[REQ]Need Logo (paying all points I have on me when gfx is sold)

Hello all.

I need a site logo which has to be exactly 480px wide.

I also need the bottom of the picture to fade into black (make it fade about 3/4 of the way down).

I need the text to say 'PSP Shiz'.

I need it to have a red theme.

 

I'm paying all the points I have when the auction is sold. Also, give the text a nice glow.
