-Griffin
A précis is a summary of sorts. Taking all the notable things mentioned, usually in a piece of writing, but drastically reducing the word count. In Written Cards, when people design support for an archtype, it's often some twenty-plus cards in size.Konami makes old archtypes playable with only 1/2 balanced TCG exclusives to a set.Loving concision as I do, this is a contest about making support for something in a small number of cards, but being effective enough to raise their tier while remaining balanced.
Rules] 1. This is a [Written] Contest. All cards should be in the style they are known in in the Written Cards section. 2. There will be any number of rounds, depending on the number of contestants. 1-2 contestants eliminated each round, depending on numbers. 3. Each round will end when all cards are submitted or three days after the starting date - whichever is first. This should be plenty of time for Written Cards. If you have problems with a time frame, tell me. 4. In each round, you will be presented with a Deck type and a card limit. You must make that Deck type as playable as possible using no more cards than the card limit. 5. If a card would be banned, it isn't going to make them anymore playable, so balance is important. 6. Common sense_
Prizes] At least 2 Reps to 1st place and 1 to second place. Up to 3 reps to anyone I feel deserves it._
Overall /50 - In-theme /10 - Effectiveness /15 - Balance /15 - Creativity /10_
Ask me_
Contestant List] 1.2.3._ Also, 3000th post.
