Leon and Eerie

 

"In case you forgot... I am called the fire avatar for a reason!" Leon said as he stomped his foot on the ground as the ice melted into water.

 

"She's right Leon. Roker and Sousuke are late as usual." Eerie said while standing beside Qweyn. Leon looked at Eerie then at Michico. "What village do you reign from?" Leon said as he put his hands behind his back and closed his eyes.

 

Eerie on the other hand, stood by his entrance, closed his eyes and fell asleep. All this waiting made him tired as he sat asleep. "Look at that person, sleeping. I guess we all might need some sleep. Meet up back here in the morning pronto."

 

Leon said as he, blaze, and jecht went back up to their village as Qweyn woke up Eerie and the 3 waters benders went back to their village.

"You have some explaining to do. Why were you down there and who was that waterbender you were with?" Leon questioned Jecht back in his throne room. Leon waited for jecht's response.

"Calm down, calm down, oh great "Firey One." Jecht said sarcasticly, while admiring the throne room. He sat dwon on the floor and then looked up at Leon. "First I was there because I wanted to tick you off first and secondly the girl wanted to train and I was going to ask if you would allow her." He said started looking at the details of Leon's throne. "Second the water bender, I just met, her name is Michco and she was mugging someone. I stepped in and she said she just wanted a place to train." Then changed the subject suddenly. "Hey, why do you get a throne room? Can I stay here some time, its nice and roomy. Lots of uneeded space ya know. You could put some bamboo over there, a large urn over there."

Blaze eyed the strange man and then he crossed his arms and turned to Leon

"I don't trust this guy..." he muttered under his breath. Qweyn laughed a bit at Blaze's reaction

"Don't be so quick to judge...For all we know, he could be telling the truth, or he could, in fact, be lying..."

Blaze looked down at his feet and then glanced towards Jecht. The glance slowly turned into a glare. Qweyn then looked towards Leon

"What do you think about it?"

ooc: sorry about not posting, i have been busy with other things. also, about this post that i am making, JBlaster is unfortunately going to be inactive for several months. you know, life calling and that, so please do not complain about what i am about to do, since i need a way for him to be able to rejoin when needed and for my character yo be unencumbered.

 

Iatsu and Shune were flying over the last bit of the forest, Shune slowly becoming more and more fidgety as they progressed. Finally, Shune wasn't able to take it any longer and told Iatsu, in no uncertain terms, that he could not return to the Fire Nation at this time. Iatsu was about to object, but was cut short as Shune explained about his vow that he had made, finishing in saying "I wouldn't want to be a burden to you due to that, and I still have a lot of training that I need to do anyway. I am sure that we will meet up again though." Iatsu didn't like Shunes decision, but decided to respect it and bade him farewell before continuing onwards, Shune flying back towards the part of the forest where he had been before. In a few more hours, Iatsu arrived in the Fire Nation and landed in front of an inn, causing no small amount of distraction since it was rare to see an Air Bender anywhere in the Fire Nation, much less the capital. Iatsu walks inside with Brago on his shoulder and asks for lodgings for the night. He is given a key and told which room it belongs to, and then pays the amount for one nights stay, evening and morning meals included. Iatsu then grabs himself something to eat and retires to his room about an hour later, putting his few possessions in a safe place before leaving something on the table for Brago, knowing that he would get hungry in the middle of the night, and laying down on the bed. Within a few minutes, he falls asleep and begins dreaming of the day that the comet had landed, and his life in the Eastern Air Temple before the catastrophic events of that day.

"You know what i could be lying but I'm not, if you don't believe that's too bad. You have to know when to trust someone and when to kick them to the side and count them as a liar. Some Avatar where too helpful and were tricked all the time by criminals but then again other Avatars were suspisus and had no friends and were parinoid. Which are you?" Jecht asked inquiring his very very rare words of nonsarcastic wisdom.

Blaze flared up at Jecht's remark.

"Hey! Just who do you think you are?!" he shouted. He almost lunged towards him, but he was stopped by Qweyn. Blaze looked at the kind water bender's eyes and then looked away. Although he was hiding it, he was embarrassed about losing control of his hotheadedness.

"I don't need any words of wisdom from someone I don't even know..." he muttered. Qweyn smiled at this, knowing that Blaze was now keeping his temper under control.

Jecht made a fast grab from the hilt of his swords and drew them slightly but once Qweyn had stopped Blaze, Jecht replaced the swords and calmed back down but was eyeing Blaze waiting for him to made another attack. "Someone should put him on a leash, a nice choke chain or something." He said with a slight smile. Jecht stood up and cleared his throat loudly. He whistled and Sone flew into the room and nested on Jecht's shoulders. "Can I leave now or am I to be held here for questioning for helping a girl find her way here?"

"Both of you shut up. Not to be mean or anything but we should stop acting like little kids."

 

Leon said as he was referring to Blaze and Jecht. "I'm sorry love. You hearing these two squeal is enough already." Leon said as he walked to his doorway. "I guess we all might need some sleep. Meet up back here in the morning pronto."

