Dragon™
Ok. So, as the title says, you get to toonify your cards. Step by step:
1. Open Gimp2. Open your desired card3. At the top of the page, click the tab that says 'Filters'4. I THINK then there is a tab in the scroll-down box that says 'Artistic'. Click it.5. Click the 'toonify' button on the scroll-down box from artistic.6. Done. Example:Oh, by the way, my card is a little lighter than it actually turns out I did a different thing with it but the outcome should be something like that but darker. I hope this help.

Niño
It's not "Toonify"'ing your cards, you're just using an artist effect on GIMP, I figured that out on my first day of using GIMP..

Twenty-five Zero Oh-oh
I'm sorry but this is not a good tutorial. However, you can turn this into a gimp filter tutorial and go through how a lot of the filters on gimp work.
