Not really sure if this counts as an artistic creation....

If you bothered to read my bio, you'd find out that I've been practicing manga for weeks. But what is the result?

...........

I swear it isn't that dark, it's just the scanner and my little brother crippled up the paper a bit, but still, my best drawing thus far.

To tell the truth, I'm still working on the body, it's difficult....

The neck is too long and narrow for the head. Hair is a disgrace. Go study some anime figures, and by study, I don't mean just look passively. Look, and look real hard. Actually pay attention to how the figure is drawn, the way the hair is made, the proportions. Try copying a few of them, to get a feel for how they are created.

Some people are just naturally talented drawers. You are not one of those. "A couple weeks" isn't going to allow you to create anything amazing. Practice, practice, practice....then practice more. You'll get there eventually.

Since December I've been practicing.

And I drew this at school with nothing to study on.

Right now, I'm trying to redesign him using Yami Bakura's concept art, though I don't intend him to be a crappy children's card game duelist.

Most decent artists have been drawing for at least 2-3 years.

True, I know that. I'm gonna keep practicing and probably, when I finally get out of the horror known as School (Which would be five years, by the way), I'd be good enough to make manga/comic.
