No application needed unless u hav enough posts (150+) to where u can make a normal contest then u can't join. [align=center][spoiler=RULES]1. There are rules and regulations you must follow when making a club or a contest. Low level members like yourself generally tend to not know the ropes so you can't do these kind of things properly.