Natake breaks his own stance by falling clumsily. "The tournament can wait," he thinks. "I can't practice for my focus is elsewhere." He slowly walks up a flight of imperial stairs and knocks on the door. A golden Fire Nation insignia is on the door. He has come to speak to Leon.

Leon heard a knock on the door and stood up from his throne. He walked down the stairs, passed both Blaze and Jechts and went to the door. Leon opened the door and noticed that Natake was by the door. "Come in." Leon said as he let Natake in and walked back to his throne. Now he had three of his best firebenders kneeling before him. "Is there anything that you need Natake?" Leon questioned Natake as he looked at the three benders. I wonder... where is Roker and Sousuke anyway? Leon thought to himself as he was thinking of the 4 avatars all together.

"My leige" Natake began. "The Fire Nation is in grave peril. The water level is higher than normal as you know. Not just the water but the rocks continue to bombard our people. Please sir, isn't their something we can do?" Natake says.

"My leige." Jecht said sarcasticly and making a huge bow. "Please. The only thing he's ever been the ruler of is a candle flame." Then changed into a fake high voice. "Oh, what do we do? Oh no the water and some pebbles. I'll tell you what to do. Stop acting like a sissy and kissing up to him and take matters into your own hands. Build some walls to keep the water out. I mean if there's some people who aren't too lazy and just sit up on some big fancy throne all day." Jecht said going a little overboard on the jokes.

Leon Sero and Phoenix King Ozai

"Excuse me?" Leon questioned Jecht as he trapped Jecht into a swirling fire as he closed his hand. The swirling then closed in Jecht as it grabbed hold of him and squeezed him into the living daylight. "You dare call the person who took you into his own nation lazy? You dare use your little jokes on me? Why don't you do something instead of flirting with one's love Jecht!" Leon said as he swiped his hand to the sand as the fire forced Jecht to hit the wall hard. Leon then got up from his throne and left the room. He then went outside the castle and noticed that Natake was right. The water level did increase and the rocks did bombard the people. "Who could be doing this?" Leon said as he looked at his nation. Upon the sky, there were 4 black meteors that were making their way to the four nations, Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. The black meteor crashlanded onto the fire nation hard, the impact almost everybody who was outside away quick. Leon got up from the rock prison as a black figure rose from inside the meteor. The black figure had his eyes on Leon as he walked to him. With every step the black figure took, the ground would shake. The black figure picked up Leon and looked at him very closely. "So... your the new fire avatar huh?" The black figure said, looking at Leon. "I am... but who are you?" Leon said as he held his hand onto the black figure's face as a fire dragon pushed the black figure away from Leon. The black figure then did a viscious tsunami kick onto the ground as a ring of fire surrounded the two. "My name is Ozai, Phoenix King of the Fire Nation!" Ozai as he laughed out loud. "No... we all thought you were dead. Your fire bending was gone years ago. How did you get them back?" Leon said in fright in his voice. "I smell fear in you boy. Now let me show who is the real fire lord of this nation!" Ozai as he got into his offensive fightning stance.

"Ow." Jecht said as he slammed up onto the wall and followed him out grumbling to himself. "My nation blah, blah, blah. Flirting with one's love. Stupid accent. Can't he speak like a normal dude." He looked up to see Ozai. "Holy ----." He said simply. He thought about letting Leon get his butt kicked by the old Phoenix King. "Hmmm, Leon gets killed. Pro. I get to watch. Pro. I can steal some expensive stuff from his throne room. Pro. Qweyn goes into some deep depression. Hmmmm, con I guess." He said to himself. "Maybe I should help out then." Jecht stepped up to Ozai. "Hey fire lord dude." He said getting his attention. "There's a reason we lcoked you up. We didn't want to see your ugly face anymore. If you just break out your kinda just defeating the purpose. Why don't you just get back into your cell and go insane like the other dudes. Then again you probably already are half crazy." And got into a fighting stance as fire starting to flicker and dance around his arms.

Natake follow Jecht's suit and prepare for battle. "Give it up! There has probably been a large interval since you last Bent and so we out match you!" Natake takes a stance and begins to breath heavily... Breath is root of fire... He thinks... He blasts a super nova.

IC: With Ozai achieving new fire bending abilities, he stepped on the ground as a wall of fire blocked the super nova. "So you brought your little helpers too eh? No matter. Your going to need all the help you can get scum!" Ozai said as he pointed his hand to Natake and raised his hand up in the air. While doing so, bars made of fire surrounded Natake where he stood. Ozai then looked at Jecht with a cold stare. Ozai then stepped to Jecht's direction. "You seem like a well experienced fire-bender. Fight me!" Ozai said as he got into his fightning stance.

 

Leon then stood side-by-side with Jecht. "We'll argue later but we have to work together in order to beat this creep." Leon said to Jecht as he got into his offensice fightnig stance.

