SuperSusanoo
Yes it does Stardust NeosLIGHTLV 10[Warrior / Fusion / Effect]"Elemental Hero Neos" + "Stardust Dragon"This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards you control to the Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization"). By paying 1000 Life Points, destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field. This card returns to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. When this card is sent to your Extra Deck, Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" from your Graveyard.2500 ATK / 2000 DEF Stardust WarriorLIGHTLV 4[Warrior / Effect]When this card is Special Summoned from your Graveyard, you can destroy up to 2 Spell OR Trap Cards on the field.1400 ATK / 1400 DEF Stardust PetLIGHTLV 1[beast / Tuner]If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of "Stardust Dragon", destroy 1 card on the field.100 ATK / 300 DEF Stardust NovaLIGHTLV 6[Fairy / Effect]This card can only be Special Summoned by destroying 1 Spell Card you control. If this card attacks a Level 4 or lower monster, destroy that monster at the start of the Damage Step(without damage calculation).ATK 2000 / DEF 2000 Field Of Infinite StarsField-SpellAll Face-up "Stardust" monsters gain 300 Attack and Defense Points. If a Face-up "Stardust" monster is destroyed by battle, you can destroy 1 Face-down Spell OR Trap Card on the field. So... Whaddaya think? Link to comment
玄魔の王
The first thing I'll point out is that the two anime Neos Fusions that don't use Neo-Specians are always 3000 DEF and their ATK is 500 higher than the stronger original ATK of the materials (4000 + 500 for Rainbow Neos' date=' 2500 + 500 for Neos Wiseman).[/b'] Stardust NeosLIGHTLV 10[Warrior / Fusion / Effect]"Elemental Hero Neos" + "Stardust Dragon"This card can only be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards you control to the Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization"). By paying 1000 Life Points, destroy all Spell and Trap cards on the field. This card returns to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. When this card is sent to your Extra Deck, Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" from your Graveyard.2500 ATK / 2000 DEF If I'm running Neos and Stardust in one Deck, let alone if I get both out at once, I want more than this. Also, the Fusion should have a variant on Stardust's effect. Stardust WarriorLIGHTLV 4[Warrior / Effect]When this card is Special Summoned from your Graveyard, you can destroy up to 2 Spell OR Trap Cards on the field.1400 ATK / 1400 DEF Okay stats for a good effect = usable, but not necessarily abusable. Stardust PetLIGHTLV 1[beast / Tuner]If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of "Stardust Dragon", destroy 1 card on the field.100 ATK / 300 DEF This is fine, because it's hard to find 7 stars in other materials. Stardust NovaLIGHTLV 6[Fairy / Effect]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or set. This card can only be Special Summoned by destroying 1 Spell Card you control. If this card attacks a Level 4 or lower monster, destroy that monster at the start of the Damage Step.ATK 2000 / DEF 2000 This thing will HATE Catastor, so it's fine. Field Of Infinite StarsField-SpellAll Face-up "Stardust" monsters gain 300 ATK and DEF. If a Face-up "Stardust" monster is destroyed by battle, you can destroy 1 Face-down Spell OR Trap Card on the field. This is okay. So... Whaddaya think? I think you're not understanding what Stardust is about. Stardust NEGATES destruction, and the destruction he causes is incidental. These all destroy, and Stardust Neos is far from worth it. 6/10. Guest Ixigo
You should realize that there's only so many S/Ts the opponent would use in a single match, and that a lot of them should be able to be used against your S/T destruction (see Reckless Greed etc). From some point on S/T destruction becomes overkill. I suggest finding a better balance for more optimized effects rather than rampant S/T destruction, which, as Genma said, also contradicts the main point of Stardust. Individually: Stardust Warrior, decent, ignoring the effect. Stardust Pet, random, seems something like Ryko, do not want. Stardust Nova, good, an actually decent idea, but it should be f/up Spell you control, else kinda overpowered. Field, bleh, bland and lame. Rework. As for Stardust Neos: you're making it like a Contact Fusion, which should not be, as Neos specifically Contact Fuses with the Neo-Spacians - he always needs Polymerization for his deus ex machina other fusions, such as Rainbow Neos, Neos Wiseman, God Neos etc. I suggest making Stardust Neos like that, too, giving him an attack boost, scrapping the "returns to Extra deck" part, and coming up with a better effect. But the idea is good, they should've done something like that in the movie. Then again, they should've done a lot in the movie that they didn't do. Overall, it seems to me that it's just a lazy attempt to spice up the Stardust archetype. The concepts are decent, but you should come up with more imaginative ideas for those cards. Link to comment

Here's how I'd do Stardust Neos: Stardust NeosLIGHTLevel: 10[Warrior/Fusion/Effect]"Elemental Hero Neos" + "Stardust Dragon"This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. You can send 1 card you control to the Graveyard to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s), and destroy this card.ATK/ 3000DEF/ 3000 See? THAT's a Stardust Neos. Link to comment
