im suprised that Delinquent Duo' date=' being banned for almost ever at the moment, was limited for a super short while......

and there was 3 cards that went from Unlimited to Banned..

and they were

*Drum Roll*

Chaos Sorceror, Cyber Stein and Time Seal.

I don't smell CED.

Also, you forgot, as Crab said, DSF.

...?

You don't get to choose the card that goes into your hand.

That's actually the disadvantage' date=' not that you can't choose, but that a card DOES go into your hand. It would be actually better if no card went into your hand and all went into the graveyard. Imagine! 3 Wulfs and 1 superstrong zombie (thanks to the minotaur guy) in one shot.

yes, because i refuse to use it.....

I sense sarcasm.

This being a bantalk anyway, let's speak about the genius of Konami when they banned Chaos Sorcerer. Seriously, it was broken!

[/sarcasm, for all of you that are twisted enough to think I was talking straight]

rofl.

why is honest a problem? have you played an ls deck ever? it allows them to overextend and play recklessly with the presence or even just bluff of an honest protecting them. in addition to being stackable, it's also easily recyclable with beckoning.

So Honest isn't the problem, as much as it's ability to be combined with LS. Honest works in fairies, chaos, and various other decks to make them more competative. So LS just needs to get hit, and honest will be far less broken. And with the speculation that beckoning gets hit, tis ok for honest to remain at 3.

Honest doesn't allow LS to overextend nor to play recklessly.

Your argument is invalid.

And you were doing so well up until the white text.

Just because it's stronger than 90% of the cards out there and should be limited doesn't mean that it should have been banned, not now, not ever.

But if you're still speaking about Honest, I will tell you a very effective and funny way of getting rid of him. I actually used it once:

1. You attack.

2. Your opponent discards Honest

3. You use Compulsory Evacuation Device. End of story.

By the information put in front of me, I shall decipher a story:

"Cards, there were so many of them. Some were unique, some were stupid, and some were as powerful as *Insert Powerful Comparison here*. When more booster packs were being released, players started to complain with comments such as "Oh, I am beaten too quickly! Someone do something about it!!!" (Young players). Konami listening to the cries of these players, have devised a list of cards that would be limited.

At that time, it was just the limited list. Powerful cards like Exodia, Raigeki, and Imperial Order were put on the list. However, players still used these cards and even abused it as well! The players were angry and a handful of players retired from the amount of losses they have suffered. Konami, feeling threatened at this point decided to forbid most of these limited cards. They have called it the forbidden & limited list.

Players started to come back after this change and started to win again. Konami, realizing that they were doing a good job, decided to exercise the list even more. However, Konami gradually grew blinded by their own power and put cards on the list that shouldn't even be there. They actually ended up losing more players than they have got back. Today, Konami is changing the list everytime before their due date even if they are still blinded by their power."

Is this a good story to explain the history of ban lists?