Back to the rp:

"Heh. Heheheheh. HEHEHEHEHEHHE. MORON! Do you honestly think that a firebender will be stopped by a fire cage?" Natake taunts. He breaks the cage and blasts fire at Ozai. "Leon sir, my liege. It would be an honor to fight beside you. I have never seen you fight. Please sir. Allow me to fight with you. I refuse to sit helplessly while my liege fights such a vile man."(Thinking to himself now) But... I used to be a loyalist. A man who all but idolized Ozai. Should I help him or fight him? All he did was try to spread the prosperity of the Fire Nation by conquering all that opposed him. But Leon negotiates peacefully and is also a great leader. I... I.... I choose.... Leon! Natake blasts fire at Ozai. "You have tormented out nation for too long!"

Ozai grabbed the fireball and bounced it right back to Natake but a bigger, faster pace. "Your such a kissup to Leon. "Liege this sir that...." Is that how weaklings talk to you these days Leon? If so.... i must've missed out in many years." Ozai said as he saw himself being faced by 3 of the greatest firebenders in the nation. Ozai then ran fullspeed to Leon and jumped in the air, high as the sky. He then crashed down on the ground as it shook rapidly and raised his right leg. He lowered the kick with force as it hit the ground hard. A raging tsunami of fire was released from the kick and targeted the 3 benders. "I'm glad Qwyen taught me waterbending or else we wouldn't be in this predicament."

 

Leon said as he looked nearby for water. He saw the ocean and in a flash jumped in the air and used his fist as rockets. "Follow me if you want to continue fightning." Leon said as he flew to the ocean. "Playing Cat and Mouse are we?" Ozai said as he positioned himself and did the same. Leon and Ozai both landed on land near the beautiful ocean as the sun set. "Fire Avatar versus the Phoenix King. Oh what joyous wonders eh young one?" Ozai said as he got into his offensive fightning stance. Leon got in his defensive stance as he readied for the toughest fight in his life. Where are the others when you need them? Leon thought to himself as he and Ozai looked at each other.

Back in the rp:

"No!" Natake whines. "He left, not only did I want to see Leon-sama fight Ozai and learn more about Firebending in the process, but I wanted to help. Jecht, he left us. He's on his own now.... What can we do to help? And.... will our liege survive?" Natake wonders aloud.

Iatsu had started drowsing off when he felt as though there was an ominous presence approaching. Jumping out of bed and looking througth one of the windows of the inn, he was just in time to see a black comet strike through the roof of the Fire Lords palace. What is going on?! He thinks to himself as he grabs his aif Glider and jumps through the window, flying straight to where the comet had crashed through in time to see The current firlord jumpping through the window and heading towards the ocean. Then he looked down and saw Ozai, momentarily freezing in place in shocked amazement and wondering if it could have been him that had caused all of the damage that he was seeing. Mentally shaking himself and refusing to hesitate a moment longer, he closes up his Air Glider and jumps through the hole in the cieling, turning so that he was facing Ozai and bring his hilt down and to the side. Having made a blade out of the air around him using the hilt, he slashed at Ozai down at an angle so as to leave him with a large wound and then thrusted his other hand forward, having it spread wide and blasting a large amount of air into Ozai so as to slam him into the wall. "I see that you are still making trouble for everyone, 'Phenoix King'. Or did you come up with another fancier title since I had last heard the tales of your tyrannous reign?"

Michico walked around,when suddenly,she did see a battle.She did sit on the floor."nah i don't like saving the world.Im going to sit here."she said,while sitting on the ground,watching the fight.(Note:it was hearable for everybody.)She looked around."the world will die."she calmly thought,while looking at the fight.

IC: Jecht felt as if he agreed with Ozai for a moment about the formalities Natake gave Leon but decided that wasn't quite as important as one of the most evil Fire Lord's ever attacking them with full force. He ran forward just after Iatsu's attack. Jecht reached inside for a deep power of firebending and he pushed both hands forward as if Jecht was a playground bully, pushing down a little girl, but a great blast of fire came instead. Then as a rapid attack, as he learned so not to give his opponet a chance to recover, and punched like a boxer training, and balls of burning fire shot towards Ozai.

Ozai, although just experienced a great deal of pain from Iatsu's attack, quickly recovered from steam bending, a bending ability that he read scrolls from. Ozai turned his direction toward the streaming fire balls coming toward him. He jumped in the air and did a tsunami dragon kick, releasing a tsunami wave of white flames to not only counter attack the fireballs, but to target not only Jecht, but Iatsu, and Natake. Ozai then used much power into his punches and kicks as with each punch and kick, a fireball was released from the meele combat. Leon stood next to the 3 benders and gripped his fists tight. "Watch and Learn." Leon said as he jumped in the air. Leon was 5 inches away from the tsunami flames as he lifted up his right leg and glided down the tsunami wave with his leg going through the flames.

 

"Iatsu. Go warn Sousuke, your wind nation avatar that Ozai has return. Natake go warn Lady Qweyn. And Jecht, go warn Roker. The black meteor must've hit their village too. if that happened then evil avatars from their village are terrorizing them as well. Aid them in anyway. I'll deal with Ozai. That's an order." Leon said as he matched the fireballs Ozai released with his own.
