trying to rid it self of Jecht.

Leasha looked at the scout and smiled.

"It..." She yawned loudly "It was just the sl-sleee, the sleep venom" Still she continued to drag the heavy carcus with her new-found aid. She was greatful for the assist, but she needed to sleep badly. Scorid vnom, of either kind was potent. Leasha saw the sand of the planet, and for the hundreth time, she was captivated by the strange green-ness it reflected. The coloney was close now, she'd be okay. she could sleep there safe, provided that there were no more prison guard patrols, or festrid raids.

 

OoC: Festrids are native rat-people. There are a lot of rat-like life-forms here, but there's also other stuff. Expect a guid tothe native creatures of the planet soon.

Jason took the opportunity in front of his eyes. He bashed the rats skull with his "sword" and the rat stop swinging his tail. The rat was focused on Jason, rapidly swinging his tails at Jason. Jason barely dodged any of the blows then finally tripped over himself and was now blocking the tail blows for his life. The rat closed in, slowly taunting-like and quickened his blows

He started following the blonde girl, and asked, "Do you need help? I would gladly give you some water or something." Then he holstered his slingshot, and waited.

Jason was barely blocking the tail blows and it seemed like the end for him.

"Salesman, I could use some hep over here!"

Jason tried to get back up but couldn't do so without getting stung. He now blocked and crawled backward and was at a dead end. Jason blocked and looked for something else to use but didn't find anything.

Come on, Salesman, I need some help!"

Jecht jumped down onto the sand and saw Jason in desperate need of help. Should I? He thought watching Jason block the rat's stingers. I guess I better. He brandishes his barbed wire and gripped the blade. He gave a cry and charged directly at it, while it was distracted with trying to smash Jason. Jecht shot out at the rat the needles sticking into one of it eyes. It screeched and stepped back scarchting at its eyes. Jecht then ran at it again this time stabbing it in it other eye. Now that it was blind he could easily beat it. The rat saw how it could get the wire out so it started randomly stabbing its double stingers around itself.

"I got this one, Salesman!"

Jason pulled out his "throwing knives". Lie his "sword", they were just pieces of trash he found while scavenging in the dump world. They were shiskabob sticks, sharp at both ends, they also could easily be used as daggers to. He threw them at the creature with great precision and stuck it in its leg. The rat squealed in pain and could barely move the leg.

Ic:Rak'sun noticed some, thing, up ahead. Maybe it's one of those 'colonies' that the gaurds talked about. He saw that the blonde was heading toward it. I guess I'll go too, he thought.

While walkiing hed noticed a big building up ahead, is that the colony? he thought,

"is that the colony?" he yawned, "up ahead?"

He put away his spear with a strap on his shoulder and ate some rations. oh wait we might be at the colony soon, maybe theyll have food? He felt stupid by eating a bit of his rations wastefully.

"by the way" he asked "how long have we been walking?"

He stopped and yawned. probaly ages!
